Russells Hall Hospital: what do users think?
Gareth Devaney: Dr I.G in emergency care is brilliant he gave me a full understanding of what was up with the reason I went in and put my mind at ease 10 stars for him and the kind lady on reception 😀 ❤️
Jess K: Had an elective c-section here (second child). C-section was done one week before due date. My daughter had an underdeveloped liver, but was ok within a few weeks of aftercare. No other complications but felt a little rushed to go home after the operation. There weren't enough hospital beds. Been to the A&E with my oldest daughter and was seen within 3 hours. Overall not a bad hospital but treatment seems a little rushed.
Christine Wood: I had a knee op yesterday on ward B21. I can't praise ALL the staff enough. From start to finish I was treated with respect and dignity. If someone called for help a member of staff came straight away and dealt with request straight away. I was regularly asked if I was OK. We were all offered refreshments. All which made for a pleasant relaxing experience. THANKYOU !
Kim Avison: Hubby was in coronary care. I can honestly say the care he was given was excellentThe ward staff are amazing they went above & beyond in all treatments. Maintained dignity & respect at all times. Anything asked for was sort asap. Thank you for giving me back my husband. It could of been goodbye xx
Natalie Graham: Have nothing good to say. Place isn't fit for purpose and the patients suffer as a result. Go to a different hospital if you can.
Sarah Alliband: I have nothing but praise for how well I've been looked after at this hospital, from the communication by the general surgery secretarial team to check in at day surgery, nurses on the ward anaesthetist, surgery team and recovery nurses. Thank you for being so attentive and caring ❤
Helen Tottey: Multiple drug dosing & prescribing errors and lack of interdepartmental communication. Don’t trust anyone, check, triple check and take names of everyone so they can be held accountable and learn from their errors to improve patient care.
Mark Taylor: Went this morning to see consultant re a possible skin problem on my face, consultant excellent. Then had MRSA test and photos taken. Everyone was brilliant. All done and out in 45 minsThank youM.T.
James Myatt: A and E absolute shambles - some departments are good but today was awful. A doctor didn’t want to see my wife because she was female and apparently didn’t feel comfortable … they have no clue in those areas
Kim Luca Borges: Had to visit the paediatrics ED and have an x-ray. All of the nurses and doctors were attentive and well mannered. Very professional and we were out in 2 hours. Thank you for the team that cared for my lad.
Fozzie Bear: NO STARS!! This hospital is the pitts. The staff from the reception upwards are a nasty,, particularly at the Urgent Care Centre. The Drs don't listen to you and are extremely rude and arrogant. There is a message on the tannoy at the UCC warning patients of bad behaviour! It's very annoying to hear this every few minutes. I have been to UCCs in other hospitals and have not heard this insulting announcement! If anyone is rude it's the staff, admin and medical. The UCC is inefficiently managed. They should have 10 minute slots with each patient and then the wait wouldn't be so long. All the staff need courses in customer service including the medical staff on how to speak to people with respect. All the Drs who took a few attempts to pass their medical examinations, must end up RHH. They're all rubbish!! They're the worst I have ever came across.I told the Dr at the UCC not to prescribe me anything with steroids in, as I am on enough steroid medication to keep me alive and have bad side effects from them. He completely ignored me and my medical bracelet for a life threatening condition and prescribed steroids. He wasn't listening. I reacted to the medication and had to go back to RHH UCC the following day. The receptionist was rude and so was the second Dr I saw, who insisted that I CONTINUE to use the medication I had reacted to badly! I persisted and insisted she prescribe antis which I got. They should've prescribed antibiotics in the first place.I didn't like the way both of these Drs spoke to me. My rare health condition was ignored and I get stressed easily because my body doesn't produce the stress hormone. This was not taken into account, despite me wearing medical bracelet. I felt very vulnerable and accused of bad behaviour, when I was stressed. The staff should try to calm patients down. If I behaved like RHH staff at my workplace, I would get sack!I will never visit the UCC here again. Been to Dudley Guest, Corbett, Wordsley Hospital (before it shut down) and New Cross which are all fantastic!! They treat people with respect as opposed to RHH, and there are no annoying tannoy messages warning people about their behaviour. This is insulting and it's tarring people with the same brush. The place needs shutting down. All the staff in there need sacking!! Don't go to RHH for any reason. Also been to QEbham and that's excellent too! Every experience at this RHH has been an atrocious and a shambles. Don't come here!!! It has a bad reputation locally, when you visit the place you understand why this is the case. I rate it minus three million.
Al Al: Thank you to staff from SDEC department,so friendly people.Thank much to doctor Mustafa, never meet so professional and helpful person.
Les Jukes: Short staffed which isn't fair on the rest of the nurses/ doctors they are run off their feet and work very hard I did have a long wait but I also know that these nurses / doctors are doing their very best to see patients as quickly as possible . A little patience goes a long way .
Omotigho Odiase: The waiting is something else.but when they fine out you are really ill they give u priority, that is what I like about Russell's hall hospital.
Julie Ann Miller: Chaos & incompetents. Say one thing then do another. My partner, Waited all day for pain relief. Waiting 9 hours for medication so could be discharged. Patient next to me was in agony waiting for pain relief. Doctors who can't speak proper English. Staff with tattoos etc on display, looks unprofessional. I would rather perform surgery on myself with a knife & fork, than let these idiots anywhere near me. What were people clapping for again?
Garry Wheeler: Went for a scan very friendly and helpful nurses. Current road closures on route no fault of the hospital. Russells Hall is a well established hospital. The lack of investment in all hospitals is apparent, makes one wonder what happens to the excessive car parking charges. Can not fault the staff they try to make things easier under extremely trying times. The government is failing in many ways at present and previously.
Linda Murphy: Went into A and E today as my husband had been referred by 111 to check on possible negative effects of an accidental overdose of prescribed medication. I expected to wait for hours but my husband was seen and assessed quickly and we were on our way home within 40 minutes. First class.
William Norwood: A & E waiting time outrageous
Mitchell Waterfield: Absolutele joke of an hospital, my partner went to the hospital at 2.30pm with my son who is only 18 months old that was finding hard to breath, spent hours in emergency care, before she had to say something to the nurse, because of long it was taking, then was told to go the children's ed, spent hours there only to have obs done and nothing else, in the end we asked staff what is happening, not really given information just told not sure, this hospital is a failure. My son is back home now has we couldn't wait any longer after being up there nearly 6 hours with nothing done. I hate this hospital and the way it is managed
Shaun Homer: absolute rubbish service 3 departments refusing to see a child and no reason given. not enough doctors working when they need to be u cant tell us that 1 doctor is enough to run a whole department if you had more working then you're wait times would be lower and you wouldn't be getting poor scores on here would you
Jimmy Callagan: Terrible place that almost killed me, treated for stroke for 3 weeks whilst having seizures and one night I was double dosed whilst I was sleeping. I was transferred to QE who said my liver was screaming as I was given wrong drugs and this is what caused the damage. I was diagnosed with epilepsy at QE after spending 7 weeks in hospital. I'm out now but staff, catering staff and cleaners where rude and not even bothered. I had 7 seizures here and had lock jaw from all the stress where at QU I only had 1. I feel I would had better treatment at PDSA than here.

Rupert Hayes: Privatise the NHS save life's and provide better care
Lisa Brown: The nurse's and doctor are so good and kind looking after my mum at the moment.Thank you to you all xxxxx Lisa
Tine Catindig: Went to Urgent Care 16TH OF APRIL 2022 11pm due to my partner's having a persistent symptoms and he's asthmatic. We were accomodated and seated. Nearly 4 hours after 0250am today and yet we're still waiting even though there's not much left patient waiting. There's three receptionist sitting down behind their desk doing nothing. If you asked them how much longer and they answer you back rudely. Really?? Is that even a right attitude to answer a patients query. Digusted!!!EDITED: 0420am!!!!!! We were told 3 hours waiting when we arrived!!!!!!
Lawrence Hill: Easy to get around goo service and care
Alanna Rutter: This is a trust, where employees treated like numbers, without respect or consideration given to an individual, with lack of respect whatsoever! And God helps you if you happen to be a minority...
Maria Davies: Only saw 2 disabled parking space. Not good for a hospital. Rest is accessible

Birmingham City Hospital: what do users think?
Glynn & Alison Radford: I was very appalled on A&E where I stayed for a few days and then moved to another ward you . Got kids who try to be nurses who have got bad attitude problems and treat the public who are sick like children I am realy disgusted . But ward 11 lovely staff. Show you respect. And very helpful .
Saul Goodman: Prioritised severity of injury well and saw me in good time when considering what I was there with, nurses were friendly and very well trained and treatment was effective, thanks to all there who do their job so enthusiastically :D
mircea sarb: Majority should have the opinion if the place is organised and clean for patients
Sara: Absolutely disgusting hospital. Arrived at 2.30am, was quoted a 5h wait time initially which became 6h, then 7h and I am still waiting. Was told at 7am that there were 3-4 people ahead of me, only to go back after an hour and being told there are another 5 people ahead of me. Staff have no compassion. I have been begging for medicine for the last hour but keep being sent away. Latest update is that now the hospital’s GP will be seeing me instead, they open at 9am. So another lovely long wait at the GP now, starting the queue from zero. All this while I wasn’t allowed to go home at any point, way to make a sick person sicker. Disgraceful and disgusting.
Arsh Shahid: Excellent hospital and specially the staff, they are so good with their work and professional, really kind and lovely staff.
Glenny Roden: Excellent staff and care ,endoscopy department, and ct scanning department .Doctors and Nurses were greatThank YouGlen Rhoden
Daz Mills: Came to City hospital after a referral from my dentist. The staff in oral surgery department were very friendly, professional and caring.Clean and relaxed environment that helped the procedure go smoothly. Many thanks
Kelly Rathbone: My Auntie was taken into City Hospital suffering with chest pains. The doctors and nurses here are exceptional. My Auntie was looked after so well and with such kindness and compassion. Every member of staff from car park assistant to doctor was so helpful.
Jay: I was with my friend here who fell over and needed stitches. He had major concussion. I'm shocked how many people come here, laughing and joking and seem to think it's an emergency. The service is basic.
Lorna Simpson: Very quick
Shawn: Came in with a back pain I told them it could be a water infection they told me to wait for a doctor after 2 hours in pain I asked what’s going on my work wants to know told you your second in the queue when I am the only person there waiting I wish I didn’t bother now they just leave you and can’t be bothered
Mohammed Israr: Ridiculous services, they make you wait over 7 hours.
Avi Mall: Terrible service, called to enquire about a family member. The operator at the reception was very rude. I asked her politely to check to see if my uncle has been admitted to the hospital. She spoke over me saying “ she knows how to spell the name” and she hung up the phone with a sarcastic “ok”! The receptionist needs more training and fix up her attitude.
Stanislaw Kalinowski: I'm so grateful for help .Big thanks to Sister Gill she's my Hero. Thanks Stan 😊
Tom Bradbury: Excellent
EB: The children's hospital is fantastic. The care that my children have received in the A&E department has always been amazing. The children have always been seen too quickly when attending. I wouldn't take them anywhere else
Tracey Allen: I’m not very happy had an appointment for trauma & orthopaedic and my appointment what an actually for Sandwell hospital. Luckily I had a lift. I had an appointment on the 24th of January this year Same letter as last time so went to Sandwell hospital. This time I didn’t have a lift and was told I have to be at city Hospital which there was no chance of being there on time. I have since been discharged as I did not show up for my appointment. The secretary at Sandwell hospital called to make sure I was supposed to be at that city hospital. This cool was not recorded or sent to trauma and orthopaedics. I was told by the secretary at somewhere hospital, they would send me a new appointment through. They haven’t. They have discharge me from the hospital. When there are two hospitals, Sandwell and West Birmingham hospitals, they should change their letter heading to make it easier for patients to know which hospital they are going to, and not have to stress if they are at the wrong hospital.
Nigel Smith: It is a great hospital
Virginia Zabrautanu: Veri good experiențe
Gemma Armstrong: Have never had a bad experience at city. From dog bitten back sides to giving birth to both of my children here. Nurses and Drs are always ran off their feet and always give as much care and concern as they can. My children when having to go to children's A&E are always treated fantastically too!
Bally Kaur: Please investigate ward D7. It's like a club when the doctors go home. Bhangra music is blasted so is Reggae. The nurses during the day don't care. So gald my father left last week . Please take my advice go to another hospital. This one is full of children trying to act like nurses

Bushey Fields Hospital: what do users think?
SODOUIPRIKUMO STEPHANIE: Taking care of patients in need
Neil Durnall: My daughter has had 5 stitches in her left arm for nearly 5 weeks now. I've spoken on numerous occasions to the staff there about this situation and my pharmacy that stated the stitches shouldn't remain in after 2 weeks. Dissatisfaction is not the word. 🤔 🤬🤬🤬
Jon zyzyzz: Lunatics
Mart Hudson: Send your cards to this place.. christmas birthday Gladstone gander scroogeSend them all and the bank will not do a thing to stop you.Yeah... :)
iTz Youngie: It’s a mess doctors don’t care or listen to you nobody has time to talk and everything in there is just a joke nobody cares in there and the place is dire. The nurses are clueless and it’s a horrible place to go to.
Marina Wassell: My daughter lives below a patient of busy fields he's only been there 2 weeks and has been allowed home ! Hes been abusive, & aggressive, , his next of kin hasn't been given any information regarding his care , its just a waiting game as to what damage or life he will take out !! Bushy fields will have blood on their hands
Strix: Better off watching breaking bad.
Luke Whittaker: Not a place to be, many strange comments recieved, mind games, place didn't feel right , husband called and was told things happened on days they didn't which he noticed, scary place, very strange comments for a place to help deal with mental health, patients saying they knew there was a reason they were in their when I was in their asked questions about paintings on the walls , n short staffed on nurses medication sometimes given out by someone called lily, night staff were not friendly, queried being given a drug which wasn't part of my medication, got calmed down when tried to chase this up with my doctor just as I was about to tell him., blood pressure had to be taken straight away as heart was slowing with what they had given
Karen Tujrner: My son was patient in bushyfields for 17 days in that time they gave me no information regarding my son's care , and I rang or visited him everyday . They took him to an appointment with to his cardiac clinic and he was allowed to walk out .I had no phone call to tell me my son had escaped the first I knew of it was when he walked into my house . I live 2mile away from his appointment and it's an easy half hour walk . Within 15 mins of him being home he was cuffed by the police andtaken back , still no phone call to explain how this was allowed to happen The next day they moved him and even though I had visited him in the morning they didn't call to let me know he had been moved . The first I heard about it was when I rang bushyfields to ask how he was . The staff I spoke to on his visits were all nice to me but the information regarding my son's care was abysmal . He is in the care of another hospital now and I will be asking a lot more questions this time ..
Kevin Thomas: Very professional. Kind. Only a phone call away if you have problem.
angela bradley: I find them really helpful i only have phone call appointments as the moment due to covid but apart from that the mAn i speak to is lovely i dont know why people keep putting them down as they try there best
Craig Taylor: I’d like to thank all the staff for there hard work what they do behind the scenes they treat you with dignity and respect from the moment I arrived my mind was put at rest. There are to many names to mention but I would like to thank Neil,Becki,Lilly,Sam,Tracy,Stella and Sim to mention a few for putting my mind at rest and for being very professional and understanding, keep up the good work guys and to the rest of the staff thank you for making me feel comfortable and making the most out of the my situation..Great service great people I was quite sad to leave there..but onwards and upwards ☺️
Adrian W.: APPOINTMENTS SUPPOSED TO BE EVERY 4 TO 6 WEEKS SO I BEEN PROMISED SINCE 2014. ALL THE HELP I RECEIVED IS 20 MINUTES/TWICE A YEAR WITH SHRINK THAT NEVER LISTEN. NOW TELEPHONE ISN'T EVEN PROVIDE. WHY TAX PAYERS MONEY ARE WAIST ON THEM. SHUT THIS SCAM DOWN!
ruth smith: I spent a week at bushy fields. You are treated like cattle. Eat, sleep, meds, repeat. No talking therapy offered. No stimulation day or night. The staff constantly mock and laugh at the patients and it becomes a self sustaining care system between the patients rather than the staff looking after them. My property was taken and used by the staff for personal gain without my permission and one of my charging wires was lost (even though they are locked up due to the risk of strangulation) so I am unsure of how that has come about due to the fact that I left it in my prescribed locked area. Most of the staff administering the medication did not even know what they were giving me and on several occasions I noticed that they gave the patients the wrong medications and it was the patients themselves that had to flag up the fact that the medications were incorrect. The staff use sectioning as punishment for things that could be dealt with through a simple compassionate discussion and they often try to criminalize the patients even though some have very complex issues. Institutionalization is rife in this place. Trauma and upset are dealt with via punishment in this place. I left feeling patronized, trivialized and was turfed out with no hint of aftercare despite being on strong medication and was told my treatment is done and must leave immediately with no understanding of how difficult that may be to arrange. I really feel for all who I left behind. The large majority of staff are bullies. Some of course have their heart in the right place and are absolutely lovely but that is unfortunately in the large minority.
SIan Traynor: Absolutely shocking. They put my partner on Benzos, he was on them for 7 months, my partner sufferers with Aspergers syndrome, as well as depression, Anxiety, and agoraphobia, the home treatment team comes out asks him a few questions and puts him on promazine, venafalxine, and Diazipam. Now they have been out for the past 2 and a half weeks to now discharge him from their care, they done this knowing my partner didn't have enough medication to last. Now we have been waiting 3 DAYS for them to send a fax to my partners GP to say they can start writing his script. He went up to Russlles Hall to be told that he is on the wrong medications. If you need help with your mental health don't go to them, they haven't though about my partners mental health or the mental health of his family who have to try and get him through a Benzo addiction. WELL DONE Bushyfields, get someone addicted to something then refuse to help him with his meds or to even try and ween him off them. Utterly shocking bedside manners.
Abi Hope: Absolutely atrocious! Vile, rude, neglectful staff with absolutely no understanding of mental health whatsoever. They had no idea patients had a number of contraband items that could have been harmful to others despite being used right in front of their faces (lighters for example) and when we arrived for visitation after a 6 hour drive they had no idea where my sister was! As it turns out she had escaped, gone to the local shop and bought alcohol and pills (alcoholic with severe suicidal tendencies besides other things) and necked them. They didn’t even know she was missing until we arrived! Absolutely shocking. “1-on-1” is also a lie! There are about 15 patients minimum and 6 members of staff, including 1 cleaner and only 1 psychiatric doctor!
emzie-lou slates: A good place to help people get betterthe staff try their best
Maria Cican: Very bad staff , very angresive,
Martin SOUTHALL: The telephone number posted is not correct!
Javed Chughtai: please do not go here if you need any help or support l only give one star because l could not give 0 star.
Emma Walton: My aunty died here last week under their watch. All she needed was a safe place to stay for a few days and talk to someone but they didnt want to know was too busy chatting at the desk to even notice she had taken her own life in her room. Will never ever forgive them yes it was ultimatly her choice but im pretty sure she felt like she had no other choice especially as no one was listening when she needed them the most. We left her there thinking it was the safest place for her to be at that moment in time we have to live with that regret for the rest of our lives. Now our family is broken and we want to know why and how this could of happened. In my opinion relatives are best left with family people who care not staff who get paid to just sit and talk all day and night to themselves. Hope you never have to experience this

Sandwell General Hospital: what do users think?
Alice Murray: Disgusting treatment of someone who is end of life aught to be ashamed to call themselves caring professionals because what I have seen they don't care about them it's just a job to them
Yvette Larmond: I have to say that just aswell this hospital will be demolished because during my recent stay, I noticed a severe poor standard of cleanliness on the floors, doors, walls, windows and window sills, skirting boards, wash basins, taps, bedside cabinets, bedside rails and patients call buttons, bathroom and toilets!! Some toilets don’t even have a window in the room hence the constant unbearable stench wafting from the room and wavering into the corridors of the wards!! I didn’t smell any bleach being used at all at any given time!!Most bedside curtains were not even hung up properly and very dusty. The wrong type of curtains are hung up on certain windows. I noticed that the bins were very dirty/smelly despite the plastic bags in them being changed daily!! The bedside rails were also very dirty. Even the ceilings of the wards are very dirty!! I dont believe that under all hospital beds get cleaned properly.I feel that all patients side rooms should have at least one picture on the wall as this would help aid recovery of a patient and greatly help patients who are prone to depression!!I also noticed that patients meals were always served to patients with no covering.!! All patients meals should be served with the appropriate coverings so as to prevent germs in the air that the naked eye cannot see does not get trapped onto a patient’s meal at any given time. The meal trays was very dirty along with the crockery and cutlery!! This is all absolutely disgusting and appalling even worse because this is all happening in a health care setting! No wonder some patients end up getting sicker with other illnesses when they are admitted into this hospital!!!This hospital is in great need of a serial deep clean throughout including the hospital corridors. It’s also greatly obvious that parts of the hospital is run down with wear and tear, even some bits of rotting/mud was noted in some bathrooms/toilets- so disgusting!!Also, I noticed one or two female nursing staff wearing far too much make-up - this is unacceptable in the medical world! But after all I’ve stated, I felt the love and care from most of the nursing staff who clearly know how to do their jobs. And the majority of the domestic staff are very lively and friendly. The staff who deliver patients meals onto the wards are very friendly, lively and caring aswell , not to mention the staff who are responsible for handling out hot drinks to all patients. This hospital, in the meantime before it gets demolished and starts a new life at the new hospital in Smethwick, should aim to rectify it’s extremely poor levels of cleanliness.
Daisy H: My dad had kidney infection and was weak and disorientedThe nurses ignored him, mocked him and made fun.The doctor said he may have fluid on he’s lungs and they we’re supposed to do an X-ray to check, that never happened, they also said he could have liver Damage and we’re supposed to do a ultrasound that also never happenedHe has diabetes and was too weak and sick to eat anything, we told them to keep a check on he’s sugars, they didn’t bother, by time my mother went in for visit time he was having a hypo with low sugar and my mother complained and asked for help then they reluctantly helpedAll they do is sit on their phones, talk about fellow colleagues and gossip and mock patients I heard them laughing about a patient that had soiled himselfThese people shouldn’t be in these jobs, zero empathy and compassion yet they go on strike and moan about pay
Dal: Been here many times over the years for both myself and my family. Severely underfunded like most hospitals, but the staff are great for the most part. More recently I popped in for a blood test and I found that department to be more efficiently run than if I had gone to my usual health clinic nearby.
S: Just wanted to give a positive review on sandwell hospital today, I was admitted through the Dr's surgery with suspected diabetic ketoacidosis and I honestly cannot fault the a&e department I was treated quickly and thoroughly.I know they have a bad name but I think you have to speak as you find!Everyone was lovely and helpful. 😊
Dimple is here!: the staff is not good! After waiting for 4 hrs they sent me home without any proper checkup!
jeet singh: They given best care diagnosed all my problems i am so happy 10/10 time to time proper medication
Bingo 2020: Worst hospital in the UK have nothing good to said about this hospital
Anonymous: God I don't know want to sayBut horrible 😢 this cantry is sinkHospital no more here 😪
Li Wei: Stayed three nights with my baby in lyndon one recently. Nurses and doctors are friendly and helpful. We were given our own room for staying and the room temperature was warm for baby although outdoor was freezing. Thanks for the service we received!
Stephen Coley: Iam ashamed of this service at sandwell hospital some people are very helpful and some are not' trying to get information about a parent and phone numbers to the wards are near impossible. Either they are ignoring the phone ringing and don't care because the way we find out is we have to go to the hospital and ask the receptionist which are very helpful.
Spock Roberts: Great place to work
Queen K: Disgusting staff, laughing loud, banging and just making up a lot of noise when patients are sleeping or resting. Most of the staff on their phones and quickly try to put it away when they see you- although some blatantly carry on. They leave food out to go cold without waking patients then collect it knowing the patient hasn't eaten!! Even worse they leave medication on the table not even offering them with a drink and anybody can pick them up! No wonder they love it when no visitors are allowed, i dread to see the nights there. Disgusting staff disgusting hospital, including the ward manager!
Adam Hall: Useless place
Daniela Stefania Macesanu: Nightmare. They booked me for 7th of Feb 2023 for a X Ray as was requested by my GP as I have pain. I had a missed call following a message to call to rebook because of '' staff illness''. I rebooked it for 22feb and went there, taking day off work, to find the X Ray machine' 'out of order' ' I've called and they lied to me saying that I rebooked for 3rd of March.Shall I take another day of work when they rebooked me without informing and insisting I called for the 3rd booking? UNPROFESIONAL STAFF. OUT OF ORDER MACHINE.
Me Me: A&E staff work immensely hard. Sometimes a dry sense of humour to help them cope with the pressures, but they all have their hearts in helping the patients. Despite abuse, they stand up and carry on and do their jobs to help the patients in the best way that they can. It is not easy for them, but they have all been so good and from my experience, they have the patients needs at heart.
Danny Hickman: I had to have a Dental procedure and the staff were so kind and caring. They made me feel very relaxed and very cared for so a big Thank you.
adrian stephens: Lots of complaining going on this site!! Not my experience at all. Maybe the staff are struggling against the odds - but still friendly and helpful. Lots of people (lots with foreign names ) Moaning about the wonderful and free NHS . Try living abroad - then come back and compare and contrast
Sara Hama: Never ever ever had a good experience here. Never.Brother got his nose bust at football, blood everywhere, bent nose, swollen eyes, bruised. He got sent home, no xray, no cleaning done😐😐😐😐😐😐Where are taxes going. Where’s the NHS constitutional values gone. Will definitely be following this up, unacceptable.
amie dowen: Long waits and slightly dismissive at times.
Tom Williams: Had good and Bad times hereOverall a positive Hospital that has had refurbs done recently
