Linda Yohuno: Little kids kingdom is one of the best nursery in Dudley. Before I took my daughter there, she had already been to two different ones but didn't cope. She will be crying, sick and said one of them was scarring. She settled in this one easily, attending Monday to Friday and still asking for weekends. I noticed that the staffs are caring, professional flexible considerate and had lots of activities to keep them occupied. Even though my daughter has started the school nursery but still talking about the teachers and friends at t he nursery I cannot thank them enough and will strongly recommend it to everyone looking for place for their little one in Dudley.

All the staff are approachable, friendly, caring and go beyond.My daughter had been to previous nurseries to this one but I was never one hundred percent happy until she attended Early Steps.Being in the childcare sector myself, I found everything I wanted for my daughter at this Nursery.She was happy from week one when she previously had not settled at other nurseries. She has formed strong , working relationships with staff and they really made her security and confidence a priority.Also, I especially liked how this nursery uses the curiosity approach.The learning environment and activities are both engaging and based on individuals interests.Most importantly the children there feel safe , happy and secure.

Aimee Lowe: I genuinely can't fault the staff and service at Early Steps, Dudley. My little boy has been going there since he was one. He's now 19 months old and the progress he has made over those 7 months has been phenomenal. He absolutely loves it there! when I go through the staff members names of a morning with him, he gets all excited about getting to the door to see which friendly member of staff will greet him that morning. He walks straight in without a care in the world, because he absolutely loves it there! he sometimes doesn't even want to leave!! He goes 5 days a week, full time. The staff are very helpful, caring and really supportive. All members of staff are approachable and I feel like they genuinely care about my son which is a great relief! They are happy to chat at the door, on the phone, or over email about your child. They are always happy to help and you never feel like you're bothering them! The Nursery is clean, tidy and Covid safe. Best nursery in the area, by far!

Laura Reynolds: I had to change nurseries during lockdown as my childrens previous nursery closed. Due to being a key worker i had to move the children to a different setting and this nursery was recommended too me by the previous nursery i was at which was busy bees on the milking bank. Because of all the restrictions in place i was not able to view the nursery from the inside but from the very first day after picking my two children up from the new nursery there faces beamed with excitement and happiness and both said they had a good time. The boys continued to attend the nursery with smiles for a few months and even when it came to the old nursery reopening i asked the boys which nursery they wanted to stay at and they chose the new nursery. I took the happiness from my boys and secured their place at the new nursery where they have continued to have an amazing time and the staff have been so acomodating and friendly and put me at ease every day i had to leave the children. Highly reccomend.

Erin Burgess: Amazing bunch of ladies here, I felt like Shelby fitted in straight away and they are all brilliant with her! From the first day I took Shelby in for a viewing, I felt very much at ease. Her first full day i felt totally at ease leaving her and as it was the first time I had left her I knew she was fine with all of the girls there. Brilliant nothing is to much for them and are there for anything needed, Shelby eats pretty much all of the food that they provide and shes is so comfortable in coming to nursery. Highly recommended

Dan Ed: I was a student at this school and loved every second of it. Assemblies were held where you sing hymns. There was no set classes but you did what the teacher said so everyday is different. All of the staff are so friendly. I remember Milking Bank Primary School as the time of my life.

Mario Di Maggio: Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 7m digital planetarium experience to all 370 students of Woodside Primary. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and directed to a very convenient parking space for offloading. The day was well-organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited but well-behaved students enjoyed peering up at the planetarium night sky, visiting the International Space Station and travelling across the Solar System. Thank you Woodside Primary for a very pleasant visit.

Sophia Raffan: Our daughter has been going to this nursery for 18 months and we love it. The staff are all so hard working, friendly, approachable and we know our daughter loves them. They do so many different activities, and love that they celebrate lots of different cultural holidays and events! They use tapestry which updates us what she’s been up to and we love looking at the photos of her busy at nursery. We love it and will be using it for our second when he is ready for nursery!

Both my children are currently at this setting and they love it, we get full daily feedback at the end of each day, staff are always supportive and happy to help with any questions and my children always come home telling me about all the different and fun things they do during nursery, I always get kept update with all the things my children do in the day at nursery via tapestry and I couldn’t be happier with the bond both my children have with all the staff at this setting. All management are very supportive and welcoming and I will continue to use this setting until my children go to school!

T P: Awful customer service!Item dangerous and they asked me to send a video to prove it- I am NOT putting my child’s safety in danger when you refused a refund anyway.Never in my life have I experienced such poor service. What a waste of £100+ on a faulty or poor product that they refuse to take responsibility for.Don’t touch with a barge pole!
