Shahid Iqbal: Had a very bad toe infection, managed to get a a very quick appointment with podiatrist Mr Akhtar. Very satisfied with the treatment, the clinic was very clean and parking is available too. Aftercare advice given including a list of over the counter things to purchase. First time I have seen a podiatrist, wont be the last, highly recommend Mr Akhtar.

Lee Dovey: I have been with this practice for over 10 years and they have always been available and ready to help when needed until 2 weeks ago, I had a filling fall out and pain started, I called them to book an emergency appointment to which they replied the next appointment is in Jan 2022, if it’s an emergency you need to go to Scott Arms in Great Barr but this was a private dentist, I explained I was in pain and needed an appointment sooner than that and on the NHS, the receptionist replied that there was nothing they could do and it was either go private or wait till Jan 2022.I spent 4 hours calling round to find an NHS emergency appointment but couldn’t find one, allot of practices said that Purity should see you as it’s their duty of care but they wouldn’t, so I ended up paying private so please avoid this practice.
L: They never answer the phone!

At 80 I'm still walking on air when I leave, confident that I have been in a clean environment with properly sterilised equipment. I have also relaxed, enjoying a sociable, friendly experience, safe in the hands of a consummate professional.
