Lee Dovey: I have been with this practice for over 10 years and they have always been available and ready to help when needed until 2 weeks ago, I had a filling fall out and pain started, I called them to book an emergency appointment to which they replied the next appointment is in Jan 2022, if it’s an emergency you need to go to Scott Arms in Great Barr but this was a private dentist, I explained I was in pain and needed an appointment sooner than that and on the NHS, the receptionist replied that there was nothing they could do and it was either go private or wait till Jan 2022.I spent 4 hours calling round to find an NHS emergency appointment but couldn’t find one, allot of practices said that Purity should see you as it’s their duty of care but they wouldn’t, so I ended up paying private so please avoid this practice.

Anill explained the issue, talked through what was to be done and fixed the issue without fuss. Prod. Kie: i’ve had a severely infected ingrown toenail for almost 2 years and repeatedly struggled to find somewhere to get it taken care of. i tried the NHS and 2 other private chiropodists and nobody would help me besides saying i need to take antibiotics to get rid of the infection. i found cambrian chiropodist on google and decided to give it a try as a last minute effort so i booked an appointment in 5 days ago. i got scheduled an initial checkup appointment and after them seeing how severe it was, they booked me in immediately for 3 days later and yesterday i had the surgery. it was completely painless, the doctor was patient, helped ease my nerves and answered any questions i had. truly one of the greatest and friendliest experiences i’ve had and the workers are some of the nicest people i’ve ever encountered. i’m now on my way for a quick recovery and am already, within 1 day, walking better and feeling better than i have in years. to anybody that’s nervous/anxious about getting any surgery, i cannot recommend this place enough :)

This was my first ever visit to a podiatrist.From first phone contact through to the appointment with Rachael, the whole experience was excellent. A very warm, friendly and welcoming reception upon arrival, followed by treatment from the incredibly knowledgeable Rachael. She made me feel at ease and expertly explained why the issue with my nail had arisen. I was delighted and impressed with the friendly, efficient, expert service and treatment. Paul Goode: After surgery to fix a well dislocated and broken ankle I had spent quite a significant amount of time in pain and discomfort. My wife, probably in a bid to save our marriage from my constant moaning, decided decisive action was needed and booked me in for an appointment at Village Podiatrists.I have to say I was a bit skeptical about how a humble insole could make a difference but my word, it has honestly transformed things for me! Initially I had muscle aches in other parts of my ankle, pain as my foot alignment and position was adjusted but now I live pretty much pain free. It is incredible. The process was simple, get up on a machine which takes some rather funky pictures of your feet and assesses what your feet are doing. You then get so have insoles moulded for your feet and with a little adjustment off you go.I cannot praise Rachel enough for the friendly welcome, the professional approach and the genuinely amazing results, it is the best money ever spent and the best decisive course of action my good wife has ever taken!
