Plumb Safe is a company that’ll always be embedded in my heart. The morning after my mother passed away my old floor standing Potterton boiler failed to ignite and we had a lot of guests over. I contacted Plumb Safe and Jay came around and seen the fault and tried to find the part as it was a old boiler (25 years+) he couldn’t find the part after searching in various places for over a day. I needed a urgent boiler change. He somehow fitted us in working around a busy schedule and started the job in the afternoon and worked till late in the evening around so much people fitting us a new Worcester Bosch boiler. Jay was a helping hand at a time of need I will never forget how he comforted me not only professionally but also as a friend and gave me assurance he will do all he can to help me and delivered his end of the promise.
