DANNY B: I asked how much for a copy in black and white, she said 35p each. I said OK cos I needed them urgently. When I pulled out some forms of ID she said we charge £1.50 each. Daylight robbery, so i went to Ryman. They said 25p each for any type of document.

Helen Jones: I went into the Merry Hill store to ask an assistant if the passport photos l'd just had taken were acceptable for a passport. I was told they were. When l got home l checked the criteria on the UK GOV website and found they weren't, so had to return to the centre yo have some more taken. I did go back into the store and after waiting for the assistant, who too preoccupied to even notice customers waiting, l asked how much it would cost for passport photos. I nearly passed out when the reply was £10.99. If they can't tell if a photo would pass the criteria for a passport, why would l pay that much for them to take the photo. Steer clear, these staff have inadequate knowledge to give out advice and are well overpriced!

First it take forever to send and than receive a document to print, than the actual printer is out of paper and when you finally think is all up and running, it prints slower than you could actually write it by hand. Cherry on top of the cake, the one person working there didn't knew how to read in MO Word how many pages the document has, so you need to wait until the slow printing process ends so you know how much you have to pay .... £1.85 for one side A4 😲😲😲😲🤦 common guys is 21st century and technology is the future.

leyla bechtle: The customer service offered by one of the employees at this location was awful. I asked for a specific 1st class tracked service for an envelope that I needed to send, knowing there are several services online on the Royal Mail website that would match my requirements and knowing the prices also. The employee immediately offered a special delivery service at £7 plus to me stating this would be more secure. I declined originally and explained there were some services that I had seen online that were more on the £4 mark that were tracked and guaranteed to arrive in 24 hours. He then stated there was a tracked service for £3+ but this could take 2/3 days and was signed for. I asked whether they did not provide the same services as the website did and he would not answer my question straight, finally said if I wanted something that was online to buy it there and then pop into branch. Then after I gave in and said to process the special delivery price he just stood there doing nothing for a while, until I asked him to process it again as I was in a hurry. He blamed me for the delay and then proceeded to print the service finally.Are they not meant to sell the same stuff as the online service but in branch? Are employees on commission? I could not buy online as I do not have a printer and the option to print in store was not available, else I would have done that.This is not the first time an employee from that branch has upsold services or charged more for a service, and I just find it absolutely disgusting that they are allowed to continue with this behaviour.I will definitely avoid using this branch for anything I need in future.

Nataleigh Logan: A lady collapsed at lunch time and the 2 male staff workers behind the counter did NOTHING to help. Luckily there was a doctor at the post office counter who assessed the lady whilst I called an ambulance. But the one staff workers main concern was to interrupt the doctor to ask her to pay for her items. Their behaviour was appalling. As far I was aware in retail there should legally be a trained first aider there at all times. Clearly this was not the case. Luckily the lady was able to come around and then leave thanks to help of the public. I hope something like this never happens again in the future as I dread to think of the outcome!!!

edboy slots: Absolutely appalling service. He couldn't tax my vehicle as he didn't know how . Instead of him ringing the post office help line , he point blank refused to re try it or ask for help. I don't think 1 star does it justice. But had to leave at least 1 star
