Shane Peza93: Seriously run down. Fobts are extremely laggy just totally ruins the playing experience. And the terminals for placing sports bets you have to press the screen 20 times before it selects what you want. Shame as its a handy bookies due to the ease of parking unlike most others that are in high streets.

Mrs H: Will not be taking my animals here again due to one particular owner vet who has an extremeley bad attitude towards me each time we have the misfortune of seeung her and was actually sprayed with disinfectant in the consulting room!. It was at this point i had to write to the head office with my concerns. I then got a call from a lady who gave me nothing but excuses for the vets bad behaviour (under pressure due to covid/was involved in a serious accident). There was absolutely no accountability and was basically told that i was lying!. (I have better things to do). I will be writing directly to RCVS with my concerns as the trestment and level of service up to this point and the phone call today is grossly unacceptable and they need to be monitored
Menassie Asfaw: Competent and friendly vets part of a chain. Jo and her team have always been there for us and Hendrix, right up until a sooner than expected end. Only downside is the expense of big interventions or drugs, but in fairness, that is much the same across veterinary practices in the UK so you may want to shop around and most definitely consider insurance.

Shane Hunt: Completely unhelpful. I reported some fly tipping via the telephone and was promised a callback. After waiting 5 months and 2 further calls to them, I was told as it was a small cylinder and to take it to the local recycling centre myself. Great job Dudley Council!!Edited 15/03/23So after 6 months overall, an official complaint to them and a visit from Mark Clinton, Waste Strategy & Disposal Manager, the issue is finally resolved. Thank you, Mark.

After looking on the website for the opening times for Dudley council plus; in town which says 8.30am; to find a note on the door saying opening times to be 10am. When I explained to the unhelpful young woman behind the desk she said it’s the phone lines that open at 8.30, and she refused to see the website details for herself.Disorganised council.

Mr Sandman: Unfortunately there is no option for a 0 star rating however in this instance even that would be a gift. Singularly the most disorganised ill-informed and inaccessible local authority that often needs to be led rather than is a leader and is reactionary as opposed to proactive in its approach sadly however this is one of singular reasons why didn't get that DMBC is more problematic and perhaps you're better to get results by contacting the local government Association.

steven randle: We ended up waiting 8 years in order to get a new kitchen which thank goodness it was finally done but after a recent call to report our central heating wasn't working we were passed off to phjones as Dudley council don't see it as an emergency when temperatures outside have dropped to as low as -3°c
Karen Whitehouse: I recently handed keys in for the property that my late mum was in. I was assured that they would write a note for the council not go in on the morning of her funeral as the cars would be passing where she used to live. As we went past there were two large council vans outside and the front door was wide open. When I phoned about it later they apologised and said the message must not had been passed on. Don’t people talk to each other any more . Very upsetting and insensitive.
