Natalie Godfrey: I visited Jantino today with my daughter. What an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very start, Jill was so kind and helpful. I've been quite poorly recently and this lovely lady took so much time and care to help me. She selected several beautiful dresses for me to try on. I didn't feel rushed or under any pressure. I recommend to anyone who is looking for an excellent service with that little extra, to go to Jantino. They have a lovely range of beautiful dresses and the service is second to none.
karen gordon: Not great, got the distinct feeling the woman felt I couldn’t afford anything. I explained my preference of style but she didn’t help at all. She just stood there . Asked me what colour the bridesmaids were wearing- irrelevant, I am my own person. A definite no.

Karen Lloyd: I visited Jantino yesterday - the staff are excellent so polite, and friendly, and they make you feel so special.The clothes on offer are excellent. Brought both a dress and hat the staff let me try different options, nothing was too much trouble. If you want that special outfit Jantino is definatley worth a vist.

Alison Young: Visited both shops today, looking for an outfit for my daughters wedding, in August. My sister came with me for help and advice which was comforting, but, I can honestly say, Roslyn, Jill and Pam couldn’t have been more helpful in giving their assistance, advice, time and patience. I have tried on the most amazingly beautiful outfits and made to feel like a Queen, nothing was too much trouble. I finally completed purchasing my order with Jill who made everything so easy, putting my wonderful outfit together. Thank you ladies from a very stressed, emotional, Mother of the Bride and putting me on in cloud nine.A highly recommended shop and service!

Sam Devonport: I bought a dress on line for my daughters wedding, when it arrived it was too big for me.Took it to Jan's and they were able to alter it to fit me, and in record time. Saved my day and saved me having to buy a new outfit. Will definitely get my outfit from there when my son gets married.
Martina Archer: I accompanied my Mum here to find her an outfit for my brother's wedding. What a wonderful service, the owner and member of staff could not have been more accommodating or knowledgeable, making recommendations and giving their very experienced advice. There was an absolutely stunning selection of dresses, shoes, bags and hats and with an onsite seamstress the dresses could be altered to fit you perfectly. They even offered to have a facinator made to the exact spec if we couldn't find what we were looking for. Over all, a very positive experience, I would highly recommend. And yes, my mum did find THE dress!
Pepe de Silve: I found the owner (Mrs. Jan [Janice] Dyment), very blunt and rude: indeed, acting well above her lowly educated station. Given her unprofessional, 'bolshie' , uppity, discourteous attitude. I would NOT recommend considering a visit to this establishment.

Yvonne Price: Purchased a lovely pair of wedge sandals. Wore them a few times and the right shoe developed a loud squeak. This was noted by colleagues and rather embarrassing.When I returned them I was question by the manager as the store have sold hundreds and have no complaints! Totally irrelavant, My shoes have the problem, its not a squeaky foot Ive not noticed for 57 years....Shame because the sales staff are so friendly. She did exchange after the uncomfortable conversation, 'well I'll go and see if I've got another pair' I wasn't looking for a refund, I love the shoes.Rubbish customer service. Wouldnt trust buying Hobbs again it was an uncomfortable experience. Sorry

There was no issue at all in trying on a few dresses for ideas and I have to say the staff were incredibly welcoming and Mia was fantastic!. So helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. An asset to the shop for sure! Thank you.
Wendy Taylor: Took my daughter here for her prom dress, couldn’t fault Mia, she was really helpful, nothing too much trouble and definitely not pushy (unlike some other prom dress shops we had been to). My daughter found her dream dress, Pandora’s ordered the dress for us which arrived within 4 weeks. Whilst there we were offered a Prom package with Demi hair, nails, makeup and spray tan with trials included which she had, everything under one roof, she was made to feel like a princess, perfect for a one off event, can not recommend Mia and Demi enough, first class service.
