eilesh Rana: Extremely poor service. Would give 0 stars not one star. They deserve to be shut down. Very rude staff and fobs you off just so they can go home early. We walked in at 7.40pm at Russells hall whsmith branch and she said 'were closing in abit, be quick' we literally had 20 minutes to shop. She was rushing us and not being welcoming. She was also stood outside of the store at this time and not inside her work place when shes meant to be behind the tills where she should of been. Someone was eagar to go home! We have wasted our fuel to only get turned down. A couple of months ago we wanted to claim Vodafone whsmith coke freebies and today terrys chocolate was free to grab at any whsmith store. This also states in the Vodafone terms and conditions. I said i want to use my Vodafone code, she said use the self checkouts i tried it and it didnt work. She said the tills are closed and then she said their not working. Then she said i have to go to any high street whsmith to claim my freebies, which excuse are you sticking to exactly? This is not true. I have claimed my freebies before and not had any issues like this before. Its always that lady that has an issue. Is it because in different coloured? She is literally a karen this is poor service and this is not the representation whsmith should have. She doesnt like the fact vodafone give freebies away just so because they have to restack their shelves, I'm assuming. That is not my problem. I have wasted my freebie offer a couple of times because of their attitude being rude and arrogant. I would also like to add my friend screenshot her Vodafone freebie for me to collect for her and they also declined that. Why do they care so much. Vodafone and me are a payingthis. As a customer also paying my phone bills to deserve this offer especially in this living crisis. Its so frustrating they are being like this. Enough is enough. I want this to be escalated high up. I am very angry.

Lottie Lawton-Hall: A bit Pricey, but they have a lot of books and activity magazines such as suduko, criss Cross, criss word and wordsearches which are great when you are stuck in hospital with nothing to do. They have a lovely selection of cuddly toys big and small, near the teddy bears are a little selection of small on the go board games and playing cards. They also have a great selection of toiletries and and underwear. They have always got sandwiches and wraps in the meal deal section. There is a cash machine inside the store but you can also pay on card. There are a number of healthy snacks to choose from aswell.
barbara Richardson: Member of staff was very rude and had a could not care less attitude.
Phil Garratt: It's ok. A bit on the pricy side with some items, but overall it's not bad.

Christine Godsall: One of the best shops in the local shopping centre. Not actually in the mall but just outside by bus station and car park. Ideal to pop into without having to negotiate the whole mall if you need something. They have an extensive range of reasonably priced craft items and loads of ideas and colourful displays to inspire your creativity. My go to shop for all craft supplies. Lovely helpful staff.

S M L: We had a A3 scrapbook copied that belonged to our Dad, who is no longer with us. He added to this scrapbook over many years, covering family events, newspaper cuttings, that were wise or humorous, very often with his funny comments alongside. This book is so precious to us because it captures our Dad’s personality perfectly, and we needed copies for us all. The team at Ryman were amazing, they immediately got the importance of it and treated it with so much care. We cannot praise the staff at Ryman, Merry Hill enough. Thank you.

Aspie Neil: The staff are so nice and we had such a laugh with them.The price if items in the shop shocked us also. They were so much more reasonable than we had expected. Will be using these guys from now on for supplies.

Rachel Starrs: Lovely shop, shame about the customer service.. No welcome on entry today, like it’s too much effort and had to wait for the two staff members to finish their conversation with a previous two customer before being served. Then half way through serving me the staff member told the other to carry on with my transaction so she could go outside to check if they had documented their car registration.. on being offered a loyalty card, by the young girl, bearing in mind this is my 4th time visiting the store the other women returned stating we don’t have any so she can’t have one quite rudely. I’m not one to moan but this was my 4th visit and on each occasion staff have been rude.. I won’t be returning a 5th.

It is like an Alladin s Cave - Brilliant . Lovely friendly experienced staff , very welcoming and happy to share ideas. Needless to say I got everything I wanted., plus more and the cake was a great success.Highly recommended and will definitely visit again. 😍

John Salt: Went into Rymans in Wolverhampton to send a parcel to Suriname; Rachel and David were extremely helpful, and advised us how to do it online.Unfortunately there was a problem with DHL's software which we managed to resolve with the help of DHL. Then we were advised to go to Rymans in Wolverhampton to pack the medicines.We arrived at 5 o'clock, and Rachel and David were so helpful and so pleasant that they packed everything by 5:25 pm. They are both great representatives of Rymans, and nothing was too much trouble.I shall be doing a lot more shopping at Rymans.
