Essa Ayaz: Recently me and my friend got membership at david lloyds dudley. The club is amazing with range of facilities. The customer service experience was nice .Kiran expalined evertything to us and gave us the club tour.she was amazing and knowledgeable and we were really happy with the customer care provided. The only thing which stop me from giving a 5 star is the prices are a bit high and also the range of other david lloyds club the members can use is limited. Thanks
Ann Rides: Had some spa treatments with my daughter for mother's day, amazing facial & pedicure, would love to go more often, first time I've ever had a facial which included a head massage, neck, shoulders & arm massage's, lovely & relaxing & gorgeous aromas & soothing music, had a brilliant time.
99 99: Around £270 for membership fee upfront and £89 a month for 3 months witch is there minimum , this is for the plus membership and you don't even get a towel , hardly ever any room in the spa either,
Lorraine Gibbons: Fabulous gym...
Ad Kendall: Excellent facilities. Membership expensive
Omer malik: Racist customer service. Being continuously commented on when I do sth, while at the same time, person from another race/color are not.Being platinum member paying over £160 per month for family, was literally denied 2 towels.Every rep has their own thing going. There are few good ones but very bad experience overall. Especially when I feel that it’s my color/race that sparks them to comment/instruct/misbehave or deny me service. While others are not being treated same right at that moment.
Dawn Morris: A nice quiet swim and a relax in the steam room and jacuzzi.
simon white: Excellent facilities would love membership to be affordable
anthony russell: Visited here on a guest pass and was highly impressed. Used the indoor and outdoor pools, both great. Steam room was out of order the day I visited but did use the sauna which was fine. Upstairs gym was very big with a few different areas depending on what and how you want to train. Also used the indoor tennis courts which were brilliant. All in all a very pleasant visit finished off with a hot drink from the cafe 👍
Asd Asd: Lack of information about their membership fee.
Martin Wood: This place needs a complete shakeup from top to bottom not value for money
Tell the truth Ruth: Don't know anything about it.but do know it's one of them what I call FLOATING emails I didn't ASK for
dannii perkins: Could do with some serious updates and a good through freshen up to be honest. Staff are helpful and the kids section is brilliant idea so adults can go to the gym!
Andrew Hackett: First time I've been here , impressed with it
cosmin Petre: Not sure who is in charge of communications/customer service at the Dudley centre but defo is not doing the right thing. Im trying to get my money back for some classes my daughter's been enrolled for without my agreement since the 3rd of December, sent multiple emails, enquiries via the app, requested call backs , been at the reception 4 times. still...they ignored all communication and wont process that refund. to say they play hardball with customers is an understatement and I would advise anyone thinking to join to think twice or be very carefull with them as they overcharge you or enroll you for different classes without your knowledge and thereafter ignore all your attempts to get rid of these charges! the point of this business is to help people relax but instead you have to chase money they take without your agrement !Such a shame and so unprofessional!
Eric Koffi: Frankly I was at my ease. Welcoming staff and everything is there to feel good about yourself.
Malcolm Teague: DL's is a great place to go to workout or relax.Indoor, and outdoor pools, restaurant and additional classes.
Paul M: Very poor had an issue with the app/class booking system along with the sales Team they each came out with different pricing.Raised this issues with head office who then put me back to the salesman Monty where he was extremely rude accross the phone and even lied on receiving a email from head office.Since this I have raised the issue back to head office, having trained for the last 15 years at different gyms I've got to say I have never had an experience like this before that until now which is a shame customer's should not receive this kind of service.

Kam Kaur: Came back after 10 years. It needs a refurbishment, looks tired.
Swan V: Be very careful at this overpriced gym, a lot of other reviews mention the poor state of the facilities, but there is also a problem with theft! The staff seem aware, but the gym isn't in the best of area's.

Alexander Collins: If you're into tennis, sign up and enjoy facilities at this club
Helen E Binks: Recently joined this club having been a member of Stourbidge for many years. Found this club much friendlier well run and far better value. Committee members very willing to embrace change by listening to new members, introducing leagues and daily mix ins. Very warming approach compared to what I was used to. Covid safe and very well run. Recommend highly.
Colin Brown: Our wonderful tennis club is open for new members, great discounts now on. Beginners, rusty rackets and advanced players all welcome. 8 fantastic courts
Chris Dunnington: Nice club. Friendly staff. Good to get the kids involved in fitness.

Business type: Bowling alley
isabel roski: Kids love this bowling and play area
Natalie Arrowsmith: Great date with my hubby night. Few drinks.£10.00 for 2 game of bowling 🎳 and burger 🍔 and chips 🍟.Few games of pool 🎱 £1. 50 per game.
B E: Prices are absolutely ridiculous. £9 for a bottle of small budwiser their excuse was 'after 10pm we charge club prices' no club in Birmingham charges that for a small bottle! Disgusting
TheProductivePunter: Nice place just hate the consistent moving of the pool tables. There used to be 4 at the back, then 2 and no none. So now, there is no choice but to play pool right at the front and middle, whereas before it was so much better playing round the back as it felt much more private and comfortable as opposed to being too close to everyone on the machines and close to the entrance! Also, the music is always way too loud here, have to have a huddle with my friends to have a conversation!
Nick: Absolutely brilliant fun
Mony30: Overall nice place, the revamp makes it feel fresher n clean, including toilets. Love the soft seating and the booths at the bowling alley’s. My only disappointment was the fact the place feels so cramped now there’s literally no space to move around. The arcade area is the worse with young children running around each machine hard to keep them in sight when it’s busy, people playing snooker right next to machines is ridiculous I bumped into someone playing as I was waiting for machine and they need more space to take their shots. Definitely need to get rid of a some machines and give the area more room I think.
Amanda Davies: The kids loved the soft play(2, 5, 15) they played for over 2hrs before having fun winning tickets in the arcade. Which they spent in the shop. They have 50%Tuesdays and children's parties for £12.50 a head. There was 3 parties while we were their and the children looked contented and ofcourse happy
Jennifer Marshall: Went yesterday with my grandsons, when ordering food was told there was no pizza so ordered an alternative along with drinks I ordered a passion fruit martini , should’ve had a shot of Prosecco with it got told they have no Prosecco in which is included and charged .Waited & waited for the food eventually and hour later it came . Went to our lane after a while I pressed the service button 5 times the bar person kept walking past , so decided to go to the bar , only to be told there wasn’t anymore drink that I asked for . After bowling we went in the arcades , went to get changed for the machines , only too be told they haven’t got any . I’ve always enjoyed going to the bowling , I’m seriously thinking of going elsewhere .
Emma Hughes: Came for my daughters party, after paying alot of money for this party I was left disappointed and honestly would not have a party there again, the seating area got way to over crowded the area was to small for how many parties was on, the party stated unlimited juice but we had one jug and went to ask for another one and was told they will bring one and it never came, party package also states birthday cake presentation this would of never happened if I didn't ask also the door to keep the kids safe in the area was constantly left open leaving young children to run about which I had to keep fetching them, felt very chaotic definitely wasn't worth the money
Inas Ahmed: Place is ok , its abit dirty and untidy . We went there for bowling
Phil E: Positives the place was clean you wear your own shoes and the food was ok. Though could have done with more sauce.Booked on a Sunday apparently during party time. I'm sure the UN would actually ban this as inhuman torture. The sound of the children's disco music was so loud and the disco lights on the alley made it really hard to bowl.Despite saying my daughter had sensitive hearing and if the music could be turned down slightly I was told no.We had ordered food with the tickets and to my surprise it arrived after 4 bowls. There was a seating area behind the lanes which would have been perfect to eat on after the game if the issue was to get off and put asap but instead we had to decide to let the food go cold or basically eat between throws.Pretty much as soon as our game had ended the next group wanted to come on despite lots of other free lanes.Couldn't get out quick enoughImprovementsSay on the booking if it's disco time as a warningTurn it down a littleServe the food after the game so the balls don't get greasy.
Scott E: This place looks like a completely different venue since the refurb. The layout is a much better use of the space. Looking forward to going back.Edit - went back 3 months later and it's changed again. They've moved the pool tables and added more. It was very busy, I think the bar was short staffed as the queues were always 8-10 people long. A great venue.
Chloe Cadman: Lots of fun. Arcade machines are decent but would be good for some more 2p machines. Cocktails were all sold out despite us ordering and paying via the qr code on our bowling lane. Turns out the cocktails are ready made by a machine, not actually proper cocktails !
S D: Soft play was a bit meak - at least the toddlers play area was.Solid selection of arcades, so plenty of entertainment value for all ages.
P.R. S: Moody, rude staff who discriminate against Europeans. They only accept British forms of i.d here which is illegal. Ruined a birthday outing for my partner who I will add is 30 years old, and has lived in the UK for 12 years as when she tried to get an alcoholic beverage the rude server told her "we only accept British passports". Speaking to the manager she told us the same thing. Absolutely disgusting and I will be spreading this everywhere.
elysia alessia: If your not british watch out and stay away from this place, refusing to sell alcoholic drinks to people with non british passports. Racist and rude. Discrimination at its best and by looking at their other reviews not the first time and definitely not last.
Shaheed Shafi: WORST NIGHT EVER avoid avoid avoid !!! Staff are very rude and it’s quite clear they hate their jobs, very unprofessional and unhelpful and have no customer service skills to bothered about going out side for a cigarette. Inside is dirty with marks all over the furniture and tables dread to think what the kitchen is like ! Completely overcrowded with a hazardous play area with broken parts inside which is a accident just waiting to happen. Possibly the worst bowling alley and soft play area in the West Midlands! If you don’t want you evening ruined avoid this place at ALL COSTS
Ruberyguez: Awful customer service
Joolz Johnson: Hadn't been here since before Covid, it's changed a lot. And for the better. The place was spotless, screens in between seated areas, staff super friendly. Will definitely go back.
Daniel Gana: I enjoyed my time here and would recommend going if you want a nice lil night out with your children, partner of friends
Oliver Petrovic: Amazing flace for a chill
