He says no i give you £25.00 . Rude and a con man ! went to cash converters sold for more than your website states . This guy should be sacked making your company look bad .

Paul Priest: Called into the store I asked about a console the girl behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders at me and said she didn't know so I asked if she could find out she huffed and asked another member of staff I was then left there for ten minutes with being told what was going on and ended up leaving the store, and your losing a £60 sale.
Sian Temple: Great for DVDs as more and more people stream movies you can get these really cheaply.A good variety of refurbished and second hand mobile phones and memory cards etc. These are fairly well priced and covered by guarantees.Games and consoles are cheaper elsewhere to be honest but shop is always clean and staff know their stuff well and are pretty down to earth people if you need to ask for anything.
Chase: Went to Northfield graded as wrong items so went to merry hill and said they can't accept them, After being told we close in 3 hours and I haven't had a brake yet so testing will be ages. When I said that's fine I'll wait at wanted credit he huff and puffed. Staff at merry hill live up to the cex employee stereo type.so 2 stores and no joy.Please don't reply with your poor excuse of an apology or to justify your methods it just insulating.
