Zarah C: I’ve been going to Saira now for over 10 years! She’s amazing at everything she does. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, my eyebrows are the best I always have people asking me where I have them done and commenting on how good they look.Saira has a great aura and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She’s a true professional and I always look forward to my appointments.I’ve also had treatments with Lauren and she’s also fantastic. If you’re looking for treatments, nails, massage, eyebrows, eyelashes.. then go to these girls , you’ll. never look back!

Leanne James: Arrived at the appointment, unfortunately the place was so difficult to find. Two postcodes and both not working correctly. Rang to inform I was struggling to find it. No sympathy or reassurance just told they won’t see me. When I did arrive the receptionist told me they wouldn’t see me. I travelled over an hour to get there. Expressed my feelings, the reason and frustration to be told I should have arrived 10 minutes early anyway for paperwork which I wasn’t informed off. The lady after me was already in the consultation to which I was informed was still my time. The lady took over 10 minutes of my appointment. Still the receptionist was unhelpful even though the lady after me went in early using my appointment time. So why couldn’t I go in if she had my time??? I surely could use her time? The receptionist was blunt and told me I didn’t need to be so talkative about my frustration. Told me to sit down fill in the paperwork and maybe I could be seen. When I did the paperwork she responded you done then? This is was rude. I will certainly not be using the clinic. Was seen but the appointment was fast, literally 4 minutes, not friendly, blunt to the point. No warm atmosphere or helpfulness or reassurance. Told me it was my fault I was late but I rang ahead and explained. Traffic and difficulty finding the place should be taken into account. Clear and correct information should be given about arriving early for paperwork. It is not fair to told that I won’t be seen yet the lady after me was in my appointment time. Seeking advice else where.

Katie Pugh: I would not recommend this place, the whole experience I felt uncomfortable. Firstly, I did not feel as if there is much dignity or privacy for those if the issue is in a sensitive area. There is no curtain, you have to get dressed in the room infront of them. The whole experience was not explained to me so I had no idea on what I needed to do or how the consultation was planned out. i don’t feel as if I had many answers or solutions to the issue I went with, I left with a lack of answers and understanding on potential solutions for the issue. I wasted my money to feel even worse and be back to square one.

Lauren Hall: On 3 occasions I’ve travelled an hour to my appointment (booking time off work) and the appointment hasn’t gone ahead because of the machine not working. It’s impossible to get through to the telephone line to check if the machine is working before your appointment which you shouldn’t have to do. I’ve been on hold 45 mins at a time. On one occasion I was told I couldn’t have the treatment because I had just returned from holiday. They should let you know this information before getting you to travel to appointments. They changed the location of my appointments to Birmingham mid way through treatment which takes a 1 hr 45 each way and didn’t let me know. I just received a text. Apparently because the girl left and they had to hire a replacement. I wouldn’t have pre paid if I knew the location would change. Never received an apology for wasting my time, not once but 3 different times. I wouldn’t bother using Skin clinics. Nothing professional about it.
Laila Aytan: The head office booking system is an absolute shambles. Booked a facial, confirmed via text message only to turn up with the staff not knowing about the appointment. This happened a few years ago in 2010 when my laser hair removal appointment had been "booked and confirmed ". On 2 seperate occasions Compton Rd clinic were not aware of my appointment, which is why went to another clinic. Thought I'd give sk:n another try, it seems 13 years on nothing has changed. Try calling the number to get through to the initial booking centre, be patient and willing to spare a good part of the day on hold. Save your time, money and sanity. Go elsewhere, there are many competitors who offer the same procedures with excellent, efficient service.

Nitasha Bains: A consultantation AND a Hydrafacial was booked in with a deposit paid. When i arrived I was told I could have a consultation but timings meant I couldn't have my facial as booked. Apparently consultations take 45 mins (although mine wasn't as long as this) and the facial takes about the same amount of time and the nurse giving the consultation wouldn't have time to do the facial as she had another one booked after my consultation. When asked why I was allowed to book the facial I was told the call centre make the bookings and at first I was accused it being my error as I had booked it wrong then I was told it was the call centres error for allowing me to book a facial straight after a consultation. I have called the call center on three occasions to rectify this, to make a complaint and to get my money back and surprise surprise I am still waiting for someone to answer my call. The nurse was pleasant enough but I definitely would not recommend this place.
Larcinda Stokes: Had lip fillers a couple of days ago at skn Wolverhampton and I could not be more happier with my results!I was looked after by Courtney on arrival and treated by Dr Noreen, both were welcoming and made me feel at ease as it was the first time I've ever had fillers.Dr Noreen was professional and informative throughout. She gave her professional opinion on what I was hoping to achieve and I feel she was 100% right. Not too much, not too little, as I was looking for a subtle and natural change.I'm so pleased with my new lips.Thank you ladies for such a positive experience 😊

All I get is the national call center and when I ask for them to pass a message on they never or or no one actually calls me back.Very unprofessional for such a big company.I've changed my referral now so I don't have to deal with this company ever again.If you can be bothered to call back on such an important referral then what would the service be like if I did stay? Hhhmmm

Kris Kah: Would not recommend this SKIN clinic at all. Experienced miscommunication of appointments times against actual booked appointments. Text received confirming time different to actual booked apt in-system. Had to return to see consultant as my skin looked awful following a hydrofacial benefitted of none of the claimed benefits. If fact suffered with a orange/yellow tinge and dry skin. Visited Consultant today, no ventilation in room, no mask worn. No purpose to attending. No assessment of skin absolute waste of treatment and post consultation visit. Informed consultant I would never have a medical facial again. I have experienced better outcome at a Beauty Salon.
