Sami Shaw: I damaged my phone screen (Samsung A40) last night and brought it to Phone Box first thing this morning after seeing all of the positive reviews. It was fixed within 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Absolutely great job, it looks and works as good as new! Staff member (unfortunately didn't catch his name) was very helpful and didn't try to upsell me on anything, he just did the job and did it well. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend.

Man what he charged me for what he done bargain... 2 hours helping me get all my details from a very little responsive phone on to mt other devices, most would have given up, even I was about too give up, but man this guy was adamant that he would do it and not just that if he couldn't do it was not going to charge me even spending all the time helping me... NOW THATS SERVICE...Genuine full respect, you have me as a solid customer...

Sarah Taylor: My phone had gotten water damaged after I had dropped it in a bowl of washing up, so I searched local phone repair shops and the phone box came up with great five star reviews.So off I went to take my phone to be fixed, after explaining why I was there, the guy was very honest as to whether he could fix my phone or not, but also very willing to do his best.An hour and a half later, both cameras replaced and a speaker replaced, all dried out n cleaned out, it was fixed!!! And I was over the moon n very happy.The price was nothing compared to what I could of lost on my phone and how much I could’ve been spending on getting a brand new one.My mother in law has already swiped your business card.Highly recommended, very professional and all round a very nice guy.Thank you again so much you’ve definitely gained a few future customers out of me!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

(It wasn't)And after arguing I end up with a credit note valid for 90 days.:(What a bunch of jokers.Conclusion...If they don't have it there and then, don't buy off them.They don't honour their agreements.

Gyurses Mehmedov: Simply worse service I've ever had took a price online for a screen replacement went in he said he can't fix it because he only had 1 screen which was faulty he then said it will be after couple of days, I said it's too long then he spoke with another shop in birmingham and he said go there they'll fix it for you went there they said tomorrow then this guy said take the screen and come to me and I'll fit it when i get there the shop was closed and when i phoned him he said i told you tomorrow which he never did anyway then he said I'm off tomorrow it will be day after tomorrow then i just cancelled the thing... Total mess... AVOID!!

RICHARD GTA V: I went for a speaker replacement on an IPhone 12 Pro Max they broke my screen I still had to pay for the speaker replacement went to Apple to get the screen replaced got refused at Apple they would not fix it because LD Communications had caused the damage so had to find a phone shop that was willing to fix it for me with an original Apple screen had to pay £275 to get it fixed and LD communications are refusing to take liability so I’m taking them to trading standards also I was missing 2 screws from the bottom of my phone when I phoned LD COMS they said they put the screws in they said Apple must of taken them out but Apple didn’t touch my phone at all.

There happened to be more problems with the phone that I didn't know about so Luke talked me through everything and gave me options of what I could do. He provided me with another iPhone while he was waiting for a part to be delivered to fix mine and frequently sent me messages about the progress of it and explained everything that was being done. My phone is as good as new! Could not fault this company, definitely recommend!

I googled local phone repair shops in the area and read their reviews and this shop was the only one where a customer had not felt that they had been taken advantage of. I took my husband's wok phone in this morning as the battery had suddenly died. The issue was rectified with a 'charging point contact' clean and quickly resolved. Honest and valued service.

So far no issues with response or clarity, even threw in a screen protector. Note cash only but cashpoint is literally outside the shop

When I went back the owner refused point blank to fix it as he reckons he only bought the shop recently, he magnanimously offered to fix it as long as I paid again....exit the shop. Then took my phone to a reputable service center to be told the screen they fitted was a cheap Chinese knock off costing about a tenner.DO NOT TRUST DUDLEY MOBILES. THIEVES AND LIARS.
