Satnam Sembhy: For menswear clothing the advice and help given was the best !I tried on a few outfits and the owner was honest enough to tell me he didn't think the outfits I chose really suited my body shape. He went on to suggest a new set of clothes which looks great, even my wife and daughter commented on how great I looked. I am a convert and am now a customer for life.
Shamoun Yousaf: Great little place to shop for nice brands like duck and cover, superdry, but being Dudley it's the best clothes shop we have. I would really like to give this guy a 5 star his customer service is excellent but I do really like my designer gear which I cant buy here and have to travel. Other than that check him out u will enjoy ure experience all the best dude keep up the good work and get sum top end designer garments In👌👍

Jon Burns: I visited suits direct Merry Hill in July to buy 6 suits for my wedding. The manager Jane and staff were all so friendly and helpful and were able to help me order all of the suits I needed. Would recommend

Thundercat 77: We went in to get a suit for the other half, and was greeted by Derek. What service we received by him, went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed, very helpful when hubby was in the changing rooms needing different sizes. Laughing and joking with us along the way. Such a pleasure dealing with him, has so many years of experience behind him, which is evident in the way he makes you feel very important. I applaud this kind of customer service, and it makes all the Difference to the shopping experience. We had visited two other suit shops in Merry Hill Where it seemed the staff were not interested in looking after you, However when coming to suit direct we were greeted by Derek. I will definitely be Visiting this store over and over again just for Derek.

I wanted to thank you for your kindness and patience while I was choosing a suit for my uncle who was attending my sisters wedding and hadjust turned up from the states! It was a bizarre day every shop we went to everyone seemed to busy to help! When we first got into the shop the greeting we received by another assistant was very cold and unwelcoming. However then Anna greeted us with a lovely smile and helped us so much! Thank you again my uncle loves his suit and now tells everyone to buy there suits from you! Thank you 😊

Darrelle Southall: Very disappointed. Went in couple of months ago with hubby to be to get an idea for wedding suits, lady in shop was brilliant, insightful and recommended booking a suit fitting with rest of the wedding party.Fast forward to December 12th, fitting all booked arrived and spoke to same lady who informed us member of staff would measure and assist us. The younger member of staff half measured our party did not help in the slightest, couldn't recommend anything or any advise in terms of design lines or availability. They had basically left us scrambling for information and had an appalling attitude if we did ask for any help. After an hour we ended up leaving without a word because their customer service was abysmal and non existent. 3 members of staff on a quiet Sunday morning and obviously too busy catching to attend to us.We ended up in Moss Brothers a few doors down and it was the complete opposite. They were amazingly attentive, kind & helpful. Also turns out all the wedding party where completely different sizes to what had been "measured" as it turned out they didn't even measure up correctly.Shame Suit Direct you were originally promising.

Lewis Thursfield: If you need a suit for a wedding, prom, job interview, or any other occasion this is where to go, I have my prom literally tomorrow and the staff here sorted me out with a lovely suit including a member of staff named derek he was super helpful in finding the colour, size and tie for the suit I wanted and even tied the tie for me I highly recommend this place

Rose Ajram: there’s a young hijabi girl and guy who stand near the entrance and i’m guessing their job is greet customers - or to at least smile at them but i was instead ignored and greeted by awkward laughing between the two of them whilst i shopped - which was then followed by weird stares from the pair who just watched me shop and then giggled between themselves. if you’re gonna do everything but your job, do it quietly instead of obnoxiously. i don’t know what a designer store is doing employing kids anyways and i guess i got the treatment i expected.

Believe me if I could forge money I definitely wouldn’t be shopping in Tessuti. The staff should welcome customers like they do at Flannels, not look down on them, after all it’s the customers money that pay the wages

Hayden Amess: Bought suits from Moss Bros before as they’ve served me well and seem to give good value for money. Recently gone up a size and grown out of them and was in a hurry to get a new one for a wedding. The lady who served me today was brilliant, not pushy at all and was offering suggestions on what to wear with the suit. Ultimately ended up buying the suit online as there was more selection but will definitely be coming back to this store. Highly recommend.

However always had a smile on his face along the lady Delah who he was with who also kept ensuring if he was okay. He had the whole thing under control the whole way out however liked the morale at the store. Would recommend him and have since sent my nephew to get his suit from him too! Who came in today and got the light blue suit (his father told me they spoke and were comfortable their whole experience.) wouldn’t fault him. Thank you so much
Brona Pentall: Fantastic service from Raheem. Went to Moss Bros to get a prom suit with my awkward teen. Raheem soon had him at ease, got him sized up perfectly and patiently helped us with options. We arrived with a vague notion of a blue suit but picked out a shirt,tie and suit combo that really suits my lad's colouring and looks the business. Couldn't be happier
Wayne Kemp: Shop was quite busy with only 3 guys serving, watching them I was impressed with how they put the customer they was dealing with 1st and didn't rush them just to get people waiting. I was served by Raheem who went out of his was to help and make the whole experience a good one I was not the easiest of customers but he was not phased and didn't stop until I had everything I needed. Being an odd shape I was uncomfortable trying things on to say no they don't fit, Raheem put me at ease. In short good staff but they need more.
