I only used the dryer on today's visit, but did check out other launderette services while I was there.👍 I rated this a five star.29th July - second visit to laundrette.Used the laundrette yesterday and the customer service wasn't as good, unfortunately. I found the member of staff to be unnecessarily rude or ignorant. Did not acknowledge me properly, until I selected a machine and then told me she would like me to use the machine closer to the entrance and finish before closing time so she can clean my machine.Sweeping a dirty mop in my direction when I was sitting down, could have just asked me to move, I offered and moved because i could smell the dirty mop and dust. Turning off the lights, when I was the last customer with less than a minute to go. She did say thank you and bye, but at this point it seemed more curt than polite.Last visit to laundrette was good. Customer service was warm, helpful and polite. Hopefully the next visit will be equally good, so I can go back to 5 star rating. The opening and closing times are very convenient.

Very Clean facilities. Would definitely recommend.Be mindful that parking is quite tight though in the nearby street and use Google maps to find the place correctly.Overall very happy.

Debra Cox: We used a large machine here to wash our sleeping bags, we were pleased with the cost, £6.20 for a wash in the larger drum. We took our own powder. We used the drier (really large) to dry for ten minutes, this only cost 50p for five minutes. Seems good value to me, not sure how it compares to other laundrette places as we don't use them as a rule.Will return to wash our sleeping bags again!!

I rang the other branch at Quarry Bank and all i got was ' hello'.....then kept me hanging on in silence. Ignorant.Re;. Thank you for getting back to me on the same day.....appreciated. I know your Gornal laundrette is good, i have used it in the past when my washing machine was broken or i was waiting for a new one to be delivered.....satisfaction.I will come down within the next 24 hours with my sheepskin coat and leave it at your will if it can be drycleaned. I will like a price quoted before i leave it. As for me calling the Quarry Bank laundrette i can assure you i did...and the correct number....and time i called.....i have the contact logged. Someone is lying about not receiving the call off me.

Carole Hughes: My second visit to the laundarette. A different lady supervising, she was helpful and showed me the different machines. They range from £3.80 to £5ish, the more you pay the bigger the machine. Driers are 10p a minute roughly. I found out there is a machine big enough to take duvets, I will be trying this next. The shop is clean and tidy and the lady worki g there is helpful.

I offered to pay by card but they do not accept them and just kept telling me it was an additional cost which I needed to pay. I will not be returning especially as no prior knowledge that the prearranged cost may be subject to change.

Asam0786: I came in today to do 3 different loads of washing and this is the first time I’ve gone to a laundrette after so long and I can safely say the lady who works their called Kayley was so helpful and efficient I was very impressed with her not only did she show me how to use the machines she even advised me what would be the best temperature and what cycle would be best to use for my loads she truly is a diamond and definitely deserves all the recognition for her hard work

Staff had hid them at the bottom of the bags.Refused to take responsibility for there poor service and said we had taken them in like that.If you like your hard earned money then take your washing elsewhere.
