Skylark First Aid: Absolutely great! We had exclusive hire for a party of 4 families. Rob was excellent! He clearly loves what he does & really made the evening great fun for us all. It was well organised, clean & tidy & he made everyone feel like they had done well - even the younger children who had come near the bottom on the score card. He was able to tweak later games to make sure the younger ones scored more & it was a fairer game between adults & children. I thought it was lovely that he gave it so much consideration. We all said we hadn't laughed & screamed so much in a very long time. We will go back again definitely. Thank you Rob-o-cop!!!

He gave an excellent intro about the game and the rules etc.,I have to say I was a bit reluctant to go in and play, but the age and number of the children in the group meant 2 adults were needed. Well, despite reservations I had a fantastic time, thoroughly enjoyed myself, as did (more importantly) did the children!It is a great venue, excellent COVID safety measures in place and lovely staff. I cannot praise the experience highly enough. Thank you Rob-o-Cop!

Matt Y: Brilliant experience all round. The guy running the games for us (didn’t catch his name) made the whole experience for my two boys 11 & 13 really special. He got my boys really excited and enthusiastic about playing the games and really made the whole experience brilliant for us. Great game room as well, lots of different levels hiding places and shooting holes where you can take sniper shots etc. We played 3 different games in whole and my boys especially loved the Terminator game, where I played the terminator and they were the humans fighting for survival. Great few hours and would definitely recommend if you have children. 5 stars from me🙂👍🏼

Honey Bear: Party of 3 for lazer quest this afternoon had a bad run in with some awful kids, but the staff member Aisha was absolutely amazing with how she handled it, made me feel very safe and comfortable after she handled the situation. She was very accommodating and did not tolerate any of the aggressive behaviour from the kids. Can not praise Aisha enough would highly recommend and will even be returning for future games!!

Richard Clarke: Worst experience ever. We live local to the Birmingham branch and thought keep it close for a get together for my Sons birthday doing Laser tag.The team there failed from the start. I made a call at 9am due to the weather conditions being poor to ensure it'll be open. I was assured all of the staff was in and that there operating as normal.Our party of 8 got there as advised 30mins before the planned time slot and said we would be briefed asap. We waited 30 mins with no briefing and was advised there short staffed. With 3 people down due illness, this got my back up necaise I was advise 3 hours ago that all was fine. And from that it got worse.So my sons friends were are all excited but rapidly bored due to the time we got into the first game. It was scheduled for 3x 15 min games. During the first game the there was confusion on what game mode it was and the other public players came to the lobby. This lack of players disrupted the game but was told they came back because they shouldn't of been in the game for that timeslot. The commication and the lack of control over this booking was terrible. So we lost a game due to the bad communication. I was told to deal with it with the main reception, so I had to walk back to reception while 8 under 13's were confused and eager to enjoy there time.My account apparently has been credited by full to allow me to book Karting or laser tag. After this experience I doubt that and I think I may need to take this further.To follow from this as a good will gesture they added an extra 5 mins of play to 1 game. This was after spending £14 on water (£2 a bottle of water x7), they was being serious on that I'd have to pay.I kept the receipt.So the last game I decided to get involved and joined in the game that should of been team death match, turned out it was a free for all. The kids were confused wasting time from the lack of communication. Not only that I found that the batteries were constantly flat. All of us were told at different times that you become invincible if the batteries die... That's not the point.I feel overall that there needs to be a massive Improvement not only to the customer service and quality of this high energy experience that is advertised but also on the health and safety of the people attending and the course that you have inplace at the Birmingham branch.I look forward to the response to this and will take this to other media sites if this doesn't get dealt with in the next 48 hours.RegardsRichard Clarke

When you phone to redeem the groupon and book the game, the person who answered clearly did not want to be there.I had a fun time but the place is really in need of a refurbishment. I am now 31 years old and I remember coming to this place when I was 11 and it's exactly the same. The toilets have tiles coming off the wall, a flimsy door, it's really quite bad. The seating area where you can get drinks hasn't changed either. Old grubby carpets. old table and chairs. It looks really run down. If you are thinking of hosting a birthday party here, I wouldn't. Just come for the game and have your party else where. Even though the arena hasn't changed in 20 years, it is still a really good arena, with many different levels and ramps.As I mentioned I had a good time once playing the game but the place looks really tired. It has so much potential.

Parking is good as long as you're happy with a 3-5min walk. I've never had to pay, which is always a bonus.Quite a few different food options depending on your budget.
