Jack Muggeridge: I purchased 2 x Morris BTN002 LED 4ft Batten slimline Tube Lights on 08 February 2022 via Amazon. On 23rd January 2023 one of the lights developed a fault and failed. I sent a copy of the Amazon invoice and details of the problem to the suppliers, viz LED First Choice - customer services. Their contact 'Kieran' apologised for the problem, and arranged for a replacement. The replacement LED Batten arrived on 28th January 2023. What an excellent company to deal with, absolutely no hassle at all and very customer-focused. Without any hesitation, I would recommend LED First Choice. Definitely a Five Star company.

Andrew Swann: This review relates to a purchase two years ago.Nice array of lights, female there very good, guy came over as arrogant to be fair but that's his problem, if it dosent affect business then fine, I mean, he does own a "lighting" business so he's entitled to his attitude.My particular lights eat through halogen bulbs at a fast rate on knots and they are not cheap. Lights are in a room we rarely use so it's confusing why the issue with bulbs, and yes, the electrics have been checked.But you cannot fault the vast amount of lights to choose from, amazing. .As above, apart from the guys attitude, if you can live with that I would recommend a visit......and you're supporting a local business.

Alex Wootton: A great lighting shop with lovely products and customer service. The lady running the shop found us the perfect light to match our bedroom accessories. There was a small problem with bulb compatibility but that was sorted out straight away and without fuss. We left the shop very happy and feeling safe with the social distancing measures that were in place.We have already recommended Lighting by Gabrielli to our friend who has just moved house.
Martin Buchanan: Went there a few weeks ago, saw something I liked, and the woman was ok'ish but the big guy there, assume the owner was so so ignorant and arrogant, clearly full of his own importance. It really was appalling Customer Service. It's a shame as the lights I was interested in would have set me back over £500.00 as the stuff they have for sale is awesome, but given his attitude I walked out, so your loss...... He only had to say Morning in return instead of simple turning his back and walking off it would have made the difference.So, if attitude and ignorance don't bother you, then it's lights are amazing and go, if you don't want to be treated as something on a shoe then stay away.

I have had to chase for the updates the Dudley team didn’t even bother to keep me updated. So many times they’ll “call me back” and they don’t. I called back and had to complain for them to give me the new advised update. Office Staff don’t care I have been waiting months for these chairs. The store manager is the only one in that store that had good customer service skills. If your shipment is delayed by over 7 months why not chase the actual supplier ??? Still awaiting I deffo will never be shopping with cousins Dudley again

When contacting them regarding the problem Stephanie was very hard to deal with. Accepted no responsibility although the products were faulty or even listened to me as a customer to provide me any refund or replacement. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR PRODUCT WORKS FIRST! Absolutely disgusted with the poor level of customer service. Daylight robbery.

She let us borrow a light shade to see if it matched what we needed and encouraged us to take our time making a decision. owen: Been volunteering and purchasing items from here for 2 years now I would say volunteering here is okay, you'll get free tea/coffee all day and if the lovely Lee is in he'll make you one save you doing it :) also if the area manager comes in he'll bring doughnuts or order the manager to go next door to sofi's and buy everyone a fish and chips :) most of the volunteers here are decent to work with and the paid staff are alright aswell, the atmosphere is very humorous and fun we all laugh and joke with eachother, were right next to the bus station and we also pay for your days travel if you bring in the ticket we'll refund it :) coming here isn't a waste of time and the staff discount is generous enough, I come here on my days off from my nasty job because coming here relaxes me! 😂 , I also must be the only volunteer who comes in before the shop opens aswell 🤣🤣🤣, I do the function testing on the electricals on a Wednesday and on Tuesday I mainly on shop floor helping customers and cleaning and an extra pair of hands for other staff,I get first dibs on the electrics I feel so trusted lol. I do occasionally buy stuff from here, the brand new cushions are really nice 👍 and the donated stock can be good aswell if you know what you looking for it's a good deal 👍
Adventure with Robbie: Personally wouldn't recommend hear. Come to the store looking for a bed and mattress. They wanted £120 + £50 to deliver a second hand mattress less than a mile down the road. Ended up going across the road where I got a brand new bed and mattress for only £240. I will not be visiting this store again. Prices are just out of this world.

I still see him in 2018 when walking to the Bus Station I am suprised the shop is still running and he is still working at the warehouse there while getting PAID!!!!
