Adam Gilbertson: Studio 62 recently installed our kitchen and we can’t recommend them highly enough. The quality of the units they fit is excellent, but it is the design and installation service that, in our view, sets Studio 62 apart from other kitchen suppliers. We had an awkward space to put the kitchen in, and the three well known kitchen brands we went to all came up with the same basic design. Joe at Studio 62 came up with a totally unique design that we loved and made the best use of the space. Joe designs and also fits (along with the help of his team) the kitchens so he knows exactly what he can do with a space and the units available. We had total confidence in him delivering the kitchen we wanted, which, along and the design, was the main reason we went with Studio 62. It was definitely the right decision. We were so impressed with the installation - cabinets were taken apart, resized and put back together again to fit in and around the various awkward spaces. The carpentry work and attention to detail was top notch. Every tradesman who has come in since has said the same. Communication throughout the whole process was also great - and he was able to offer sound advice and deal without our indecisiveness! The other members of the team (Nick - carpentry, and Graham - plumbing) were also great. We now have a truly bespoke dream kitchen. We were very jealous indeed and were blown away with the transformation. They couldn’t recommend him enough...So when the opportunity came around for us to move into our forever home, the moment our offer was excepted we got Joe round to measure up and put plans together for us. From the moment we met him he’s been an ABSOLUTE dream!He let us discuss what we wanted and thought .. . Then he suggested where things should go etc and put his creation into place! We didn’t even think about redesigning it the way he suggested- but then again that’s why he’s the best in the business!Straight away he got onto designing our dream kitchen in 3D and sent them through. Once again we were blown away with his creativity and what he came up with. He wanted to know our thoughts and we talked through things we would change. We booked him in straight away as we knew he would be busy.Joe was in constant contact and gave us all the information we needed leading up to our renovation.A few months before we were invited into his showroom- where again I was in love with every design and every kitchen in his showroom- which made my final decisions much more difficult- but I knew we were in such good hands and were going to have the best of the best.We went through final changes and Joe was very accommodating in terms of what we wanted- budget etc. He did everything to make sure we were happy with final designs.So the final designs were in and it was then a waiting game...A month or so before Joe got in contact about things that needed done pre- reno and was very prompt at getting these things sorted before it all started.The day final came and it’s when our journey began...Honestly, Joe and his team were just incredible. They were there early everyday and cleaned up so well after a hard days graft. He kept us up to date and kept in regular contact (as myself and my partner work part time so couldn’t see hun everyday). All the neighbours on the street kept commenting on how professional , friendly and fantastic the team were and even had a few wanting them for future renovations!Everyday we saw more and more progress being made and with no hold ups or complications. We didn’t need to do a thing and just sit back and watch all the magic happen!Joe even did things we never asked him to do- which was just lovely. He made sure everything was done to perfection and made sure we were happy with everything.Joe and his team have blown us away and we cannot thank them enough. Joe is one very talented young man who has sprinkled his magic in our house , which has made us fall in love with our house all over again. Katrina Bate: Joe & Nick have done the most amazing job on my new kitchen! From start to finish Studio 62 have been fantastic. I visited a few times to create a plan and make changes and nothing was too much trouble. Their expertise and professionalism was second to none and other trades involved with my new extension have all made comments on their excellent standard. Their attention to fine detail has resulted not only to an amazing finish externally but internally I’m blown away by how they’ve expertly cut into tricky corners and pillars. When I knew cabinets were going to have to be cut in to I expected to see exposed plasterboard internally but they masterfully built around these and made each section to measure perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody, I spent many months looking for my ideal kitchen not being completely happy with any of the big name showrooms I visited, within the first hour of sitting down and talking through my ideas with Joe I knew I’d found exactly the right company to do the job and they have gone above and beyond my expectations!

Suzy Burr: Studio 62 Kitchens have recently completed the installation of our new Masterclass Kitchen and I can highly recommend them. We went through the usual suspects, Wren, Magnet, Howdens and even considered doing an ‘Ikea’ job ourselves, but a Google search of ‘widest available kitchen drawers on the market’ led us to Studio 62, and after initially meeting up with Joe to discuss what we were after, we knew that we had made the right choice. Joe’s foresight to take our vision and develop it was refreshing, this combined with his skill set and then the quality of the cabinetry, makes him a rare find. The superior level of craftsmanship carried out by Joe and Nick has resulted in a beautiful space which we basically never leave! Guy Marshall: Just had our kitchen and utility re-fitted by the gallery. Right from the start it was impressive. Stephanie, the designer did a wonderful job of putting us at ease and changed design to suit our ever wim. Frankly, it was easy to forget that it was her job to sell it to us. The run in to getting the job done was longer than we wanted, but as I now know, they do an excellent job and are obviously busy.The skip arrived and Rob stripped the old kitchen out. As far as anyone could he was as clean and tidy as possible making maximum use of the skip by packing it in well. Andy Hunter of Kingswinford electrical fitted a new consumer unit, which required upgrading, cut out the chasing for the new as well as extra fittings, and rewired. The plasters recommended from the Gallery then over a period of two days did all the necessary repairs. They did a good job, although it might not seem they had a lot to do, it was time consuming. Then the main man. Stephanie refers to him as Lovely Jim, I couldn't comment about That, but he does an excellent job and I hope we didn't put him to too much trouble. Ask for him when you order your kitchen. Barry tiled the floor, another nice job and all overseen by Dave.It seemed a lot of money to an old skinflint like me but when I started working out the various cost I feel we got Top value for money with both materials and service. I highly recomend.

Jonathan Goodsell: Absolute lack of humanity and communication is none existent. Purchased a kitchen this was delivered fine. However quartz worktops are a separate department and had huge delays (our kitchen is not much use without a worktop). We requested this was cancelled as to change to a different worktop without the delays, wrens would not help just stating legal binding contracts, they hadnt even sent the team out to measure so it's not like they were in production. Really disappointed they wouldn't do anything to help, once they have your money the care stops. A cold corporation that puts profits before people. There are much more friendly competitors whom will support customers the whole way and I wish I went with the likes of Howdens. Graham Jones: Absolutely shocking. Decided to have a Wren kitchen on recommendation from family members. Had nothing but trouble with damaged and marked doors/panels. Must have had 6 or 7 parts reordered so far. At time of writing this review we are still waiting on one particular door which has been reordered three times now. When your paying nearly £15,000 for a kitchen you expect better workmanship. We were advised by our fitter originally to go with Howdens but because we liked the look and quality in Wrens showroom we went with them,what a big mistake that was. Waiting for panels and door replacements has turned a 4 to 5 week planned fit well into two months. I will be advising friends and family to go with anyone apart from Wren in the future. I will be going into the showroom where we had the kitchen from to have a meeting with the top manager to air my complaints.

Jaf Hussain: It was the start of the Jubilee Weekend and we had our hearts set on a kitchen from Wren and looked online to design the kitchen on their website before going into the showroom. We selected an extra large kitchen in the Milano range and in the Infinity Plus option. We selected 3 appliances and quartz worktops with a total of 20 units. The kitchen came in at 13k.We then went into the showroom and had our kitchen designed. The Designer was reluctant to go with the options we had selected online, stating that it would be too expensive and asked to know what our budget was?. Which we did not disclose. He then went ahead with the design and we selected as per the online tool. We selected exactly the same, except there were 17 unit. We thought that it would be cheaper as the unit are less and nothing fancy. The price in-store came in at almost 22k! We asked why this was and he could not give an explanation and instead said he could ask one of the Managers to speak to us, however this would not make any difference on the price. We said in that case there was no point on speaking to a manager. A little while later we were indeed approached by a manager even though we had stated there was no point in speaking to one. The Manager gave us an explanation which really did not make any sence and we were none the wiser as to the difference in price from their online calculator to the in-store price for the same kitchen/items. We felt that the website was very misleading especially as the difference for exactly the same items selected was more that 9k extra instore. I would advise all customers to shop around as Wren will tell you that products similar to theirs cannot be brought anywhere else, when there are other kitchen suppliers who can provide similar and much more. Please also do not believe what you see on their website as the instore price is completely different and the website is just and extension of their sales tactic. Needless to say we came out of there very disappointed.

Sarah: Booked an appointment with this company to come and give me a quote. I work from home and was in all day, at the time of the appointment I went downstairs to make sure I didn't miss them knocking and no one turned up. I didn't receive a call or explanation... Until I emailed the main office asking for an explanation. I then received a call from a very defensive lady who infered that I was lying about being in, saying they came and there was no answer at the door, they called and there was no answer... It was not their fault but mine. It is genuinely impossible for them to have visited my house and knocked at the time and date agreed because I have a very small house with open plan layout downstairs. I would have seen and heard them. I don't appreciate being called a lier. This company is, in my view, unprofessional and lacking in customer service, and on that basis alone I would not reccomend using them.

Karen Dawes: Poor communication processes let this place down. Kitchens are lovely quality and the staff are friendly enough. Quick to take money and collect final payment without checking customer is happy with the quality of work. Sadly an emailed complaint to the director didn't warrant a response. Issues put right now after 3 months, but only with the support of an experienced new member of staff who understands the importance of keeping customers in the loop. At the time of purchasing my new kitchen I was considering purchasing a bathroom from Serenity but have decided against this.

Gina Growcott: Visited showroom this afternoon for appointment to see kitchen design. When we arrived women in showroom told us the person we were due to see was ill . We asked why noone thought to let us know to save wasted journey. She told us he should have let us know!! Not their job. Won't be returning. If they are unreliable at this stage we have no confidence with them fitting a kitchen!!!

Mandeep Kaur: 2.5years on and still facing numerous issues with bathroomThe toilet wasn't fitted properly which resulted in a leak and damage to a ceiling in room below.Flooring had to be redone as wasn't done correctly first timeFan wasn't fitted correctly so steam isn't being extracted which caused damp in roof above and a new fan had to be installed by usWe can't even use the plug holes in the sink as once they are pushed down, they don't even come back up.If only the bathroom worked as well as it looks.Don't bother guys
