Cheap Kitchen Furniture in Dudley: Get the Best Deals!

Ronan: Kraken were superb. I cant praise them highly enough. These photos are just part of the kitchen. We shopped around but no one could beat Kraken on price. Glen asked us what our perfect kitchen would look like and then got us almost exactly what we wanted for only slightly above our budget, which itself was not the biggest. Real wood worktops, bespoke handless doors with wood effect inserts as opposed to the usual white that everybody else supplies, black sink, big chrome tap...the list goes on. But could have easily spent an extra £5K+ getting this spec anywhere else.I stripped, plastered and put the art up myself and fitted elecs and lights etc..but the kitchen itself was Kraken. I wont say the price here but it was £3K cheaper than WRENS cheapest option which had bland doors and no wood in sight. And wren wanted us to change the layout and lose a lot of cupboard space...Apparently WREN doesn't employ people who can use a jigsaw or hole cutter, unlike Kraken. I told them what we wanted and they supplied then fitted it. No arguments or blagging, just got the job done.Final point is they were very respectful of our home and very tidy.

We had already obtained a detailed quote from a large high street kitchen company and approached Kraken to see how their price compared. We were amazed that they were able to match the quote but upgrade the worktops from laminate to solid quartz.Charlotte was very helpful throughout the design process and dealt with all of our queries promptly (and patiently!).Delivery of the kitchen itself was seamless and Kraken helpfully held onto it for us until we were ready (the kitchen was needed for a major renovation project and we weren't ready when we said we would be). In the face of widespread supply issues with appliances, the team scoured the market to source and get hold of the items we needed, pulling out all the stops to get them to us on time.We're over the moon with the kitchen and couldn't speak highly enough of this company. If you've had a quote from a high street retailer for your kitchen, run it by these guys and see if they can better it like they did for us!

The only reason I haven't scored 5 stars is because, unfortunately the plumber didn't seem fully prepared and arrived without all tools required for his part of the project. The electrician did not consult me reference position of sockets. However Mitch resolved all the minor issues raised very very promptly. I have already recommended Kraken kitchens to other people, and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Diana Higham: Outstanding service and quality!We have ordered Nappa Sofa and a foot stool from Heze furniture because they provided an outstanding hassle free service to us for a great quality furniture from Poland (I am Polish and know the quality and the craftsmanship when it comes to the contemporary furniture).Customer service at Heze was second to none and they went to a great length advising us on the fabric as we needed something that would be pet and child proof (specialist Spanish fabric Daytona does the trick regardless what you throw at it!).Half a year later, there is no stain we are worried about as it all washes off with a bit of water! The sofa is comfortable to sit on and being a sofa bed it is also very comfy to sleep on. Additionally it has storage for spare bedding and the foot stool is often used as a secret storage for our son's toys.Even in the toughest of lockdown times Heze managed to deliver the sofa directly to us! 5 stars - highly recommended!!!!(Cushions bought separately from another store)

The delivery was made by Charles himself and there was no part of the kitchen missing or damaged. My husband fitted the kitchen himself and the instructions were very easy to follow. Lauren Austin: The worst experience I have ever had with a company- I don't where to start. The 5 month+ process has caused anxiety, ceramic dust has given me asthma needing a steroid inhaler and I still have a gas leak, a hole in my wall, and my hob ignition is not connected. I was left without hot water or central heating on Christmas Eve.This company lets random workers (not under contract and they don't even know each others' surnames) sit in the desk at the shop and sell kitchens from their store and from their own workshops. Therefore, when anything goes wrong, they'll say 'oh, they don't actually work here they just rent out the space sometimes'. Despite telling them everything that's happened because of their negligence, they absolve themselves of guilt and refuse to help.This company is also known under many different names including Zebra kitchens.If you speak to a man named Afftar or Ali, run the other way. They'll ignore you, the craftmanship on all the kitchen cabinets is awful, none of them will fit, they'll suggest buying things from eBay that aren't even wired for this country so you'll waste money, they'll hire people who cannot and will not speak English and will insult me on the phone in Arabic. They've made me cry in person, have stood playing with a pen knife refusing to tell me the name of the men they're bringing into my house.Honestly, going with this company is the worst mistake I've made.And still, they'll comment and say 'lol got no idea who you are we have no records of you as a customer.'That's because you don't do paperwork.Trading standards and citizens advice are onto this and will be trying my best to get this place closed down.

Barry Graham: *AVOID AT ALL COSTS**Absolute terrible company a brief ( And believe me this is brief) list below of the problems I have hadOn delivery no worktops but paid £3500 for them because we were told they were coming with the fitters the next day guess what no fitters turned up no one contacted us either to let us know that we were five doors and a draw front missing.Tried for several weeks to get my money back they are not interested in giving money back just excuses why the manager can not sign a cheque so in the end we asked for two 3 meter square edge worktop got two 4 meter round edge this I arranged to get a friend to collect because they could not confirm delivery when collected was given damaged and wrong colour doors and pelmet took them back myself to be told by Aiden that he was rushed thats why he got the colour wrong they still owe us a small amount of money but we know we wont see that.Please avoid this company and everyone within it they are all full of it and even there invoices do not have any company information there is no email contact everything is done over the phone so no liability.Avoid Avoid Avoid

Some aspects of the kitchen that were agreed initially during the sale such as integrated bin, and open corner unit didn't get delivered and i had to chase repeatedly, in the end I bought bought some of the missing items. Matthew Littlejohns: Order cancelled and refunded a few days after purchase.The company can't even keep track of theire own stock. Items listed in multiple places Ebay, Amazon etc all showing stock. Ordered direct from the website as the price was slightly cheaper to get a phone call saying sorry they only have one left and when they checked prior to delivery most of the bits are missing. Full of excuses for not updating theire stock levels or keeping track of theire stock states.At least they did check before delivery but from my experience i'd say completely unprofessional and poorly run wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Also due to their long distance delivery driver no longer working for the company.The order was promptly cancelled from their end and refunded.I have an ecommerce background and deal with multichannel fulfilment centres myself. We sell large items, in excess of 30kg and know there are couriers that will deliver such items, but at a higher cost.Instead of ensuring the customer is happy and arranging for a courier to deliver, they have left me high and dry, without the expected item.

Robert Wilson: Ordered the "SlumberHaus German Rustic Oak Graphite Grey Industrial Sliding Mirror Wardrobe" - phoned to check on delivery date and found the store to be very friendly and helpful.The delivery came on time and exactly when promised - a word of warning, the packages can be *very* heavy, especially for a large wardrobe like this one. Plan ahead and have someone to help you!The instructions with the wardrobe were pretty clear, very similar in fact to the instructions you'd get with an Ikea flat pack item; if you struggle with these, then consider getting someone in to assemble it for you. Apart from the brackets to fix it to the wall, we had this wardrobe together in a few hours using only a screwdriver or two and a step-ladder.The wardrobe is put together standing up, so you will need at least one person (ideally two) to help, especially when it comes to getting the backs on, as these are flexible and can be fiddly to keep in place. If you are installing the wardrobe on thick carpet, make sure you get some additional brackets to fix the wardrobe to the wall and keep it from leaning forward (the doors are very heavy!).The quality was surprisingly good, especially for the price tag. The doors have excellent quality, smooth slider mechanisms, though I found it easier to fit the bottom brackets from inside the wardrobe with a torch!All in all, very happy with the purchase and would definitely consider buying from these guys again.

They are reasonably priced for most items and the owners are friendly and helpful. The side portion of the shop is devoted to large rugs of many sizes and styles. They are always getting something new in so I pop I when passing to see what's new.

The store manager is the only one in that store that had good customer service skills. If your shipment is delayed by over 7 months why not chase the actual supplier ??? Robsta: Recently had new Kitchen installation and the Kitchen was ordered from this Shop which the kitchen fitter recommended.Really nice staff/owners.Made me, wife and kids really welcome.The kitchen is really beautiful,Paid a bit of a premium but you get what you pay for and not disappointed one bit.A few suppliers have been struggling with all the parts due to Virus situation but the shop has done all they can to get what was needed.Would recommend over any large chain of companies.

Adam Davis: Highly recommend Jon and the team for an honest and reliable job! We had the guys completely strip out and refit a dated bathroom. A complex job indeed as is usually the case with older houses and a customer with high expectations 🤣 Really pleased with the quality workmanship and customer service from start to finish. The only minor criticism I'd give Jon is to get someone to help with admin as it would be good to take a day off once in a while!
