Pizza Express Live Birmingham: what do users think?

John Alexander: Great pizzas. The location on a shopping centre makes it hard to have a true atmosphere.Staff were good, just a little distracted. You know what you are going to get and quality did not disappoint

Waqar Ahmed: With Pitti Uomo coming up this week, I was in the mood for some Italian food. However my children were feeling something completely different so we found a common ground with Pizza Express. If you are a parent, then you would know children love things oddities such as butter so they ordered that with some dough balls. These are always very tasty for carb lovers so you can’t go amiss with this.Next thing to arrive was the magherita pizza which doesn’t necessarily hit the spot but does a good enough job. They do special deals for children so they can enjoy a three course meal for very cheap. Maybe the price represents the quality of food but it is value for money. If you are looking for some proper Italian cuisine then this may not be the place for it or even an alternative but for a decent lunch option in a middle of a shopping centre then it’s not so bad.Kid-friendliness: They offer kids some activities to do along with crayons to keep them entertained but with tik tok brains, their attention quickly spans to wanting a device

Damian aka Evo.: The steak was an exceptional cut of meat... Again beautifully presented on the plate with fries / salad garnish and pepper sauce.Photos show the desserts, I had the cheese platter and my wife had the melting cake with ice cream. The chef must be part artist, as all the food that was served had that artistic flare about it.By the time we had finished 3 courses we were very full, the quality and richness of the food was 2nd to noneWow... What a nightThe live music was off the scale, such talented people covering the songs we all know and love... The sound quality throughout the entire venue was crisp and clear. With Lots of bar staff and ample dancefloor space, A covered smoking area.... This place is my new go to and I would whole heartedly recommend the experience to anyone. The security staff made everyone feel safe and secure, enough of them to cope with the most difficult of customers but relaxed enough to say I'm here to protect you .... Go on enjoy your night out. This is a great team of people, a superb venue with amazing food, quality music and relaxed atmosphere.5 stars all the wayThanks for a perfect night out 😎👍
