Blaise Tenkeu: I attended a consultation with this firm on Saturday, 05/10/2019. I was seen by Mrs Sharma, who asked reception to photocopy my ID before starting anything (First time ever for me to see that with any solicitor); from the get go, I felt pushed in a corner from her questioning. I thought I was with my solicitor, but it felt more like the tribunal. At some point during my explanation of my case, she was clearly insinuating that I was lying (UNBELIEVABLE).To say the least, she didn't seem interested at all, her demeanour made me feel on edge; and after I had exposed my case, she picked her phone and called the husband to ask for directions, she wasn't sure what advice to give me!!! So why am I seeing her and paying £30 instead of seeing the person who can actually give me the advice I came in for??? Then she said she would call me on monday evening just after 5PM , as she needed to speak to the husband and would then be able to give me more information.On the said day, I waited in vain, she never called; I then called on Tuesday same time, and was told she 's not available. Same thing again on Wednesday. Since then, nobody has called me back, I paid £30 and got absolutely no advice whatsoever. Criminally unprofessional to act that way, please remember when people come to see you solicitors, most are in despair, and they are looking for solutions, not extra problems. So so disappointed, and cannot EVER recommend them to anyone.

After, they called me as they needed to rearrange appointment as the lady we were booked to see didn't deal with our type of case... was again contacted straight away. Went to the appointment, the lady who saw us gave us wrong and missed out information and had to even go out room couple of times to ask other people! Isn't professional. Even trying to persuade me to take them on for a completely different thing which didnt need solicitors and werent dealing with situation we went in for! So now we are stuck and in the same boat wondering as we were before! Looked through website for complaints link and all I could see was writing saying how good they believe they are and to speak to casework to complain. We didn't take you guys on due to your lack of knowledge for the jobs you do and just being ignorant and unprofessional! Had no problem contacting us for an appointment but won't respond when you receive people wanting to complain. THIS IS PEOPLES LIVES GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!! Shouldve listened to bad reviews. 👎UPDATE: Not heard back still few weeks later!! Also got in touch with another service in Law and we were advised of all the wrong information, nothing provided was correct at all!

Nathalie Sällström: Had to wait one and a half hour for our appointment, was not told that they were running late and when I asked about it I was told to wait 5 more minutes when it was actually an hour. No apologies was given. Was told we did not need to bring any documentation to the appointment as it was only an initial one, although when we got there we were told we should have brought them. After waiting for such a long time with a very unsettled baby, our appointment was very quick and was basically a waste of time and money for us.
