Mustafah Umar: Went here in Wednesday 10th July at about 9 pm. The two ladies on shift were very nice and helped us as it was our first time. I had cookie dough with vanilla ice cream it was delicious and made quickly. Will be visiting again.

Sammi Beal: We go there every other Saturday. Whenever we order there the staff are really friendly. The desserts are always delicious. There is so much to choose from and it is all reasonably priced. The only thing I would say was below standard was the cleanliness. The tables are often sticky or wet. There is sometimes napkins on the floor, or little bits of food. But since they have remodeled a bit inside it looks much better.

William Nubiga: I’m not normally one to leave reviews but heck the Manager Mr Ali said we should leave him one so here goes…We arrived and the toilet was broken, he told us to use the toilet across the road at another restaurant; then proceeded to take a very long while to take the orders of the group ahead of us whilst pausing to have unnecessary conversations. When our turned finally arrived, he honestly asked us what table number we were about 4 times cuz he kept stepping away to talk to the staff and then forget by the time he came back to the till we’d been in there about 45minutes now and only just orders despite it not being busy!!At this point I’m sure we’re all thinking could this customer service get any worse… but oh boy was I wrong to think that! I paid for 3 items and only received 1 my friend hadn’t had her food at all the table was completely empty and he came over to ask if we needed anything else… “erm… yh the majority of what we ordered” he then took a while to then confirm I had ordered what I said I’d ordered and then said there was some error in the network whilst paying that’s why the order was messed up despite me having a printed receipt and the transaction had cleared my account.🤦🏾‍♂️ by the time my food came out we had to leave.He then said we should give him a good review and he’ll look after us next time!

Ash OCP001: Where oh where do l begin?! I have been here many times and it us generally an enjoyable experience for the family. It is the best LDS that we have frequented and much better than the Kings Heath branch or indeed the Solihull branch. It was quiet and half of the place was off bounds. I was disappointed that the toilets were out of order. When asked l was advised to use the convenience of the neighbouring Burger and Sauce establishment. In my opinion a dining experience is let down by thinking a lack of toilets or non-functional toilets is anywhere near acceptable. I was very disappointed to learn that the alleged H.Q has terminated the Loyalty scheme whether it's the app or a physical card. Now this is where is gets daft; the app and it's linked loyalty scheme is encouraged on the paper menu which isn't actually the dine in menu but the takeaway menu according to the manager Ali. It's not illogical to assume the menu on the table is the correct menu in terms of available desserts or price. Once the desserts had arrived everything was visually appealing and a friendly attack on the senses. Prices have gone up and a company shouldn't comprehend charging said prices when there is an unacceptable multitude of issues such as these. I was charged an extra £1.50 for the cookie dough only to be told that the cheaper price is for half the amount and is actually for the takeaway menu and this was the fault of......you guessed it HEAD OFFICE. 😅 So although the desserts are rather nice and consistently tasty, the niggling issues that this business feels not worth correcting let LDS, as an ongoing concern, down.

Joey Singh: Ordered dessert from here which twice got delayed and the delivery time got pushed back. Wouldn't let me cancel the order and by the time order arrived everyone in the house was asleep and it caused a big inconvenience in the end more than anything else. Wish I never ordered from there

We had ramadan buffet and they have wide variety of dishes. I must say, every dish were aromatic divine and tasty. Especially the Namkeen Gosht. As soon as I entered the restaurant I felt disgusting smell coming from restaurant.The food was tasteless not a single thing in the restaurant was perfect. I am definitely not going back to this restaurant again and won’t recommend to anyone. Wasted my money and time. And all my family got sick as soon as we came back home.

Sanam Choudary: Went here for iftari around 2-3 times, each time with between 40-90 people. The booking process was easy enough deposit is taken understandably. The customer service is faultless, the staff can’t do enough to help, we had a disabled person with us & staff accommodated for him, there are prayer rooms which is ideal as well. The food is fresh and quality has not been compromised at all, again understandably some dishes might not be available due to the rationale of not wasting food during Ramadan they have concentrated on providing options that are popular, no problem with us as everything was piping hot and tasty from starters to desserts. If you arrive after 7.15 pm expect queues, but having been to Zouks & Shahis during Ramadan I can say these were orderly and fast moving, and to be honest provided a good break in between seconds. If you’re a snowflake and don’t like waiting I’d say go for a table service restaurant, given the clientele this place managed us really well, provided good quality food and an effective service with the added facilities for prayer rooms.Vegetarian options: Daal, boiled rice, okra, gajrela loads reallyKid-friendliness: Yes children are catered for well.Parking: A main parking with an overflow however try and arrive early.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes - really well accommodated.
