I love her salon and services and I am there every week.Diane is a perfectionist and goes out of her way to make sure her clients are happy.However I do not recognise the description by an ex Saturday trainee staff who I met several times as a represention of Diane or the salon. I would go as far as to say this was malicious.Diane likes to have a laugh and on many occasions offered good advice.I would recommend her salon, her services as she deserves success as a hard worker.

I’ve read the review that my daughter left on this platform and then the counter attack made by the owner Diane, whose response is typical of a business owner who, like most other business owners, (self appointed leaders of others, who have little or no knowledge and experience of managing employees) sees criticism of their professional conduct as a personal attack on them, rather than the honest and candid impression of a junior employee who began working for Diane with hopes and aspirations of doing her best. As soon as my daughter began working in the salon, she began to express shock at the way Diane would speak to her and other employees in front of customers. My daughter is naturally gifted with the ability to turn her hand to almost anything to do with hair and beauty, but whatever her abilities are, Diane seemed to think that the only way she can get the most performance out of her staff, is to talk down to them and assert her own domineering authority over them. Diane never paid her on time. Diane would make her work longer hours and do all she could to pay her less. Diane needs to understand that her actions and her words are her own to take ownership of herself rather than project them onto others, especially 17 year old students who are at the start of their lives, and who just wanted to impress her, get her approval and acknowledgment as a so called professional.

I was wildly under paid for the work that I was doing and the little pay I did receive I hardly ever received on time. The judgemental attitude the owner would have with me and the other staff members was disgusting, she made us feel patronised, embarrassed and uncomfortable constantly in front of clients.The owner fails to understand that if she wants to keep staff and really benefit from staff that are motivated and feel valued, her business would thrive. Through mistreating staff she will only ever experience limited success.ITS IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW THAT I AM NOT A ‘TROLL’ I AM A GENUINE PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE AND MY NAME IS AISHA ASLAM SO PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RESPOND BY DENYING THAT I WAS AN EMPLOYEE AT YOUR STORE.

Leticia Sim: Had a lovely hair wash and treatment with a hair trim. My scalp was massaged well, my hair given a significant wash and Infrared treatment (never heard of it b4 today) that helped to hydrate my hair i believe. The hospitality was very good also. The facial was lovely very relaxing and afterwards ot was as though my skin was lighter in complexion. However it was just 'fresh'. Diane also gave me some advice regarding my hairline which is not doing well and gave me recommendations which I truly appreciated with the hair analysis. The decor is wicked so bright n fresh very boujie. Make sure u check them out. Thank you

Sonia Daniels: Absolutely fabulous time spent here today. My daughter and I had massages, nails and our hair done by the wonderful Diane, she even did my daughter's makeup. What a transformation especially as my daughter wasn't having her hair done today after she'd had about 7ins cut off on Saturday at hb club merry hill (by Asda) but Diane noticed how uneven the cut was (at least 2 inches on one side) that she sorted it out for her. Can't recommend enough. Will definitely go back again and again.
