Tine Catindig: Went to Urgent Care 16TH OF APRIL 2022 11pm due to my partner's having a persistent symptoms and he's asthmatic. We were accomodated and seated. Nearly 4 hours after 0250am today and yet we're still waiting even though there's not much left patient waiting. There's three receptionist sitting down behind their desk doing nothing. If you asked them how much longer and they answer you back rudely. Really?? Is that even a right attitude to answer a patients query. Digusted!!!EDITED: 0420am!!!!!! We were told 3 hours waiting when we arrived!!!!!!

Jan Holland: I have been seeing Mr Ali for over 3 years after been diagnosed with breast cancer. I feel very fortunate to have had him do my reconstruction. Mr Ali is a respectful and humble man and for me he has been a god send on my cancer journey out of the dark he gave me light.I cannot thank him enough and feel blessed to have crossed his path on my journey in life.Bless you sir you are a true gentleman.
Hayley W: Mr Ali Mehboob is an outstanding surgeon. He is extremely professional and listens to his patient well. He’s a very likeable man who makes you feel relaxed. He achieved results better than I could have dreamed, especially after been told at many other consulations,at different places, what a complex and expensive proceeded I would need. He was the last person of many that I saw and im so happy I waited and researched to finally find him. He specialises in correct breast surgery which is what I needed and has transformed my breasts. I cannot recommend him enough. He achieved everything and more which others said they couldn’t do, or wanted double / triple the cost, some two operations and a lot more scarring. I was lucky to have the whole proccedure in one operation and only have lollipop scarring. Mr Ali providing so much detail in each consultation and during post op appointments and covering all after care advise. He covered everything and makes you feel like he has all the time on the world ( which I’m sure he doesn’t) I highly recommend him to anyone considering breast augmentation of any kind.

Lauren Poole: Disgusting don’t even know how to answer a simple phone
LevelUpGaming Ltd: Absolute disgrace of a health centre. Receptionist refused a new born baby choking on her own mucus. Poor baby was struggling. Admittedly I was five minutes late but no sympathy was given. They told me doctor had gone home yet 2 minutes later a doctor came to the reception. Avoid this health centre as they do not care for the patients. I will be reporting this to the GP practice regulators as this is very dangerous to have a unqualified receptionist dictate how a baby who is choking on her own mucus is safe to go home because we was 5 minutes late.
Janet Round: For a blood test it is the best place to go with no queues and you are in and out in no time. The staff are very friendly. You don't need an appointment but I find it better to make one.
Rabbia B: Receptionist out of control! The way i got spoken to was horrifying. I haven’t slept all weekend as it’s been playing on my mind. The red hair and the nasty nasty attitude to match, bring Dr Afzal back she would never let Patients be spoken too like that. So upsetting the receptionist is named Jane which i just found out as they don’t want to give their names.

Peter Davies: I have just been unfortunate enough to have been spoken to like a dog by a women on reception who is known by the name of Dawn ! I simply asked her politely if I could have a face mask because I had forgot mine and she refused? she is nothing but a Jobsworth.Also what i couldnt belive a man in front of me at reception had just come out from seeing the doctor with a blood form and Dawn booked him in straight away !!!Yet my 86 year old mother has to wait two weeks NOT GOOD ENOUGHT Dawn you should be ashamed
Denzo Ali: My mother is 89yrs old and she is bed ridden. I have tried on numerous occasions to get a home visit but never have I managed to an appointment for her. The receptionist are not professional and the service is disappointing. What has happened to our NHS,it is going downhill

Julie Wall: I think Anchor Medical (which used to be Netherton Health Centre) is great, I called on Fri around 11am and got through straight away,I was offered a face to face appointment for that afternoon, It was decided that my issue required minor surgery which was explained and stated that Dr Sandu could do this for me and that I would be added to the waiting list.I left the surgery where literally 10 mins later, Ellie (Receptionist) called me to inform me that I had now been added to the list, Lovely & polite Lady.I was then called on Monday to be offered an appointment for today (Wed), again she was a very Lovely & accommodating member of staff who offered me a choice of time slots.Dr Sandu who completed my minor surgery was polite, freindly, Informative of the procedure and was very proffesional with a good sense of humour which made me feel at ease.I have been a patient with the surgery for many years and I can honestly say that I have never had an issue with getting an appointment, Maybe Respect is given to people who give it, staff will speak to people in how they are spoken too, and people are to quick to write reviews when they don't get what they want.Keep up the good work guys, 👏 and Thankyou for all that you do.
Jodie Thomas: Despite media portrayals, I have always been able to get an appointment when needed. I've actually had two same day appointments for myself and my child over the past few months which is beyond what I was expecting. Reception staff are always accommodating & the nurses are fantastic!

Vanessa Walker: Now that Dr Perera has retired, the new GPs actually listen instead of diagnosing you before you walk through the door.However, the receptionists are worse than ever. They will not answer phones. The answer machine message is long, waffling and then clicks off. When I go there in person, they ask me why I don't ring ahead and I point out that I can never get through. The receptionist will often claim it's a slow day or nobody is having problems getting through at the moment, while their phones continue to ring in the background, unanswered.

Lucy: If you're looking for a GP Surgery, don't bother with these. Phone line is 'busy' 99% of the time. You can't get through in the morning at 8am to get same day appointments, most of the receptionists are RUDE and think it's completely ok to be rude to patients.Can't wait to move to a good practice!

Heffie Monster: After waiting 2 minutes for the covid-19 and flu voice message to end I then had to wait and additional 5 minutes just to hear burr burr. I will be moving doctor surgery soon enough due to how rubbish this one is.
Lottie Lawton-Hall: I had my flu jab Last week, I was so worried about having to go in but the system they had was amazing I was literally in and out within 2 minutes. I didnt wait in line the staff was very kind and didnt hold me up.There is a one way system in place.So happy this is my GP practice at times like these.
Denise Johnson: Telephone Answering Service, far too long and not updated enough. On visiting the centre you must remember to take your mobile phone with you, as you can't access the building, without having to phone through first, listening to the message which goes on and on. Also note the practice is failing to advise patients that you now have to book appointments for blood tests at Russell's Hall and Corbett hospitals, there is no walk in service at present. Amazing you can't enter this health centre, but your free to do so at Russell's Hall. My experience this week of the practice, having to walk back to the car park at the rear to retrieve my phone in the rain. Then going to Russell's Hall to be told I needed an appointment. I think staff have lost sight of the fact they are there for the patients, please consider the elderly patients!!
