Monster Mayhem (Dudley Port): what do users think?
Simon Parnell: Don't bother with food.
Stunning Pearls: The food was terrible staff said cooked and wasent never offerd a refund or nothing never again
Danka Bartkowicz-zygmunt: Play area ok but nothing special,, very dirty floors (need a very good hoovering and washing)Toilets ok but no soap and paper towels.... The biggest minus is... they have no lockers so you can't leave your property save(they don't take any responsibility for it).... busy time no space to sit down .....young girls who serving very nice 🙂The old lady behind thet till appearance and way she is talking to the people ...I didn't like it. She is at work and I am a client who can complain if something is wrong.I think she forgot about it.My advice..clean up the place !!!
Steph Crockford: Dirty. Over full. Absolutely stunk of dirty cooking oil. Staff wanted to take our phone number and email address??? Half of the equipment wasn't use able... Won't be going back.
Elise Norton: Mouldy inside the pizza when confronted got told it was from a pan even though it was inside the pizza so that is impossible, even if this was the case then clearly the pans was dirty. The girls then continued to stand behind the counter talking about us and giving us dirty looks.
balloon drifloon: Completely filthy, parents aren't encouraged to watch their children, older children were playing in the toddler area which was very unsafe and all of the staff would just behind the counter talking rather than doing any work. There were at least two children in the toddler area that were about 10 years of age pushing the toddlers out of the way and climbing up the slides. Also, the toddler area is designed badly in that toddlers could just climb out and then end up in the cafe where the adults were. I could feel my anxiety getting worse and worse the longer we were there, so we left after about 10 minutes. Definitely would not recommend!
craig morgan: Took are grandson he absolutely loved it and the food is really good as well definitely we were going again
Natasha: First time using this soft play and won't be going back. On arrival, staff were on their phones/laptop. No proper greeting or induction like other soft plays I have used. Staff lacked customer service skills and seemed miserable. The atmosphere wasn't the nicest. The place wasn't clean. Dust on play equipment, and several random socks children had lost scattered around play area and in ball pit. The socks had obviously been there for a while as I went at a much quieter time, and I doubt that many children would have lost their socks that day. The ball machine in the toddler section was taped up and didn't work. The equipment in the toddler section wasn't practical enough for a toddler to manage as the step to the slide was too high. Upon leaving, I had to wait for someone to acknowledge that I was standing at the gate, and I had to try and get someones attention due to staff being more interested in their devices. It's such a shame because the place could have potential with the correct management and staff.
Jordan Turner: Couldn't sing happy birthday after taking kids there for a birthday. Didn't pay for a party but took the kids out after school. Was asked by staff to stop singing as I didn't book a party there.Food tastes like deep fat fryer grease and its awful stepped in more puddles in the play area than outside
Julie Ellgood: Manager very nasty and rude . Very dirty such ashame as kids liked it . My child has autism and got very upset over the manager shouting at as his daddy. They stayed longer than 2 hours so she was very aggressive demanding to pay again saying she called their name to go but we never heard her how can u be like that working in a place for children
John Meacham: Absolutely disgrace. I have never been there before. I overstayed my Two hours and didn't even know there was a limit. She tried to make me pay double. What an absolute disgrace. I shall also be calling the council tomorrow and also telling how dirty the place is. Dust everywhere especially over all the slides . Fuming . Keep away
Aman Bal: Absolutely vile! AVOID! Do not take your kids there! Soon as we walked in the girls behind the counter made it very obvious they were talking about me and my husband, we then took the children in to have my twin 1 year olds play in someone else sick in the toddler area, we then moved to the bigger part for my elder children and it was still dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months! The customer service in this place does not exist, dirty looks and rude to say the least! The Lego room is horrendous, there’s more Lego in my house, the disco room does not exist! Very poor!
Mr Took: It's mayhem alright 😂
Shanon: Disgusting place, such rude staff
Caroline Wallace: Great time had, kids loved it with plenty to do. Food was good, would definitely recommend
Andy Lunn: I wouldn't recommend to go n here. Its very dirty and un hygienic. Toilets lool like they are bever clean the staff are really rude especially the manager..
isabella glitters: Huge thank you to the whole team at Monster Mayhem for making my daughters birthday party AMAZING. I highly recommend this place for parties and I know that all the parents that attended our party where highly impressed too. A big shout out to Alana our party host who made sure everything ran smoothly and constantly checked in with us throughout the day, she is a real credit to the whole team. And a special shout out to Sadaf the manager, who is such a genuine nice human being she could not help us out enough and took the time out to listen to our needs and made sure everything was perfect, she went above and beyond her duties and I will definitely be booking here again thank you ! We had a three hour room as we had a mascot attending too and they accommodated all our needs, it was simply perfect! All the children and adults left happy and not to mention how delicious the food was too! Thanks so much again 5*!! Highly recommend parents to book here you will not be disappointed!
Jess Pardon: Visited Wednesday 26th Feb 2022, honestly wouldn't recommend, I got there when it just opened, the ball shooter in the under 3's is broken and all hanging loose where someone could cut themselves, had older children jumper in the under 3'a bit staff didn't say anything to them! Non of the machines worked for the kids they was all out of order too. The ladies toilet they only had 1 working and they was dirty looked like someone had wiped poo all down the all, honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to visit!
Julie Pardon: Needs a clean toilets were dirty with poo wiped up the cubicles and we were in there when it opened so obviously hadn't been cleaned from the previous day disgusting
stacey kemp: Awful place.DirtyConcrete in a childrens play centre which make no sense
Lee Hollins: Kids loved it but very dirty

Scallywags Indoor Play Centre: what do users think?
Justin Hardman: Had a great time at the soft play venue! Food and teas and coffee really good! Staff was so friendly and helpful abd we all had a good laugh! I'd recommend this venue.. 12-2 seems like the best time slot also.. Earlier the better I'd say! Thanks Jo! Cracking
Kevin Hanson: Great place for the kids. staff great make you feel comfortable.
sarah mckinley: We booked for the Easter event with farmer Joe and his wife, we paid the extra but unfortunately left with two disappointed boys,It wasn't a fun filled event, it consisted of 2 activities , find the hidden eggs around softplay which they were given 5 minutes there was hardly any eggs to find compared to children so alot of kids missed out,There was a " guess how many eggs in a jar " which lasted about 20 minutes,The rest of the time the kids were left dancing their hearts out on the hopes they were deemed good enough to be the best dancer and when they was they was given lolly pops or mixed sweets,They met the Easter bunny for a picture but left empty handed, the whole story was that scallywags was the only softplay with a machine that made tons of eggs yet none was given other than maybe 2 or 3 kids. One of my boys was given a plastic medal because he become so upset he didn't get an egg or sweet, my other son had to ask for one and was becoming increasingly upset because he wasn't being noticed,When we left there was a few other disappointed parents in the parking area, a few expressed the concerns about not receiving even a small treat size egg from the bunny, alot of upset and confused kids when we left, they all danced their hearts outs on the hopes they would get an egg yet left empty handed, a few parents questioned why we paid extra when it was just like a normal session, unfortunately I don't think id be in a rush to book again, it's caused alot of upset and confusion with my boys, so we will just stick to the usual Sunday visits in future.
Charlotte Simcox: We love Scallywags 😃
Paul Moseley: Visit with my Grand daughter, she had been talking all week about the trip and still continued talking for the next week about her time there. It all seems very well run and clean. Very well done.
Martin Benson: Great venue for children to play
Paul Rhodes: Excellent soft play. My granddaughter spent two hours playing having a great time. Food and drinks are very reasonable. Be careful of car park 2 hours 30 minutes maximum otherwise a big fine, however plenty of signs in the soft play warning you. The staff did point this out on entering. Well worth another visit.
Maria Petronela: Kindly and friendly
Nicole Phillips: Great!! love scallywags. Reasonably priced, good food, really easy to navigate with a child, and really easy to see your child is as visibility across the whole area is great. Plus the staff are always really friendly.Had our daughters party there over Christmas and the timing was incorrect at the time of booking (just because christmas hours hadn’t been published on website) but all the staff were really kind and efficient at getting the children in our and for food and cake. Really grateful considering it was the Christmas holidays and they were aske to stay late for our party. Can’t thank them enough.
Jayde Kirkham: My son loves it here had his 1st birthday party here which was amazing and he’s attended a few play sessions and has an amazing time every time saw Santa and loved him the first Santa he actually sat with always amazing customer service and my son loves it there
Samantha Campbell: Thank you scallywags Brierley Hill, we hosted our daughters 4th birthday party here and had a fab experience. The staff were brilliant, the kids had loads of fun and all enjoyed the food. Would highly recommend!
Chloe Beckinsale: Fantastic. The staff were amazing, very attentive to us.
Teeny Weeny: Awesome for the kids especially the sensory room
Kate Moreton: We visited for the Santa's grotto at Brierley Hill Scallywags for the second year running on 11th Dec! Santa & his elves were absolutely brilliant! We loved the personalised chat with Santa & cosy private room. Santa was amazing with both children, even getting my littlest one to happily sit with him when he cries at almost every Santa usually! They had a fake snowball fight & he chatted to them about what they'd like & already knew which impressed them. They were both thrilled as were we. Then we stuffed two lovely toys which the kids absolutely loved! Really good quality! Great value for money with the visit, toy & then soft play too! Plus you don't have to pay for adults like parents etc with their children like you do at most grottos! There was also a very funny guy doing balloons & entertainment which was great & the kids loved him too! Fantastic afternoon! It was great last year & equally brilliant again this year! Definitely recommend! Thanks!
zaheer din: Had a birthday invitation here, was ok
Rachel kendall: We visited for a party great party lovely host. Also did santa last year. The santa was certainly engaging and fun got conversation out of both girls lovely would recommend.
Pic Greenway: I booked the Santa's grotto with the make your own teddy for my 7 month old daughter and my 7 year old nephew and it was such a great day for all us adults too! The Santa interaction was great and we all loved how we were asked about the childs interests and pets on booking, making my nephew amazed Santa knew his name and other interests; it made such a great personalised experience. The fact that the soft play was included in the price, meant that there were no impatient moans and long waits for our turn to see Santa, as the kids can just play until we were next. We got to spend as much time with Santa as we wanted and could take all the photos and videos we liked. There was no pressure added to make us feel we needed to rush out the grotto and the interaction was great with both the 7 month old and 7 year old, despite the big age gap! Also it was great that we didn't have to pay for adults to enter, like most other Santa experiences, making the day much more affordable, with all adults still being able to be apart of the Christmas day out. The teddy we stuffed with the elf was also a lot bigger than expected, making it even better value for money. Also loved the naughty elf and how he interacted and kept the kids (and adults) entertained whilst playing and waiting to see Santa. Such a great experience at a fantastic price. We will definitely be returning next year and making it our yearly Christmas tradition. As a family we all loved it!
Amy Brookes: Cheap and cheerful. Pleasant couple of hours play for the kids.
Lauren Clayton: Great santa experience. Thank you
Lee Lanza: Great place and brilliant for the money, a lot cleaner than most other soft plays, food is decent value too
Emma Bowman: Excellent place, Excellent staff, Excellent food and drink

Rainbow Street admin@rainbow-street.co.uk: what do users think?
Kally Moxham-atkin: Lovely role play village, perfect size, helpful staff, clean and well thought out. Free parking 😃
The Old Gold and Black: Well organised and resourced little site.
Bonnieboo: Our 1st visit today, My 3 and 5 year old really enjoyed them selves lots to see and do, clean and well organised, lay out great ! Staff super welcoming and friendly ! Food and drinks good value. We will visit again. Thank you for a great morning.
Simon Roden: Great fun my 3year old daughter loved it
Kim Morris: This was our first time and we enjoyed it. Lots of things to play with and everything is very clean. There is a cafe attached for drinks and snacks. .
vicki rowley: Great for encouraging imaginative play
Mariah Heathcote: Friendly staff, very clean and tidy. Lots of things for children to interact with that is safe for a variety of ages. Easy to find.
Oliver Sumner: I don’t like colour
Natalie M: Lovely place! Staff are friendly, plenty of toys and props. Numbers restricted so it doesn't get too busy. My SEN child loves it.
Lorraine Hampson: Took my Grand daughter she loves it plenty to do likes playing being the shop keeper ..well done x
Mire La: We've been to this place a few times over the last 3 years and it was really nice. However, they have not changed or updated any of the toys or bought any new ones. Everything looks very worn out and tatty. Very disappointed and will not be returning unfortunately. The staff were very friendly as usual.
Tatiana Sousa: Nice place, small, with a great cafe
Iola White: Can’t recommend Rainbow Street enough!! Having brought our little boy a few time for the play sessions, we decided to hold his 2nd Birthday party here. The venue was perfect the children had a great time. The party food was tasty and the staff were so helpful with any requests we had. They really took the stress off us in organising a children’s party. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to host a children’s party.Thank you 😊
Katie Humphries: I took my little three you old boy here for the first time today, and what can I say, from start to finish it was excellent so well organised and clean also good value for money. At the end of the session they ring a bell and play music for every one to help to tidy up thought this was also a fantastic idea! Definitely will be visiting again.
Teo P: Really good experience for my two years old. Will definitely come back.
Paul Moss: A nice friendly little place for role play for your little ones
01Marnie: Having come here every week for a long time I can safely say this place is excellent value for money. The facilities are clean and lights work perfectly fine. Our children and my friends love the variety of toys and dressing up things. They especially liked the 'Tidy Up' songs at the end which encourage parents and children to help tidy as most role play centres and schools do, having visited many other places too. The food is delicious. And the milkshakes are soooo tasty. I totally agree with other reviews that the staff make this place what it is. They're so friendly, professional and make the experience thoroughly enjoyable.
Akshay Jugran: For the cost of it, this one is not very good value for money. The place is very small and the disabled toilet light is problematic. The staff are great, the snacks are OK and so is the coffee. There is another bigger one on the way to Wolverhampton which could possibly be good value for money.Given how small this place is, might be better for a small birthday party or something for smaller groups. The toys are good for what it is.Unlike other play areas, parents and kids are expected to put things back! Personally I have never had yo do this elsewhere and so unlikely I will go here again.3 stars because of the staff and the toys in the area only.
Shona Smith: We visit Rainbow street regularly , my daughter is 2 and absolutley loves coming to play . She gets to be so creative and imaginative with lots of areas for her to play with . Her fave role play areas are the shop and vet stations . All the toys are always neat , tidy and clean when we arrive for our session and so are the surrounding areas. Ive never attended a session where its been over crowded , theres always been plenty of space for the children and their parents to play .Plenty of seating in the cafe area and a lovely choice of food , drinks and snacks for kids and adults too . Coffee and cookies are a 10/10 !The staff are fantastic always friendly and attentive also great with the children too . Highly reccomend going along for a play session .We always look forward to returning :)
Joanne Cooper: Fun for little ones, quite small though and can feel quite busy. Struggled to find a table to eat. Staff overcharged me for for food. I had to explain it to them multiple times before they believed me, once they checked the till they realised something was already on the till when they rang it up. They begrudgingly gave me to money back but we're very rude about it, no apology.
Thomas Ellis: First time attending, situated inside an old pub. Some of the original features are still in place such as Bar and stain glass windows. The outside of the building could do with some improvements, rough car park and some items due for the tip within eye line.Warmly welcomed by staff, shown around facilities upon 1st visit.Lovely clean, toy packed play areas, various themes such as supermarket, building site, cafe etc. Been to similar play centres and often found toys/props running low or damaged but very impressed with facilities here.Hot drinks, food available to order and nice clean changing and toilet areas.Enjoyable morning play session, will definitely visit again.

Big shout for all the staff here who deliver excellent customer service and work so hard. Will definitely be returning and for the money I highly recommend. Boing Zone Trampoline Park: what do users think?
Rich C: The place is looking very tired with so much wear and tear it's potentially becoming dangerous! It needs a major uplift.
mona sidan: A nice place to tire the little ones out while you relax with a drink or coffee from the café.The coffee could be better, though. Will definitely visit again.
Abigail Moseley: Went on good friday , booked last minute as daughter (7) asked to go that morning so booked for the afternoon, used the offer that was emailed me book 120 min session and only pay for 60 mins so got 2 hours for £10Great value and she really loved it, so much so we went back yesterday ( a rainy bank holiday monday) another last min booking and used the same code again, different experience though as the venue was extremely busy and we had problems with older kids being rough with the little ones on the trampolines and my daughter was in tears more than onceThere was nowhere for the adults to sit at all as very busy with partys going on aswell as the normal sessionsWe ended up leaving early which was a shameThe Staff are lovely very good with the children ,could possibly do with more staff in the trampoline areas to keep an eye on the kids , i think we will choose our visits more wisely and aim for less busy times next time but will definitely visit again
David Lane (DangerousDave_34): Great for the kids to run loose and let off some steam...staff are super friendly.
S Nock: Not very good to mix the older kids with younger kids. Won’t recommend to come here.
Jake Dicken: It was fun lots to do and they had dodge ball trampolines. But they unfortunately put a giant bouncy castle in the middle I hope it’s just for half term (:
Maryam Babalar: I am an adult but I have seen my nephews playing happily.
Theme parks Are great: Good value for money
Amy Highfield: Never been
Arron Ruston: Nice place, good staff oversite compared to other similar and decent parking around. Adults aren't allow in the trampoline area so you have a cafe upstairs to watch however, it's small and when parties are on its very crampped. No lift also for mobility issues or pushchairs.
Samantha Waters: Attended toddler time today, unsure what your capacity number is for adults and children for each session however it was way to overcrowded (I understand that your busy and it’s a weekend) but you couldn’t move for people. Everyone was falling over each other, it took ages to get through the door and then to get a locker even though we had pre-booked. Every trampoline was permanently occupied and each area was shoulder to shoulder. The session was 11-12. By the time we actually got in and got a locker it was 11:10 and we left at 11:45 because it was just TOO BUSY.
Karen Green: Had my daughters birthday here it was a disaster was pushed out the room food late and team members said ffs when I handed out the party food as they wanted to clean the room.I reported how bad this was and got told have a return child visit on us I have tried emailing them to tell them I’m not happy with that but iv been ignored don’t wast your money!
Susan Tarr: Good for kids to let off a bit of steam for £9 would have expected a bit more than an hour
Kevin Hanson: Kids loved it great party
Rachel kendall: Kids lived it. Perfect viewing point to watch children while they play.
Jeff Coopey: Great for the little ones
Gabriella Woolfenden: Awful service. We tried repeatedly for weeks to book a party for our little Boy. Due to the fact he was turning 4, we couldn’t book online and instead were given an email to contact. No one ever replied. About 10 emails later and numerous telephone conversations where we were promised someone would be intouch! And that never transpired. Awful service and very unprofessional. Even when we have visited we have been met with unhappy and unfriendly staff.
Shanice Amore: Good little place but wanted to book for my sons birthday and quoted £390 for a kids party with food for 20 kids is disgusting. Soft play is half the price.
Kerry Vear-Smyth: Great place for kids. Minor gripe that waiting area for parents is very small and cramped. But 8 year boy loves it here
Karen Jones: Kids loved it
Danny Morgan: Been on the phone 1 hour to book for my daughters birthday even tho it says look online I wanted to ring to make sure it's avalible thanks for not picking up the phone as my call is very important to you...

Zig Zags Play and Party: what do users think?
Gavin: Kids love it there
Sarah Leddington: We had our sons 5th birthday party here yesterday (19/4/23) and it was amazing.Great value, the party food was lovely and at the right temp for the kids to dig straight into! Plenty of pop provided. Superb entertainment by Angel who is just that an angel.Clean throughout, including bathrooms which are usually a little grubby at soft play.Nothing was to much trouble! The girls even cut the cake up to pop into party bags! The only negative was the coffee, it was really bitter. But that’s a small negative compared to all the positives. Thanks so much girls! We loved it and will be returning (with our own coffee😉)
Jack Richards: As far as soft plays go this is the best one locally. We also went to the sensory room with our one year old. Was really lovely for a different experience.
Steph Meredith: Lovely soft play. Toddler area is lovely and the sensory room is great for babies too
Michael Sawbridge: kids loved it, didn't want to go home
Debbie Evitts: Great place for kids...good choice of meals
Riley Jordan: Was in today with my daughter who enjoys our weekly visits! As for the review below,(Lindsay) we was there and she was highly rude to the staff, one of the girls looked as though she was going to burst into tears! Ridiculous behaviour for an adult. Been coming into zigzags for many years & had birthday parties here also. Staff always go above an beyond. Food brilliant and toilets very clean!
Lindsay: Dirty stinking hole of a place! Toilets are revolting, pee all over the seats, poo smudged all down the backs of the toilets, dirty nappies just dumped. Absolutely jammed to the roof with adults and kids all ontop of eachother, staff are horrendously rude and arrogant, I tried to complain to the manager about something and he didn't even stop to look at me let alone speak to me. This place needs closing down FAST
Simon Roden: Had a great time with my 3year old and her friend who’s 2 🤗🤗🤗🤗
Rajendra Singh: For the price it's great value. There's baby changing facilities and seating for parents. The soft play for under 4s is good and can be shut off. Staff were super friendly. Parking was available but only just so have a strategy during busy periods
Matthew Trueman-Jones: One of the worst experiences at a soft play. I attended a party.... One of 3 parties that seemed to be happening all within 45 mins of each other. This led to overcrowding and safety issues as no space to move safely without bumping into a child.Food provided was very basic, cold chips etc.It feels very much a profit based soft play. Maximum people for the least amount of value. The one good thing was the Mirabel mascotWould never attend again
Jamie Hadley: Its always decent for the price, if your into screaming crazy kids, then this is the place lol. My daughter had a party to go to, no complaints at all. Staff watch whats going on and try to control it lol which is always gonna be impossible, but they seem to do they're best tbh. My daughter loved it which was the main thing. Food was pretty decent aswell
Laura A: The main reason for the low rating is, it's dirty. The toilets aren't very clean, i avoided using them. The tables didn't look clean either. The birthday parties are a bit rushed, in the party room and it's over busy, far too packed. The staff weren't very friendly either, apart from the staff in the party room.
Carole Hughes: Attended a 7 year old birthday party. Kids had an amazing day. The food was great and the party was great, staff were lovely and friendly.
Sophia Parveen: Amazing my little one had a kids party service was on point kids loved it
alice stevens: Great for kids parties
Sharon Kaur: Lovely place for kids and babies! Great food perfect for adults to have a nice coffee or lunch while the kids play.
Kayleigh Saxon: Had My sons birthday party here today, the staff were absolutly fantastic and nothing was too much for them. 2nd time weve private hired for my childrens birthday and i wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you to the whole team at Zig Zags ❤️
PolongoTv: Good family friendly centre. Highly recommended
