S B: ZERO STARS LISTEN CLEARLYSTEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANYThey have took £2300 off me for two coursesUnfortunately I fell ill in hospital just before I was due to take my course. What does this company go and do ? refuse proof of me been in hospital and tell me that I need to pay more and rebook instead.. I was also forced to rebook another date there and then whilst in hosp knowing that I would not know when I’d be out. Which they then say oh you’ve not come in again there a very calculated company ..They then change there terms and conditions on their website to suit there frauding needs and have also lied saying they have tried to get through to me when in actual fact they have fobbed me off for a year and keep on saying they’ve got no dates for me to book but yet request more payment. This company has caused me stress anxiety depression the list goes on, I feel distraught from the distress they’ve caused me and my family theyve took my money and kept it and all the excuses in the world we’ve had. my family have tried to speak to them and tell them how inhumane it is to keep peoples money. Horrible Horrible company that ruin lifes

Jodie Davis: I can't talk for the actual services but the customer service was appalling. Me and a work colleague had booking for a teeth whitening. We got pestered for a deposit (we sent £10 thinking it was for the booking, not realising per person) which is all fine but then when we arrived the appointment got cancelled as a piece of equipment hadn't shown. Again I understand this happens but we'd of appreciated a warning instead of just before our appointment as we'd already left work and travelled for this appointment.We asked for our deposits back due to not making the day she told us to come back on but then had to wait days and days for it to be returned and then when we asked for clarification on our deposits she recieved a snotty message to say she's do it when home. Was quick to pester us for deposits but delayed our money coming back when it was the salon that cancelled our appointment. Even when we finally did receive the deposits, my own messages were ignored and she sent the money that I'd sent her to my work colleague instead and never told me which I think was extremely unprofessionalEven when we got to the salon she wasn't there, we were told to wait as she had gone shopping. The salon was disgusting. There was empty drinks cans, wrappers, left over hair absolutely everywhere. It was quite clear it wasn't cleaned in between clients. Me and my colleague had already been put off coming back due to the state of it.When Beth walked back in she had a bunch of shopping bags, explained it was cancelled but there was never any apology. It was a half arsed response it was like she couldn't care less about her clients. I do get that stuff happens that we can't control but I just don't understand why we couldn't have had a warning message the day before explaining what happened and then an apology when she did have to cancel. And in my eyes, instead of being sat on your phone or shopping while appointments were on, why couldn't our money have been refunded as you clearly wasn't busy due to us having our time booked thenI'd suggest improving your customer service, this experience really did show me that you get what you pay for

Danielle Cummins: I took months looking for the right training academy comparing each one I found and kept coming back to this one so booked in a package of courses - dermal filler, Botox and tear trough. So glad I did! The courses are so well structured with in-depth anatomy and physiology learning, demonstrations and lots and lots of client practice! The trainers have so much knowledge and are so supportive in helping you build your skills, even after your training days any advice or help you need they are only a message away. The whole team are so friendly and welcoming, couldn’t recommend a better place to train I’m sure I’ll be back in the future to further build on my skills as an aesthetics practitioner.

MARK HALL: I have done several courses at this academy and cannot fault the owner Emily who is lovely and welcoming. The microblading tutor Michelle is fantastic and great fun and charismatic. Big shout out to Suzanne the botox tutor who goes above and beyond with any questions and queries. Months on from training j still receive regular support from the team if I have any questions and they always get back to me with a solution which has been a godsend! Would highly recommend. Cannot wait to start some new courses with them in the future!

I feel more than confident carrying out treatments on clients after the hoards of models we trained on! They are also continuing to support me after my training which is worth its weight in gold. R3CRUIT: Disappointing.For starters class I was in felt like it was filled with students that didn’t know what they wanted to do with there future career. Most messed about and didn’t get caught because the class of about 25 were in rooms designed for about 15 people max, couple this with a new teacher every month (btw this is not an exaggeration) made for a class that never got any work done.Honestly I feel bad for the few students that actually picked this course like me because they wanted to learn about technology. The management of our class was very poorly handled but this was in-part because of the classes behaviour.This I can deal with it just takes some extra hours in the day to keep up with the specification, but the thing the that broke the camels back was the insanely poor communication during this pandemic. I know it can be tough to keep up with all the classes making sure we are still learning from home but when the college sends a letter out to the pupils and parents saying there will be no exams over the summer, then only doing one lesson a week of an hour, not telling us anything else about our classes or if there’s a long term plan ahead to stop us from failing it’s going to piss people off when you back track and tell the students they have an 1 practical exam in a months time and then when they ask or more information about it you ignore them. So when we (the students) ask the head of the college building he casually says you have to do all your exams in the space of a week, you get the picture.The one thing I cannot fault though is the help and support from Mark Bircher he helped everyone in this class and respected us. He’s the only class no one caused a big problem in because we were happy to listen to him.
