Dave Shinton: Absolutely amazing experience with no pressure and pain relief almost instantly.Initial consultation with Harpal revealed a trap issue which was restricting movement in my shoulder and causing pain in my left arm and fingers. Straight to work on the problem area and the first session gave me full mobility and pain free movement which gave me confidence to use my left arm again after a day or so.A second visit and treatment loosened me completely and enabled me to continue with my hobby on two wheels which in turn has helped me to recover more and more. Can't thank Harpal enough for the help I received. Highly recommended and will return with any age related/hobby issues that I may have in the future.Thankyou so much.

hsg16: I was suffering with neck and shoulder pain therefore booked an appointment with Harpal. He was able to diagnose the issue and start treatment instantly. Harpal was very professional and was able to explain why I was suffering from the neck and shoulder pain. After treatment I felt instant relief and the issue went away. After having a consultation the physio gave me a detailed explanation of my problem and we got started with treatment.Treatment included neck mobilisations, muscle scraping, cupping therapy & sports massage. After the session my neck felt great and I was pain free. Harpal was very professional throughout the treatment explaining each process as he went along.I have no pain in my neck anymore and I can’t thank Harpal enough. I highly recommend him.Thanks again

Lisa Smith: I recently visited Retreat Day Spa has my lovely friend had bought me a gift voucher for Christmas I had the choice between a back massage or a facial I chose the facial and it was the best facial I have ever experienced the lady Ellie she was very thorough and my whole body felt relaxed and my skin on my face was glowing after the experience I will definitely be back loved it would recommend this lady Ellie to do your facials fab.
