Kerry: It's a shame as most of the time I have to return food for being cold. Chips are usually cold and hard and burgers luke warm not a good experience most times. I usually order something that needs to be customised which makes the burger hotter or no salt on the chips which makes them fresh but it's not the way to go to keep me coming back!!!
Schmumpy tv: Worst Mcdonald's place ever, it's supposed to be fast food, but they are more interested in sorting out the just eat and uber delivery people then actual customers that either go through the drive through or head inside, and when they finally get to you, they are rude and disrespectful, they forget most of your order and when confronted about it, they blame you, the last time I went there I had to wait 20 minutes for a happy meal

We had decided to have lunch here due to the weather being wet and had walked over from Dudley Zoo, we struggled to find somewhere to eat as it was extremely busy we eventually found a table in the end but was made to feel pressure to quickly eat as there were other people waiting for our table. Jason lee: I go to this mcdonalds every day. I may haveto stop because If I go there twice in one day. I get a parking fine..... for using the drive through on my work break. And then going back later on that day. I have been sent a fine for being there for 1072 minutes and another for 771 minutes..... I was using the drive through on my break. I have appealed this but my reason wasn't good enough. £200 fine for going to mcdonals twice in one day.
Kierans Life: Rude customer service. Missed out on food that I had paid for. Women who had answered the phone swore at me and gave me attitude. Disgusting behaviour from a restaurant I always order from.
Eamon P: Out of all the branches in the local area, this has to be the worst for service. Consistently get parked up for around 15 minutes. But today was the final straw for me, ordered then proceeded to the next window where no one was attending, I waited for 5 minutes at this window for an employee to take payment while watching some employees mess about in the back through the window. Drove down to the second window to be told they couldn’t take payment, I explained I’ve been waiting at the other window and noone has served me. At this point I can hear the woman on the headset trying ti communicate with the employee who should be at window 1 who isn’t replying. As they can’t take payment at the second window I drive off without having my order. I shalln’t be returning. If this is a franchisee branch, they clearly cannot be bothered about the service standard here, or they aren’t aware how poor it is.

When I asked if they had gluten I was informed wrongly that the chP who took my order was not allowed to say if it contained gluten or not "by law". Dan: Don't go here very often anymore. used to love the breakfasts (which they dont do anymore) although they were often running out of things. My wife had to complain to Burger King at one point but they said it had nothing to do with them as it was just a franchise BK or something?! surely it still has their name on it. Anyway, a few years on and it seems a bit better. our little one likes to stop off for a burger or nuggets on our way home from shopping sometimes.

Michael Dunkley: Wished I'd read the reviews before coming to this drive thru for a £4.99 melt burger meal. Driven home to open the meal and find the fries are dry and luke warm, cheesy balls (all three of them) were oily and the less said about the burger the better. If I had purchased this meal as a dine in I would have returned it. Never had a burger from BK which was cold and such poor quality so I can only blame the service at this particular drive thru. Have been to Willenhall drive thru a couple times and no issues with the Birmingham city restaurants either. Save your money and drive past.
