Sandiacre Farm Shop and Nurseries: what do users think?
jamie green: Good farm shop. I go here to get my fruit and veg. Everything just tastes so much better than the supermarket's. The grapes are delicious. Your obviously going to pay more but if you care about what you eat it's worth it. Good selection of plants too.
Diane Williams: Sandiacre is a fabulous farm shop..Ample parking, they hold a big veriety of Fruit Veg & store cupboard items...Trees, shrubs, plants, & Gardening materials... You can tell the seasons of the year upon arriving,... They have the very best bedding plants & hanging baskets... Speaking from personal experiance, Iv been using Sandiacre now for 4 year, I wouldn't go anywhere else..The display of new produce each week, is fresh, healthy, & tasty... Which also has a much longer life span than your 4 big supermarkets....Also staff are very plesent & helpful...Nothing is to much trouble for them...These guys really do deserve a pat on the back for a great service to the public...💯 👌 Sandiacre Thank you...
Pete: Amazing place butiful Christmas trees 🌲
Nik Zero: Excellent quality fruit and vegetables. Mutch fresher than from a supermarket, for example potatoes from the supermarket last about a week or two at best, from Sandiacre I've had them last over a month and they taste better too. Can be very busy at times but it's worth going again 'cause you won't regret it.
Nigel Hill: Small farm shop and nursery which has some lovely plants and a good range of pots and decorative stones bought some lovely plantsFriendly staff
Graham Rollinson: Very friendly and helpful staff. With a good variety of plants and trees. Also a good farm shop. Worth a visit 👍👌
Jayne Bailey: Best place for miles. Quality, choice and price. Can’t beat it.
Gilly Hancock: Good selection of plants but an outstanding array of summer bedding ☀️ ... very friendly and helpful staff - think he was called Richard - and easy parking and access around the Nursery. Will defo be visiting again. Very happy with the 5 plants I purchased.
dave hayward: Great place to get your garden plants and your fruit and veg
Laura Duffy: Fantastic range, beautiful produce, can't wait to start eating it. Would recommend everyone should go there if you live near by. Much better value than the supermarkets.
Jean Mccammon: Great got everything we went for yesterday but needed a quick visit this morning for more gravel to top up. Tried the Hot Cross Buns yesterday which are fantastic better than Tescos, the fruit and veg are really good quality, a good value farm shop worth a visit.
Michael Ward: I had a delivery in there this morning and I also decided to use the shop on site . I can honestly say I met 2 of the nicest people ever . Very friendly and very helpful. The prices in the shop were very reasonable and my old nana will be pleased with her marmalade
Pip Davis: Excellent customer service as always, good selection of fresh veg and salad items, jams, pickles and preservesExceptional quality plants that really last, and thrive, well worth the slightly higher than supermarket prices. You won't be disappointed.High quality
Steven Andrews: Very good service and product
Michael Abbott: By the time I got to the event there was nothing left and I still got charged entryWaste of a trip.
Carole Wildman: Excellent service and produce
Andy Lill: Good fruit and veg plants great quality frendly people

Northycote Farm: what do users think?
Eileen Cook: Lovely place to take kids and dogs xx
Gurpz M: Very disappointed with this farm. They only had a few sheep that you could see and some lambs. The birds were inside due to aviation flu so that was beyond their control. The trail around by the farm wasn't great neither was the cafe at the farm. Overall a huge let down. Would not recommend bringing young kids here.
Bogdan Cucuteanu: Nice farm, good and bio food, relaxing place
Christopher Matthews: A wonderfull place to visit enjoy the peace full sarroundings tea and a wide selection of cakes to enjoy too
teresa morgan: Calm and loverly to walk around. Not many animals but do a loverly cup of coffees and teas in the tea room.loverly cakes too
Peggy Neeld: Friendly staff, a good choice of food, and reasonable price's.
Michael Organ: Very interesting place to visit plenty of car parking the historic building of what a working farm was like go and meet the pigs a eagle 🦅 Easter round the corner choice of public transport five minutes walk from nearest bus stop 11 33.32 from wonderful Wolverhampton stationEven bantock House bus from Stafford street or Lichfield street outside art gallery even at saint Peter s church ask if you can do some brass rubbing it's great historical interest in history with in these areas even Chubb building there are some interesting place to visit plenty to do by going online and make a great day out for all .
Angela Reeve: Lovely trip wonderful food freshly prepared
Cordelia Beardsmore: Breakfast 10/10 xx
Jo O: A real gem in the local area. Lovely walks and great tea room. Really enjoyable couple of hours walking through woods carpeted with snowdrops.Animal enclosures and 'playground' definitely need some TLC. Shame the sensory garden is still "temporarily" closed due to covid 3yrs later!
J R: Went with a friend for a coffee and a slice of carrot cake. Was absolutely delicious and staff were lovely
Michael Dean: Thought I'd try a breakfast thinking it's a farm that you would get decent ingredients but that's way off frozen sausages terrible bacon cheap cagged hens eggs and it's not cheap very disappointed won't be going again.
Tarun Ahuja: Love the tea room..
Nigel Stevens: It was nice my first time
Elaine Woodward: Good tearoom and customer service was great. Good dog walks my dog loved it!
John P: Lovely farm cafe which served an enjoyable full English breakfast. Coffee wasn't too strong but make sure to wrap up as can get cold depending on outside weather.
Joanne Williams: Good breakfast at a reasonable price.
David Coates: Took my daughter to see santa today and must say we were both disappointed. Santa's beard only covered his chin and you see that there was a very young gentleman underneath who looked like he had been on the lash all night. The look in my daughters face said it all. The only plus point was the walk around the wooded area after seeing Santa.
Janet Alloni: Lovely Xmas grotto friendly elves and Mr Frost !
alan stone: Great place to visit.
Juan C Garcia: Fantastic memories at this place.

Sandwell Park Farm: what do users think?
Yvonne Collins: Great for kids
marc wallett: Tea room till staff are incredibly rude, wouldn't allow us to order just toast for the children or change items on a breakfast. Breakfast was £6 my partner doesn't like mushroom or avacado but wouldn't let us exchange them and advised we'd have to pay £6 for one sausage, tomatoes and toast and then pay 90p for any extras she does want. After they advised if we didn't like it we should buy a sandwich.Friends ordered breakfasts at 11 o'clock, they came out wrong with items that we advised our friend was allergic too so we had to wait a further 30 minutes and missed the events that were on.We bring our children here all the time and have ordered toast before and have had changes to breakfasts with no issues. Not family focused dinning at all, would recommend taking your own food.
Kerry Anne Blakeway: Missed the shire horse not in stable anymore 😪 but lovely open natural places. Lovely latte from the tea room. Pity disabled toilet had no hand dryer or paper towels. And cold tap constantly running can't turn off.
Shilton: Lovely place to have a walk and refreshments
Charlotte: Popped into the tea room today for Mothers Day after a nice walk. Unfortunately, we could not get a table inside as they had all been booked out but managed to sit outside. The staff were so friendly and even brought our food out all the way to the other side of the courtyard! The food was so tasty and amazing quality, will definitely be coming back again.
Jacqueline Millar: Outdoors / indoor Cafe excellent food great value for money .Friendly helpful staff
Tony Singh: Nice place to visit, although in my opinion the food & drinks are over-priced
joanna Ede: Slightly disappointing choice of food
Marisgreenyoga McCann: Nice coffee and sausage roll, friendly staff but no animals, tea room only opened today but if you are after local honey is produced here.Went this morning, breakfast in the cafe was lovely and they have a bunny farm so cute
Chris Worthy: Park is in Really good order ,great cafe at visitors centre & staff really helpful good coffee.
Tim Ward: Great to pop in to for a break for a coffee or a snack. Nice preserved kitchen garden to look round and other elements of historical interest. Nice pizza in the cafe, although they'll easily feed two. So be prepared to ask for a take out box if you order one to yourself!
Susan Davies: As always pleasant visit with lovely friendly welcoming staff. Much needed mug of Hot Chocolate after a lovely walk around the park and Swan Pool thank you.
Andrea Willett: Fantastic visit with grand kids aged 5 and 6 for santa visit childrens entertainment was very good also arts and crafts . Children was entertained by the elves with bubble machines why waiting for santa .Gift shop bit expensive . Hot drinks nice . Santa gave the children time and as many photos with your own phone taken
Kay Southam: Was nice but seeing santa was a nightmare and spoilt the whole experience. Waited in rain with many others with young children for nearly a hour to be told santa had gone for dinner. Why not stop people joining the queue and there was 2 Santa's, so didn't need to go at the same time? The gift was nice and good quality. Shame the visit was already spoilt by then.
Carolyn Longville: Very nice to see it has been given some thought,it looked lovely and all set for 🎅
Nozza: Great place to get information
Keith Hancox: Not as good as when the animals were there but the tea shop lovely
Darrelle Southall: Great family day out. Cafe was well priced and very yummy
Laura Wilkins: We went to a sorcery day event kids loved it making wands and potions then a trip around the Rabbit Village
Ayesha Mohammad Khan: The kids will always love this park, there is always so much to do and several different play areas. Recommend for a fun day out.
Diane: Cafe good. They want to charge to look around the vegetable garden now, saying it's for the rabbit village. Miss the farm and animals. They have ruined it as far as I'm concerned.

Essington Farm: what do users think?
Angela Foster: Had a gift of Afternoon Tea from our dtr and family.Decided to use it today Absolutely enjoyed all of it.Service was excellent, staff too.Could recommend anyone to try there..
John Wright: Food was OK last time, disappointed this time, streaks where poor and they missed some of the order, poor service all in, will not use again.
chris radcliffe: This family run farm cafe has the tastiest, freshest food and its mostly home produce like the range of delicious foods in their deli. Friendly staff work in both cafe and shop always willing to give the best service. Light, airy ambience, lovely country setting and they sell home grown plants too. Can't wait to return
P. C. B.: A superb farm to have on your doorstep!I've been coming here for years and I have never been disappointed. From fresh vegetables to a great deli to a wonderful butchery department, its a great outlet for something local. Always great service however busy it gets..... and it gets busy!Has it all from your daily eggs to your Christmas turkey. On top of that it has a kitchen and restaurant. Breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. Again with friendly staff and reasonable prices.Whats not to like... all round fresh produce supporting locally. Take time out from the supermarket.PB
Clare Hurd: Me and my mom had the halloumi wrap and americano. It was a lovely wrap, came with salad and crisps. Staff here are very friendly.
Brian Hepworth: An excellent friendly cafe with a varied menu. We both had a lite bite which was a large delicious meal of Jacket potatoes and 2 lovely fillings, plus coleslaw and fresh salads. The food shop is also a wonderful place for food shopping and delightful to walk around!
Sensational Sue: Our 1st trip on Saturday. What a nice shop. And all the food.Oringe jucie to die for.Chesse cake was do niceApple crumble like mom used to make. We will be back soon.Staff so nice to.Then there is the restaurant.
John Smart: Well laid out farm shop with butchers and cafe, restaurant.
Lorraine Bethell: Love your breakfasts, especially the farmers and omelettes, also the best afternoon tea that I have ever had, beautiful homemade cakes
Adeyemi Adeleke: Great Place and lovely products
Paul McSorley: Excellent venue, fantastic food
Daniel Russon: Great selection of fresh produce 👌
Elisabeth Goodall: Lovely cod and chips
Aaron Woolley: Good quality butcher's
Colin Hattersley: Well stocked farm shop with lots of quality local produce.
Alex Shepherd: We took a pit stop at the cafe here to break up a along drive, far better option than a service station. The food was great - and quick - plus picked up some provisions from the shop next door. Thank you - see you next time we're passing through!
Carl Green: Fantastic lunch there after a bit of shopping wonderful food and products, very friendly
Bobby Boy: Food is great; super sausage, really tasty chicken breasts and pork chops and scrumptious sauasge rolls. And cold meats a real treat. As you would expect, but not cheap and didn't expect it to be, but not overly priced either .
David Burgess: Not as good as usual. The Christmas display is a great deal smaller and much more limited than last year.
Irving Wolters: Great restaurant serving fresh produce. The farm shop has quality all over it. Just love going there!
Karen: Delicious choice of food, lovely farm shop with great produce. The Afternoon tea is something special.Great Sunday lunch too.

Forge Mill Farm: what do users think?
peter watts: Nice place have a good few hours out in what feels like the countryside
Ria Moran: I have taken my 3children here regularly over the years. However over the last 3-4years its got better & better, so we now visit the wonderful hard-working friendly staff Alex & co, with a variety of animals at Forge Mill Farm, throughout the whole year. At least x3-4 each year they bring different themed fun, covering all the seasons. Excellent family friendly farm in the heart of the Midlands, cheap as chips too especially for what you get, can choose just a couple of hrs if weather turns (although IT DOES have few indoor spaces for kids to run around; sand&barn-hall-bail maze if on/off rain good ol blighty weather). On a lovely spring/summers day you could easily spend a full-dayout all thw family occupied having fum, making memories here!
Emma Dowsett: Great value for money and plenty for the little ones to do. Only downside is card is not accepted throughout, could have pre hand washing stations
melanie young: Great little place to keep kids entertained for a couple of hours.
Andy Mac: Lovely chilled walk around the farm, it is a lot bigger than I remember when my children were younger worth the entry fee so more generations can enjoy seeing farm life .
Dave Pyro: Disappointed big time with the farm. Had high expectations to see lots of animals but upon arrival all there were was 2 barns with basically the same animals, sheep and goats with 1 horse, 2 pigs and 2 ducks.I wouldn't even bother with the place a waste of fuel and money.
Muhammad Adnan: Fantastic place to take the kids with a wide range of animals.Parking can be a challenge during busy periods.
Alec Longhurst: First time visit, and it was incredibly enjoyable. Staff were great too.
Alexander J: Good for children who are interested in farm animals to feed, and nice outdoor woodfired pizza.Farm shop could do with more local produce, but only a minor criticism.
kaajal B: Great day out with my dd. Animals looked well looked after and well fed. Option to buy feed upon entryThere were more animals along the farm trailWe went during Easter where there was an Easter Egg hunt and various interactive activities for children
Cathy Hall: Lovely place for the little ones x
Paul Fletcher: Fabulous walk around the lake and some delicious Italian wood fired pizza.
Michael: Great little farm for the kids 😊 went for my Birthday had a good day, the animals are brilliant, very recommended and very cheap, can't complain 😉 cheap to park aswell,
Matt Rogers: Great farm at a great price.
Chloe Smith: Fantasy visit, staff very helpful. Lovely touch of the hay bales and finishing the eggs that were hidden. The quiz was good too to see what spring things we could see whilst walking round the farm. Although we were all so engrossed with the animals we forgot to mark off the quiz. Would recommend for families and groups of all ages. I will definitely be returning. Could buy animal food at £1, for the goats, sheep and alpacas. Was lovely to get to stroke and feed all the little animals lambs and kids.
Grace Walker: Very beautiful during flowering
Steve W: Great visit with the grandkids to get up close with sheep goats and various farm animals. Clean as a farm can be. Not many facilities midweek such as coffee / food but will revisit in the summer.
Tim Freeman: Loved it!
lurka 17: Great for young children, plenty to do, nice helpful staff, had to drag our niece away from the place in the end. Snacks and drinks on site at reasonable cost and lots of nice walks in the immediate vacinity. We'll priced entry too and animals galore. Definitely recommend for 3-7 year olds with a sense of adventure. Didn't feel ripped off which makes a pleasant change nowadays. Well done.
Jaden Dennis: Not worth the entry fee they charge , use to be free.
noel crudo: Hello I'm from the Philippines, I'm asking about Bennett, do you know Bennett? I'm applying as a farmer from him, I want to know if Bennett is one of your staff in forge mill farm who are recruiting for those who want to work in the farm, thank you in advance and godbless

Newbrook Farm: what do users think?
lurane Lattibeaudiere: Just a waste of time, the telephone system fails & in the end we had to sort out things out ourselves, I thought Swans belonged to our late Queen! clearly not, please look into the information that is been given out to the public the messages for one isn't clear & after speaking to a colleague, information given was s waste of time.
Zed 5786: Phoned about a fox in my garden that was ill was given the right information to help it
June Robertson: Need too be open longer hour's.
Christine Pritchard: Very professional and considerate. Helped me with my enquiries and put me through to the department I needed.
S C: The ladies who showed us around the cats were lovely and helpful but the receptionists are cold , uninterested , left us standing there and didn’t bother saying hello. Seems like I’m not the only one who thinks this.
K: The worst so called charity. Call about cruelty and they literally ignore it, cat still being neglected and full of sores/ fur loss. They want money off people but don't actually care about animals anymore, was all for show when Rolf Harris was on TV.I've tried to report injured animals and 9/10 times they fob me off, waste of time. Never donate to them!
Italo Skarcha: Just called to help a injured fox that broke its leg jumping over my fence. The guy I spoke to said I need proof that the incident happened in my garden before he can send someone out in three days. I explained to him the fox won't make it for three days and it's really scared, stressed and weak. He rudely said well that's theirRules and hung up the phone.. these people are not animal lovers.. its just a 9 to 5 to them.. useless and worthless service
Eileen Ratcliff: I have not been there so no comments
Adam: Shocking why have phones if you are not going to answer then
Nikki J: Never answer their phone
Paul Askey: I turned up to drop off loads of bedding & food during lockdown as I thought it would be needed? The horrible woman I spoke to treated me like s**t & made me feel like a nuisance! Bearing in mind I had a car full of bedding & food! She was very rude & abrupt! I got back in my car & drove to Linford Lane tip & dumped the lot! I will never ever help this ungrateful so called charity ever again!
Molly Moonshine: I accidentally left my dog on the front garden. (She won't leave the garden) Someone called RSPCA, the guy knocked on my door and said my dog had been hit by a car, upset I asked is she ok. He said just got a bit of a limp. I said she's got arthritis, are you sure it not that. No he said. He took my dog and I am worried sick waiting for a phone call. One hour later I get a phone call saying she hadn't been hit by a car and it's just her arthritis. They then said she's not chipped so we've chipped her. I had to pay for the chip and for her being there plus the taxi there and back. I basically got robbed. I know these guys do a lot of good but come on. That's legal theft. Blackmail. "Pay this to release your dog". She hadn't even been hit by a car just sun bathing in the garden. Poor girl was so scared, one minute sunbathing, next minute behind bars.
Donna Washbrook: They saved my cat with emergency surgery I can't thank them enough xxx
Ursula Rodgers: I am sick of been told in messages to go and register here, when I go, they say not taking anymore patients as there full and have been for 3 years, I've messaged them and asked if they could let people know on there page as it is distressing when you can't help you pet locally and have to find other way's, for anyone needing help, please consider animal trust, Shrewsbury is the nearest, they do free consultation and very good price's on operations, don't waste your time going here to try and get help
Michael Sidaway: It's well out of the way in the sticks so it's less stressful for the animals lovely place.
Kerrie Edge: I've tried sending g 3 adoption forms in not heard of any of them x at all i don't want to go to a breeder but it looks like I will have to case there desperate for adoptions but you can't get them to answer you .
Mette Marie Feildorf: Lovely helpful staff. We brought in an injured pigeon last week, and a sparrow hawk today, no problems at all
MoIsSoFab: Firstly I'm sure they are great for rehoming/adoption services as all I've heard is positive however this review is about there treatment towards stray animals.Absolutely horrendous "people" as I was looking after a stray cat for 6 months plus i.e. daily feeding, playing with him, cleaning up his wounds ,keeping company he even would stay in the house and relax etc. Until realising his under eye infection was not getting better and he had sprained his back leg. Called for them to come look at him etc. messed me about and when they finally took him after 2 weeks they decided the best thing to do was put him to "sleep". Saying he was affected with ringworms and the solution was regular baths/medication and his "temperament" would not allow it even though he was the sweetest boy and it would have been more "pain" to force him to bath daily and keep him locked up in the cages for the treatment. Which is absurd and downright cruel in my opinion as you can bath a cat professionals do it and you just have to be patient etc.If I had knew they would have done the above I would have personally took him to cat groomers to get cleaned daily until he was better with medication etc. The main gripe was the woman on the hospital line had no compassion and sounded completely cold when delivering the heartbreaking news with no apologies nothing. PLEASE get her fired for showing no empathy or compassion.Don't send defenceless strays to these bunch of "'professional" murderers better of stray then with them. Never again I will use this group of "people"
siria bibi: Nice lady on telephone but it is very creepy the drive to the actual place it's dark no lights
Tariq Hussain: Phoned them saying I found 2 kittens they said that they can not do anything, this was during bank holiday in May 2022,my own vets were closed, not a gud response from people that care for animals,
Clive Harper: The rspca is a joke
