Spanish Vice Consulate: what do users think?
Rebwar Sulayman: I call to ask about visa requirements, the person answered the phone did not even give me the chance to explain, very patronising, I don't understand how people like this get given such jobs...
Eleanor Coggins: Awful customer service, the man who answered was so rude! When we were seeking for help he threw it back in my partners face and said "what do you want me to do about it".Waste of time! Don't call this number as you will get an earful from a rude old man.
Chukwubueze Chukwugozie Chukwuemeka Chukwuemeka: The man that attended to me this morning was so rude. Loquacious, never allowed me to talk. Giving false information. The total experience was awful. God forbid.
lydia rose: The man I spoke to is named Matias Gomez Sanchez. His customer service skills are absolutely appalling and insulting, he is unfit for this job role. His first response to picking up the phone was ‘ What do you want?‘ and proceeded to shout at my partner down the phone claiming he was not going to provide any assistance and asking him to ‘go away’ as he was ‘too tired’. Everyone contacting this number is requiring help and asking for assistance from a public consulate, whose job is to do exactly that, they should not be spoken to how me, my partner or anyone else in these reviews have been. If you require help of any kind DO NOT contact this number as you will only receive rude remarks and an earful of shouting. I will be processing this complaint further and urge the many people who have provided the same reviews and experience as me to do the same.
bronwyn seiler: Dismal, the man who answered the phone should not! no manners at all and so rude! kept on talking over me and just repeating the same comment over and over! Could or would not answer any questions with regards entry requirements to Spain???
Rachel Trus: Rude, vile, does not want to help, whats the point working there if you cant even be bothered to help an just put the phone down on people, think people who work there need to consider a career change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ehsan Tahir: Could not belive it the service was rude, also it was hard to hear without shoving the phone in my ears would give zero star
Laceé Brown: I am deeply disgusted by the old man who continued to be rude to me when I rang on Sunday 1st august at 1.40pm to get some information. He picked up and had the manners of a pig. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such a rudely mannered person. He hung the phone up on me twice when I was calling for a simple question AFTER he asked me what the problem was.I will be taking this further as he needs training on how to deal with people on the phone in the UK. this is not Spain!! If I could give no stars I would, God help him if he picks the phone up on Monday morning 😡
Natalia Galan Lopez: Awful customer service. Very rude and condescending from the start to the end of the call and was not helpful at all. He was also difficult to understand even though we were both speaking in Spanish (my native language). The man who answered the phone should be ashamed of his behaviour. Never again.
Andrea Bellido: Terrible service, the man who reply my call was very rude and unprofessional, just call to ask for information and instead of helping me, he started shouting and treating me like stupid. Horrible, it's not too hard to be polite and just reply nicely and if you do not have information then just say it POLITE.
Ian Bettison: A delightful and very helpful gentleman spoke to me to clarify the rather confusing details of the 72 hours Covid PCR testing requirements.Thank you for assistance.
Nazanin M.Ch.: The visa would not worth at all. They give single entry 29 days £107 😞
Riri Atir: I've been trying to reach the for 4 days!! They never pick up the phone and never reply to my emails...
Daniela Gomes Crawford: I had a great experience with the Spanish Vice Consulate in Birmingham, the Consul was impeccably polite with me on the phone at my first attempt ringing. Answered my email next day after I sent it very late the night before. All in all, I found their service excellent. However, if you want something else more important done regarding consulate services I would advise you to ring the London one.
Pablo Martínez Sancho: Such a rude, terrible customer service!! Unprofessional. Useless.Shameful.
Aisha Nisa: Never attend to your calls

Jamaica Honorary Consul: what do users think?
Jessica Powell-Murray: Very poor service. Application done in August 2022 and 6 months on in March 2023 I am still left waiting. The administration failed to collect the necessary documents correctly, scanning the wrong page of document which has caused delays in processing my application. Even when the correct page was sent to them they failed to collect and update the application months after. Now my application is back at the end of the queue 6 months from original application date. No accountability nor even a simple apology for their mistakes made. Very poor service indeed.
Francine Dean: I have never been in a Government business and had such warm, friendly and professional welcome. If only there were more people like those 2 ladies. The lady at the front desk and the lady who dealt with my application are just awesome. Thank you very much for your help and kindness 🙏🏾
Ricardo Williams: I am really not happy with the service I did my application and hand it in on February 18th and it's now July 18 and I haven't received my passport. They hardly answer the phone and when I do get the it's always the same answer and that is my application has been sent to jamaica then when I call jamaica they tell me there is no application for me. Now I can't do nothing because of these people I am really upset I wish I never had to deal with this again
Scott E: I have has the pleasure of being assisted by Miss Coke on several occasions over the years. The service and professionalism of staff within the Consul is excellent. They all deserve a pay rise.
Chris Blake: Would send a half if I could . Very slow place has not given my dad christopher Blake’s passport they said they did a week ago and his has not come yet disgraceful
Donavanjunior: Applied for my citizenship and passport via the Birmingham consulate . Great customer service and swift responses via email from Monica C . Thank you for your assistance 🇯🇲😊
Michelle King: Great customer service
Jim McEwen: Strange location on a dead end street in a small rundown industrial estate. The actual office is adjacent to a Jamaican food factory. The post code appears to take you to a dual carriageway parallel to the road that the consulate is on.
Tamara j: Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. They are very professional and know what they are doing
Harry Altamont: What a people nice!!! Wow Big big thanks to Miss Monica for her warm and kind hospitality and to Maxine for her diligence and help with my forms and paperwork. I came all the way from London because High Commision must be too busy to call me back. I left way more than impressed with the service, advice and dedication of all members of the team. These queens are really a credit to Jamaica big up every one of yourself. Really EXCELLENT.
simon noble: Excellent staff, good service but long queues sometimes, ring first
jahaan J: I want to thank Wade, Lloyd and Maxine for making the process of applying for my citizenship and passport as easy as possible for me! I had to bring my 1 year old and they were so patient with me helping me to keep him busy and entertained, They even drove me to get my photographs done. I couldn’t be more grateful. 🇯🇲
Monica Brown: Monica Coke and her staff, including Mr.Shakespeare are gracious, professional and efficient. The place is tricky to find but the staff members are magnificent. Thank you.
Michael Callum: Excellent customer service. Wasn't sure what to expect, but the team worked with effortless synergy. A credit to the Jamaican nation, Birmingham community and the High Commission alike. Wish every consulate in England ran this well. These queens are a jewel in our crown. ❤💛💚💯🇯🇲👸🏽👸🏾👸🏿
Francella Dwyer: They need to move from that location and go where it convenience for people to find find them you have to take too much bus to get there its even worse it you coming from far out of Birmingham.
emile pringle: Monica and Pauline along with the rest of the staff are really nice, hard working people. Nothing is ever too much for them and I really really appreciate the work they do !!!
Everton R Morgan: Fantastic Atmosphere and Staff
Stacyann Dunkley: Excellent service
Shamara: The staff are super helpful, they get things done fast plus they sell the Jamaican beef patties
Denise Williams: At his office, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer a very good service. My family and I have done all our citizenship and passports for Jamaica. I really appreciate their service. Thank you very much for your service. Please keep up the good work.
Delroy Wilkins: Very helpful staff.

Consulate of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Birmingham: what do users think?
Umar Farooq: Very Bad experience. Renewal of passport.Even attending on appointment specified time, had to wait in 2 Queues. Not cooperative at all, makes you run around in circles, they give incomplete information and waste your time making you come back and forth, .....bring this photocopy, bring that printout
Malik Muhammad Arshad: Good experience, NADRA office having excellent service.
Syeda Verda Javaid: Got a parking ticket of £100. It was no board or anything mentioned that it is charged !
Raheel Anwar: Ok
Waheed Bhatti: Disorganised chaos. There final word on a Pakistani passport application was travel to Pakistan and get your passport. They asked for information that they already had from NADRA. I left feeling dejected. We were seen in an office where the ceiling lighting was being changed literally 2 feet away. Maybe being too precious. Ashamed.
nl: Should be able to submit succession certificate application from UK instead of going PakistanAlso you need more call handlers
Yasmine Bi: Really bad with answering phone calls, have different times of answering phone, to opening the office, was in the phone queue for 2 hours still no one answered
Sohail Khan: They do not give visas. You will need to do it online. Also don't park in the car park. They will fine you. Park outside on the road if you need to go there.
Tahir Khan: 01/03/23 attended appointment for my three children's first time snicop. Paid for normal delivery 6 weeks. This morning 24/03/23 recvd dhl tracking message advising est delivery by end of day 27/03/23!!! That's under 4 weeks!Applying at Birmingham consulate was smooth and reasonable time taken too! Just take all documents needed as stated on website and a photo copy of each. SIMPLE!
Z Ali: Disgusting, rude humans working in the place. They need to learn some manners. They really think they are something special doing admin work. Need to humble themselves a bit.
Suleman Khan: Nobody answers the phone shitt services
Night Crawler: FAST SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT.Had to renew my NADRA card and the service was awesome. Was apprehensive, due to hearing some horror stories and my last experience many years ago in the old embassy. However this time round was faultless. Greeted at reception, sent me to the first window to get a token number. Then sat down and waited maximum 20mins. Enough time to use the prayer facilties in the waiting hall. Called into to see someone who checked all my details and I gave copies of all my documents. Then finally sent to pay at the machine using the QR code and hand it all to the last desk.NADRA Eexcutive service used which states 10 working days. However I got mine in just 3 working days. Result!Alot of positives compared to the old place. Proper prayer and toilet facilties and a nice warm heating area. Free car parking for around 20 cars outside.Just make sure you have photocopies of every document you can imagine and you have someone who can attest the documents with you (any other pak citizen) then nothing can wrong. The whole process took just over an hour. Keep in mind they are closed for lunch between 12.30 and 14.00 and you won't find anyone in the reception or counters at this time.
sheraz55: I came to make my Pakistan passport and was told I need to bring my birth certificate, I asked if there was any other thing that is required and was told no.I came back at a later date with my birth certificate to be told I also need two nadra cards from relatives in Pakistan and their contact details. I then had to go back again to acquire this information and print it off. They send you away to print something off and then they tell you oh have you got this? You do that then come back to be told oh yeah how about this? This place literally makes you run around in circles, they give incomplete information and waste your time making you come back and forth.I have visited the embassy multiple times over the years and have never had a smooth experience. The staff I spoke to don't speak English which makes communication even more difficult. They really need to improve the service as I am at my wit's end dealing with these guys.So I wrote this while I was waiting from 11.30am to 2.30pm.. after I gave them the information they required they simply gave me a form and told me to fill it in I have waited 3 hours for basically nothing and will have to return again at a later date. Typical. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.Edit 2 months laterSo I've come back again and printed off all the documents requested last time I was here, followed everything they asked of me, last time I was here I even asked multiple times if they are sure there's not anything else I need to bring and upon having my documents checked, what a suprise I'm missing something again! Despite not being told I needed this on my last visit I have now had to leave again to acquire this documentation and who knows what they will say the next time I come back. They should just give people a checklist in paper form and the application document and that way there is no confusion. Having to come back and forth constantly is draining.
Muhammad Ayub: Staff is cooperative n professional. Process is simple and easy but time consuming.
Bill Young (Bill): Absolutely shambles as for organisation and to make any sense of what to do when you get there no one wants to help. Long ques and the smell is awful.
Atiq Halim: Good place ...quick service...My countrys embassy
mrs. A Haq: Much better than london service. No need to move from stations to stations.. one agent does everything.. payment is via machine.. no need to go to bank.. clean n spacious
Umair Sheikh: Thank you Malik Saab and the brother at the reception, both of you are amazing.Often time people who go there have no clue to what they need or have to do, the employes there are so impatient and they belittle you at every turn especially the passport office. I applied for my first passport and it took 15 months. At every appointment they said "we need another document" so many times id ask them i needed anything else? Which they would reply to no, but of course at the next appointment they needed another document. I ask Allah the Most High to put rahmah in theses peoples hearts..
naveed ishaq: Good service
Mohammed Mobeen: Got parking fine outside there
the hunted: I went for power of attorney document to to be attested. Everything went smooth and fast. The only down side was that the fees went up from £4 to £13 as of 1st January 2023.
