Black Bear Inn: what do users think?

Neil Edwards: Don't go here all who ente do so at there own peril
Glenn Moore: Over kill
Luke Stewart: It's tradition.
Hiii Official: It's a blast from the past!!!!!
Mr Sandman: Certainly a pub of it's time, but manages to keep good beer. But not one to take another to impress. Major refurb and renovation required overdue
Steve White: Could do with cleaning up outside and making the pub more attractive to customer.
Louis Glazzard: Can't beat the bear
Eric Thomas: Could be a little goldmine if they spent some money on the inside and outside.
David Foley: Fantastic Christmas Day up the Mighty Black Bear.
Caraman ontour: Once a great pub but you will be lucky to find any ale on these days.
Corey Lloyd: not my kind of pub
Clair Blunn: Disgusting wine glasses full of dirt I can only describe it as stale dust...toilets dirty never seen a toilet brush and no toilet paper and a dirty wet towel to wipe hands dry!! Only went there because the red cow was shut.....never again not worth even 1 star...but wouldn't let me submit review otherwise.
Russell Beaton: Great beers and a choice of 6 draught largers, 4 being independent British.
Dave Wheatley: Best boozer in gornal

Michael Ablard: The staff was quite friendly but BFG was a bit cloudy I had to take it back to change it in the end I had a pint of Doom
Karen Hanson: Lovely real ale pub. Warm relaxed surroundings and friendly.
des walker: Wot can I say my favourite pub in DudleyGreat selection ove reel ales
Elaine Westwood: Nice and relaxing good service
Chester: Excellent pub loads of ales
Marc Wilson: Proper old bòozer .. with a selection of rolls behind the bar to soak up your beer .Hold a selection of guest beers & ciders .2023 It's a thumbs down 👎 now .. been in twice since Dec 2022 on a Friday and a Saturday night . It's been empty with no atmosphere 😕... prices have really gone up which would be OK if the environment was OK but felt like we was the people paying the staffs wages .. little things like NO ice ?? & the place is empty so they've not had a heat wave in January.. fancied a packet of nuts with beer ... ooh & they've run out .. staff must have been so bored they're collecting the glasses just as you've put them down .. after 2 boring visits think we won't be going again .. shame when you just wanted a classic pub with some atmosphere.. maybe it's empty for a reason..
d2vans _: A proper lovely pub. Staff super friendly. Cheers
David Swingler: What a superb pub. Beautiful stout and porter. Highly recommended.

Jonathan Evans: To dear but ok
Paul Fletcher: Brilliant pub, friendly staff, excellent choice of drinks
Alan Davies: Nice pub good choice of beers
Tanya Elmquist Rees: We were soaked to the skin and fed up of the rain, so went for a drink in The Court House. I had a lovely glass of red wine and Dusty had a glass of local stout. The fire was then lit and we went and sat near it to dry out. We were going to go for a curry next door but unfortunately the restaurant was closed so we had to find somewhere else to eat. If the curry house had been open, the plan was to go back to the pub for another drink before the concert. Alas we didn't make it back to the pub as the weather was so bad and we stayed where we were.
Mark manic Martin: Always great, Always a good pint.
D D: This pleasant and friendly Black Country Ales pub offers a good selection of ales and ciders.
Andrew Hughes: Nice beer, good service very friendly pub.
Michael Slater: Excellent pub
Rob graham: Always a joy to visit the Courthouse when I'm in Dudley.
Keith Bracey: Great big Black Country Ales (owned by my old mate from Dixonians Rugby 🏉 Club Angus McMeeking) pub in Dudley town centre with good real ales and ciders and no food other than cobs and growlers (pork pies) no Sky Sports and a well patronised quiz going on when we visited. We were in a large upstairs room for a Black Country ⚫️ Society talk 👄 and the pub seems to have a thriving community feel to it

Tony Brookes: Ran out of beer ,

The Bush Inn: what do users think?
Lynda Keating: This is a warm and friendly pub full of character. The beer is well looked after, and the landlord and staff make you feel vey welcome and are only to happy to accommodate you if they can. Would highly recommend a visit.
julie Kelly: Much better than previous, clean, hospitable and good beer x
Dave Jones: Thought I’d give this place a try. What a mistake that was.The attitude of ‘the manager’ was absolutely disgusting towards patrons in the venue, zero respect towards paying customers who he clearly feels ‘are beneath him’. Disgusting, shall not be returning to a venue where it is apparent people are not wanted and spoken to like they are walking into a 1950’s national service barracks.
Nick Marsh (Marshy): Great old pub

The Crooked House: what do users think?
Shaun Leverett: Wonderful. Unique. Lovely food
Alex Thomas: Mediocre food & menu, but lovely staff and kooky venue.
Mike Pearson: Brilliant place to visit with good beer, a one off
Paul Santoro-Hall: It was always a great time at the Crooked house.
Damian Dering: Great place to see and to but no place for coffee lovers. The way to this place looks like a garbage.
roj6488: Lovely historical building with lots of quirks and a setting that throws you off, good selection of food, beer, ales and ciders
casper scheire: Must see
Sean Adams: Great place last time I went many years ago. You feel like you have had a few beers when you walk in and the the balls roll up rather than down. Definitely worth a visit am sure it's still a great place today.
Joseph Jarrett: Absolutely beautiful pub it was my first time visiting on friday 7th april and i was absolutely amazed by the pub i fell in love with it!!!if only i had £650,000 to buy it😭😆
Marilyn Groves: Great food, with a varied menu. Good service, what's not to love
Sarah C: Staff lovely. It's at the bottom of a long road. Just be careful driving on it, as it's the only way in n out. There isn't a lot of parking space. Food lush though!
Em Bibby: The house is interesting but it is expensive and the area is horrible. Have to pass a landfill to get there and there is litter around the pub and in the stream which is somewhat unavoidable but does dampen the experience.
Samantha Durrant: 248 years old this year.. we love the crooked.
Alistair Taylor: Excellent food and service. The entrance road is awful (not their fault), but worth putting up with to get there.
Blaze1885: This place is cool! And the beer is decent. Only problem is the weird vertigo feeling u get in here before your drunk!
Leslie Weight: Not been there yet but I will .Seen loads of great reviewsSo am looking forward to seeing it .
george martyn: Always a good place to go x
Kevin Evans: Fab food, good service, but felt very wobbly in a wobbly building, can't wait to go again.....👍👍👍🙂🙂
Chris Green: Pop in on the 1/4/23 the food and the welcome was excellent 👌 👍🏼
Kate Shelton: Pleasant
Aaron Pearson: Absolutely great place to visit, so strange walking in. Great service and lovely food, would highly recommend!

Food is fantastic and drinks are great prices are so good

Robert Jones: Average
Strong bow Warrior: Nice little pub 😊
David Atkins: We had a great visit, staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice 'feel' to the pub lovely coal fire adds atmosphere. Cheap booze as was the food. More traditional ales would have been nice but, definitely recommend a visit.
Michael McLean: Not my kind of place
Clare Morley: Hallways have a wonderful time when I’m here visiting my brother! Staff are so kind & friendly had the best food in here today with a pudding and drink was all absolutely delicious will be coming back Sunday 😍😍
CjC Adventures: After a night out at Dudley town hall poped in to the old priory a karaoke was on but after standing at the bar for about 10 minutes I couldn't get the attention of the bar man he was just standing talking to someone and ignored me it was great last time I was in there before the pandemic sadly not so great now if you're not a local they don't seem to want to serve you as for the response the date I was there was on 15th Oct 2021 at around 10pm that was on a Saturday at no time did I say in the review it was a Thursday night
Joanna Gennard: Lovely staff, always have the best night here, would definitely recommend and the food is lovely

Go in every 2 weeks place is sometimes quiet other times packed out, all the bar staff are friendly and will assist you with anything always smiling and laughing with customers and that's what you need a pub, has a great selection of beers and spirits, if anyone is looking for a great night out come here, they do great food as well. The jukebox is really difficult to use when you had had a few, but meh their's a dart board, pool table and fruit machine what more do you need 😂😂
B M C: Convenient place close to the bus station and less than 30 second walk to 3 other pubs.
