Emma Payne: Poor quality furniture at inflated prices. Terrible customer service will not respond to you is you have issues with furniture you have purchased. Do not use.
Absolute Kettlebell: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID I purchased a Marylin cushed velvet corner sofa early May 2018. Initially the chaise was delivered broken and I had to wait for a replacement. After light use in November the brackets that hold the two sofas together had broken, a piece of exposed wood has appeared on one of the bases and the cushions of the chaise have flattened massively compared to the rest of the sofa. This sofa was priced just short of £1000 and is not of suitable quality. If this is not bad enough the company has just refused to respond to my phone calls or emails asking them to repair the sofa. Letter before court action sent this week and I will be taking them to court. Trading standards also informed. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Frame cheap and flimsy only had my sofas since Feb of 2017 one sofa feels like frames going break when you sit down!!! Under the cushions material is a cheap felt like material and cushions are already going flat!!! Paid just under a grand and feel totally ripped off with quality. 😡

Matthew Littlejohns: Order cancelled and refunded a few days after purchase.The company can't even keep track of theire own stock. Items listed in multiple places Ebay, Amazon etc all showing stock. Ordered direct from the website as the price was slightly cheaper to get a phone call saying sorry they only have one left and when they checked prior to delivery most of the bits are missing. Full of excuses for not updating theire stock levels or keeping track of theire stock states.At least they did check before delivery but from my experience i'd say completely unprofessional and poorly run wouldn't recommend to anyone.

James Phillips: Purchased a wardrobe through their website, which was discounted and cheaper than their eBay store.I received a message from their customer service team advising that they are unable to deliver the item as it is "too large" for couriers to ship. Also due to their long distance delivery driver no longer working for the company.The order was promptly cancelled from their end and refunded.I have an ecommerce background and deal with multichannel fulfilment centres myself. We sell large items, in excess of 30kg and know there are couriers that will deliver such items, but at a higher cost.Instead of ensuring the customer is happy and arranging for a courier to deliver, they have left me high and dry, without the expected item.

Robert Wilson: Ordered the "SlumberHaus German Rustic Oak Graphite Grey Industrial Sliding Mirror Wardrobe" - phoned to check on delivery date and found the store to be very friendly and helpful.The delivery came on time and exactly when promised - a word of warning, the packages can be *very* heavy, especially for a large wardrobe like this one. Plan ahead and have someone to help you!The instructions with the wardrobe were pretty clear, very similar in fact to the instructions you'd get with an Ikea flat pack item; if you struggle with these, then consider getting someone in to assemble it for you. Apart from the brackets to fix it to the wall, we had this wardrobe together in a few hours using only a screwdriver or two and a step-ladder.The wardrobe is put together standing up, so you will need at least one person (ideally two) to help, especially when it comes to getting the backs on, as these are flexible and can be fiddly to keep in place. If you are installing the wardrobe on thick carpet, make sure you get some additional brackets to fix the wardrobe to the wall and keep it from leaning forward (the doors are very heavy!).The quality was surprisingly good, especially for the price tag. The doors have excellent quality, smooth slider mechanisms, though I found it easier to fit the bottom brackets from inside the wardrobe with a torch!All in all, very happy with the purchase and would definitely consider buying from these guys again.

I have had to chase for the updates the Dudley team didn’t even bother to keep me updated. So many times they’ll “call me back” and they don’t. I called back and had to complain for them to give me the new advised update. Office Staff don’t care I have been waiting months for these chairs. The store manager is the only one in that store that had good customer service skills. If your shipment is delayed by over 7 months why not chase the actual supplier ??? Still awaiting I deffo will never be shopping with cousins Dudley again

I showed the salesman a tan colour sofa I wanted he just ordered the suppliers tan colour. This needs looking at by trading standards because no way is my sofa a tan sofa.

Exsernity: I purchased some furniture but the two delivery men refused to take the large wardrobe upstairs as agreed by the store. But was resolved by the professional shop assistant who apologised, came himself to take them upstairs same day.
dudley nath: The shop has a good selection of mid priced furniture to suit many tastes, they also sell rugs and other accessories. They are reasonably priced for most items and the owners are friendly and helpful. The side portion of the shop is devoted to large rugs of many sizes and styles. They are always getting something new in so I pop I when passing to see what's new.

Diana Higham: Outstanding service and quality!We have ordered Nappa Sofa and a foot stool from Heze furniture because they provided an outstanding hassle free service to us for a great quality furniture from Poland (I am Polish and know the quality and the craftsmanship when it comes to the contemporary furniture).Customer service at Heze was second to none and they went to a great length advising us on the fabric as we needed something that would be pet and child proof (specialist Spanish fabric Daytona does the trick regardless what you throw at it!).Half a year later, there is no stain we are worried about as it all washes off with a bit of water! The sofa is comfortable to sit on and being a sofa bed it is also very comfy to sleep on. Additionally it has storage for spare bedding and the foot stool is often used as a secret storage for our son's toys.Even in the toughest of lockdown times Heze managed to deliver the sofa directly to us! 5 stars - highly recommended!!!!(Cushions bought separately from another store)

We made changes ourselves and with input from Charles and he was incredibly patient when I contacted him yet again to add something else. Excellent communication and always got back to us promptly. The delivery was made by Charles himself and there was no part of the kitchen missing or damaged. My husband fitted the kitchen himself and the instructions were very easy to follow. The quality of the units were amazing considering how reasonable the price was ) I will try to attach a photo)We would not hesitate to use HEZE again and highly recommend to everyone.

owen: Been volunteering and purchasing items from here for 2 years now I would say volunteering here is okay, you'll get free tea/coffee all day and if the lovely Lee is in he'll make you one save you doing it :) also if the area manager comes in he'll bring doughnuts or order the manager to go next door to sofi's and buy everyone a fish and chips :) most of the volunteers here are decent to work with and the paid staff are alright aswell, the atmosphere is very humorous and fun we all laugh and joke with eachother, were right next to the bus station and we also pay for your days travel if you bring in the ticket we'll refund it :) coming here isn't a waste of time and the staff discount is generous enough, I come here on my days off from my nasty job because coming here relaxes me! 😂 , I also must be the only volunteer who comes in before the shop opens aswell 🤣🤣🤣, I do the function testing on the electricals on a Wednesday and on Tuesday I mainly on shop floor helping customers and cleaning and an extra pair of hands for other staff,I get first dibs on the electrics I feel so trusted lol. I do occasionally buy stuff from here, the brand new cushions are really nice 👍 and the donated stock can be good aswell if you know what you looking for it's a good deal 👍
Adventure with Robbie: Personally wouldn't recommend hear. Come to the store looking for a bed and mattress. They wanted £120 + £50 to deliver a second hand mattress less than a mile down the road. Ended up going across the road where I got a brand new bed and mattress for only £240. I will not be visiting this store again. Prices are just out of this world.

I still see him in 2018 when walking to the Bus Station I am suprised the shop is still running and he is still working at the warehouse there while getting PAID!!!!

Great people, who are friendly & welcoming, whether you're buying or donating.

Jonathan Goldwag: I have a Kuba solid oak cupboard. It's a good construction and looks nice. There was problem with a couple of handles/screws which weren't holding well and I reported it after a year. They sorted it out very quickly and efficiently sending replacements. I'm really happy with their customer service. They responded quickly, no need to chase them. I'd happily use them again.

They lose the second table!!! then don't respond to calls at all! Then promise to resolve and don't. Still not got my furniture OR my money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! I have reported to trading standards

Dave Wright: I was originally really satisfied and left a decent review on trust pilot saying that for the price we paid we were happy enough. We expected some sort of veneered element to the table base as there is no way you'd get a complex curved cross shaped base in solid oak with a 10mm glass top for £400. £3k maybe.In my review I mentioned that the veneer could have been slightly better finished but for the price we paid it was fine. They replied saying that ALL their furniture is 100% solid oak with a lacquered finish to enhance the wood. I cannot stand being lied to. I have been a carpenter for over 20 years, for a base this size in Oak would be so heavy, this table is moved easily by my 2 kids. Not only that but there are openings in the base where the glass fittings go to fit the glass to the base and you can see inside the base. It is definitely not 100% Oak, It is 10mm MDF with a Oak Veneer. So how you can try and tell me it's 100% Oak is a joke. My own Carpentry company is a member of Trading Standards approved contractors and we are very knowledgeable about misleading information when selling to the public.I was happy enough until the BS.Good communications, quick delivery, goods are fine for the money paid but please don't listen to the nonsense that everything is solid oak. That really is misleading and if need be can post photos where you can clearly see the veneer joins
Stephen Hegarty: Ordered dining room chairs which, when they arrived were good quality and as expected from the photos on the website. The main let down was the use of Tufnells for delivery who let us down three times before Daniel at customer services sorted us out with a delivery via another courier. Daniel was very apologetic and did what she offered to do and sorted things out quickly and efficiently within 48 hours of her becoming involved.

Liz Reece: Very pleased with rattan table and 6 chairs, with cover and parasol. Very good email and phone communication and quick delivery. Early days but the product looks robust and is very attractive. Definitely 5 star.

After being let down, by a well known retailer with a so-day solid oak bed we were pleased to find Oak Furniture King at a very good price. I was called 2 days in advance, of when my delivery would arrive, also emails and 2 calls on the day of delivery to confirm when they would arrive. I would definitely use this company again.
Kurt Henney: Utterly useless and incompetent . Paid for a bed online that was meant to be delivered in 3- 5 working days. Never received an order confirmation and when calling customer services cant trace the order and just blame it on their website issues. They have promised to call back twice and never have . I have now moved into my new house not having a bed and am sleeping on the mattress on the floor. The worst part is they took the money from my account! Avoid!
