Phil(person who came for measurements and took the order) is never available on phone and doesn't respond to emails. Left messages a few times for him but he never got back and no one in the office has an idea what happened to the order. Absolute waste of time!!

S: Totally disgusted with this company. Home visit and catalogue appointment made for 3pm chased them at 4.15 to be told got delayed but would be at mine for 6. Never turned up and no telephone call to apologise.Don't waste your time and I've gone elsewhere where they did turn up and promptly.

Diane Homer: Very helpful and accommodating when placing the order however I supplied my own very expensive fabric for the blinds and had ordered extra than the amount quoted by the representative to make matching soft furnishings. I was assured by the representative that the left over fabric would be returned. It was not. There has been no explanation or indeed apology. In fact no response at all to my emails. Appalling customer service. Would give no star rating if that was an option!

anna gutteridge: I went here a couple months back to get an alteration on an expensive limited edition nike skirt. As soon as I walked into the shop the two older women were both very hostile towards me as i was not wearing a mask. This was in the early stages of covid and i am exempt from wearing a mask due to my health conditions. I explained this to them. The one woman then said, "that you can't expect someone to get so close to you to alter the skirt, if you're not wearing a mask". I then felt made to feel bad because i have a health condition. They gave me a visor but still continued to be funny with me, as she was pinning my skirt. A very uncomfortable situation for a 20 year old and 2 older women. I felt ganged up on and uncomfortable.I understand how serious COVID-19 is, and for me in particular with health conditions. so in some ways i can understand their concern but their rudeness did not need to come with it. I am only young and found the hole experience very uncomfortable. I felt as if i was being told off by someones nan.However, the experience got worse. I then got the skirt back which i got charged £25 to just bring the skirt in and make it smaller. The woman made a big deal about how difficult this job would be? as if i was causing her a lot of stress? Not something you really want to feel when you're paying someone a lot of money to bring the skirt in for an extortionate £25.Then when i picked the skirt up, and tried it on when i got home i saw that they hadn't brought it in at all on the waist, where it was still completely hanging off me, they had only brought it in on the hips, even though it had been pinned at this waist. So it had been done all wrong.I then went back to store! to explain, and they were going to charge me another £11!!! i refused and said how much I had already been charged, they then took it down to £5, for the job that i had already asked them to do the first time. They made me feel like what i asked for was wrong.The lady speaking to me was insinuating i wanted it tighter at the waist because i wanted it much shorter? almost in an offensive tone ? I explained how no, I just want it to fit my waist and not hang off. I was overly polite because in all honesty, I am only 20 and they weren't making me feel comfortable and i felt judged.In the end i got the skirt back but i wish i just stuck up for myself and left when they suggested £25 for a small alteration and made em feel uncomfortable in the shop .I will never go back here. It is not only VERY over priced but also awful customer service. Just plain rude. Do not go here if you want the job done correctly and just to be served by nice people.I was literally scared to go back to tell them the skirt was wrong and that they'd "forgot" to do the waist because i knew they'd make me feel awful or just be judgemental and rude.Being kind people doesn't cost a thing. Maybe think about how you would feel as a young woman, feeling almost ganged up on by 2 older women.
