Henry Wright: I thoroughly enjoy training at CrossFit Wyre Forest as the team and members are all welcoming. They regularly run a wide variety of classes, and the coaches are always on hand to provide plenty of support or alternative exercises to help you build your strength, flexibility or cardio.I was initially apprehensive about starting Crossfit, but I've not looked back since. It also works well as using the booking app I can easily choose sessions each week to work around any other commitments I may have.

Connor Oates is an amazing trainer, who, unlike most personal trainers, understands the human body and believes that personal training is not just about hammering you for an hour. I have worked with various trainers over the years, and have ended up with significant injuries caused by the lack of understanding of the human body and the effect of stupid exercises.The equipment in the gym is fantastic and unlike many gyms, there are no cross trainers or treadmills.Just in case you think I am 21 and full of testosterone-I am 72 and had cancer twice.

You always know that he is keeping an eye on form, ensuring that you get the best out of the exercises.
