Bright Light: I’ve decided to write a review to help others like me who want to use their service as I needed their service and couldn’t find any information online and saw many peoples questions which weren’t answered. The CAB office is currently closed, they are providing their service over the phone.
David Marchant: Rubbish wasn't open phone contact only no good if you can't hear
Autumn Phoenix: I have tried so many times to get through to these people and they work 3 days a week which is good, but even when you call on the days they should be open l still got no answer, l know with covid it's been a hard year for everyone but if they are not there then at least put it on the answering machine, lm still waiting to speak to them l think with everything that's going on in the world, surely someone can say we not open until further notice, it's not rocket science is it.
paulene temple-jones: Have been ringing the free phone number given to me by a solicitor, been trying to get an answer for 2 days listening to music. Eventually got answered but couldn't give any advice at all.

G H: Rang twice, two days on the trot. On the blower for 20 minutes or more.....no response. Must be serving the regulars who seem to have plenty of time on there hands. Needs to be shook up and re-organised.

MJ Hampson: Careful, considered advice was sort and duly received, in a world where any information that is UK government generated, gives rise to worry, as those agencies once everywhere have been reduced to one, you can't even speak via telephone to some like Inland revenue.
Sandra Conn: No help whatsoever told to call for an appointment on line for 15 mins trying to get through to be given debt line advice number however daughter needs legal advice for fines relating to 2017 which she knew nothing about..
