ROSS TIMMINS: Dropped of item lunchtime Wednesday. Problem was diagnosed and repaired within 24 hours. Couldn't fault the service or the cost . Would highly recommend.

Rovinder Chopra: Between Christmas and new year, my PC I use to work from home stopped booting up. I needed a quick resolution. Darren came down on the same day of ringing. After he identified an issue on the motherboard, he dropped a message explaining that the it could be replaced but there is risk that it may not bring the PC back to life as there could be problems elsewhere which could lead to increase costs. He'd dropped the PC back the next day where he showed me close up photos of the motherboard with burned out components. I took the risk myself and replaced the motherboard which worked out well. I couldn't have done it without his diagnosis so very grateful for his work and honesty. £10 it cost for his efforts which I was more than happy to pay. Highly recommend.

Kulfie Oh Yeah: I’ve used crocodile three times now. Really friendly and professional. On two occasions my computers were not fixable but the were able to do data back ups for a small charge. It’s a proper workshop, you can see these guys have a lot on the go all the time so don’t expect your problem to be sorted overnight. Give them the time and they will give you the same top service they have given me.

Wayne Round: I have had two desk top computers and a laptop repaired by this company and I can honestly say I have had no problems at all, Nyime and Dan were both professional and courteous and gave me a price up front without any pressure of having the work done. Appointment times and repair times were kept to on all occasions. Since having this work done my sons computer had decided to go wrong it was another oldish desk top computer, so I went and saw Nyime and Dan who listened to what I wanted for my sons computer and gave me a competitive price. One week later as promised we had a call, picked up the computer and my son has been more than pleased with his new computer which is a flying machine compared to his old one. I do not normally post anything on people’s web sites cos I sometimes think it’s a waste of time, but these two guys definitely deserve the praise I have posted. Thanks again Nyime and Dan.
