Cross Street Health Centre: what do users think?
Michael Nile: Inconsistent, like most of the No Hope Service.
becky edwards: I've always received great service from this surgery. Given the demands on the NHS right now I feel blessed to be able to access healthcare in the appropriate ways.Repeat prescriptions done online, sent to pharmacy- time saving!Non urgent enquires can be logged online and GP calls back within 48 (working) hours- great hassel free way to access non urgent careUrgent care- Calling at 8am is always a pain BUT each time I have called for help the receptionists have always tried their best to accommodate our needs.
Terry-Ann O’Sullivan: Why when you finally get through on the telephone are the receptionists so sharp speaking to you when you don’t know protocol on ordering prescriptions if I could mind read I wouldn’t need advice & don’t appreciate being spoken to in that manner 😡😡😡
Muhammad Bilal Saeed: 50 minutes wait for nurse and at the end left the surgery because still not sure how long is more wait and receptionist giving health advice. It’s a joke
Lisa Ghahremani: I'd give no points if possible can never get appointment. They rude and unhelpful
V N: Just awful. Can call 24/7 no one will pick up the phone. Can email and response will come 4 days later. When finally someone gets back to you, they shout at you.Maybe theses all women's are on period 24/7 but Asian looking doctor it's really nice.Btw we moving out from this joke place.
Alexandra Odobescu: An Absolute Joke! Don't go!
j price: I don’t want to place a negative review but this surgery just won’t learn with their reception staff, one simple click of a button to send my husbands prescription and they make you go in to the surgery, makes no sense. I have spoken to the staff before about this and they just will not help. The length of the recording when you call is that long you can take a nap in between, the way they make it clear they won’t tolerate aggressive behaviour but they think it’s acceptable to be abrupt on the phone. Well maybe joe bloggs won’t accept abruptness from drs receptions.Drs you need to find warm and welcoming staff who will go that extra mile.
ADRIAN W: WENT WITH TEAR BICEPS AND AGONISING PAIN,LADY AT THE DESK DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO ASK DOCTOR IF HE COULD SEE ME AS EMERGENCY..NO APPOINTMENT,NO HELP BUT WHEN YOU TRY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE MORNING,THEY WON'T PICK UP THE PHONE..THEN I RECEIVE SMS' - HOW LIKELY'D I RECOMMEND SURGERY TO FRIEND OR THOSE LETTERS-JOKES-HOW CAN WE IMPROVE SERVICE - TRY WITH EMPATHY AND BASIC HUMANITY.THAT LADY THIS MORNING LIKE PROGRAMMED ROBOT!IF SHE COULD SHE WOULD TELL ME - I HATE MY LIFE BUT IN HERE IM IN THE POSITION OF POWER,IM NOT GOING TO HELP YOU AND THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!
Luk Mac: This place its a joke.Avoid!
James Lewis: Terrible place been with them since i was young always good the last 5 ish yrs you cant get an appointment to save your life every time you phone up call back later then they are shut embarrassment
Paul Bayram: Follow up on last review 6 months later and they've some how got worse. Doctors are fine if/when you can see one but the reception staff are absolutely terrible I don't even get why they're there if they don't want to help people and treat people right
Lucy Stokes: With the exception of one doctor, Cross Street Health Centre is extremely neglectful of its patients. The removal of online booking during the pandemic makes booking an appointment inaccessible as I can't retain important information over the phone.
Hira Hussain: Bad gp, never give you an appoinments not even for kids, tell you to call early but than either they dont pick up the ph or put line on hold.
Steve Richards: No waiting, plenty of receptionists, some are helpful, overall a good doctors with great services & a pharmacy.
john wright: This surgery has a reception that makes too many mistakes. Then try to fob you off with excuses.
Salvatore Trapani: friendly staff on phonedr cox was amazing, shame she retired always looked after my family.currect drs seem nice too.not sure why above review is 1 star and not even botherd to say why.great practioners

St James’ Medical Practice: what do users think?
Lauren jane: Can never get an appointment . End up having to go down a&e n waiting hours just to see a doctor .Me and 3 month old have all symptoms of strep throat and I’m unable to get an appointment yet it’s all over news how it’s killing people and this is why . Absolutely ridiculous. There’s a receptionist there who’s so rude!
Rajesh Gupta: Called surgery last 2 days no appointments after waiting 2 doctors only on with over 10 rooms 35 people in que it’s a joke feel sorry for the receptionists but action needs to be taken
Michelle Macefield: Never have an issue booking either a face to face or telephone appointment. I thought that my last appointment was for 4.30 it was actually 4.10, I was 20 mins late ! The receptionist (Julie?) sorted this out for me and I was still able to see the doctor. Brilliant!
Emma Sheppard: Im a new paitent and i really cannot fault them absoultly amazing after attending another surgery and being made too feel demorilised after i was compared too a drug addict ,id understand if i had no issues but i am due my 31st operation i have chronic pain fybermygia fybermygia and double ostomies amongst othet issues , thankyou from thr bottom off my heart, i absolutely cannot fault there care
Steve Lisa: call number one for 17 minutes joke
Lee Silvester: The worst doctors I've ever known for one they take ages to answer the phone due to chatting away plus the lady on reception just wow how does she get employed as she is very rude and completely useless an I asked for appointment to see doctor porter and she said its phone only I'm like can you or my doctor see my symptoms through the phone she also said he will ring me back but didn't check my number to confirm this I'm lucky I'm giving it 1 star because in my eyes I wouldn't give that if any one goes to this doctors I would clearly move doctors and avoid.
Nora Beres: My doctor is Dr.Porter.He is amazing.I moved so many times I had so many gps. He is the only One who really listened. When I need referral he refers me . I get appointment easily as well.My dad is a retired gp so I can compare a good gp to a bad one. Dr.Porter is 100% an excellent doctor. I was thinking to move to a different area. Only reason I am staying because I don't think I can get a GP like this again if I moved.Thank you for being a such a great doctor.
Susan Belcher: I have been with his practice over 45 years and have had many diagnosis that have been so helpful. Ots kept me healthy for years
Cassandra Fellows: I wouldn't even rate 1 star if I had the chance to..Following moving back to the area I thought I'd become a patient here, unbeknown to myself that they lack skill in admin, it's it's a month since I put in my application and I'm still not registered there.. Its virtually impossible to get through on the phone, and when you do get through the receptionists are rude and fairly thick.I dread to think what it's like to actually visit the practice. I'll be taking my healthcade elsewhere..
Michelle Thadwall: Attended surgery this morning for my hooping cough vaccine as i am 38 weeks pregnant. On arrival was buzzed through via receptionist with no direction were i need to go. Was advised to take a seat. Receptionist asked me why i wasnt wearing a mask. I replied i am expempt, to which she asked my what my exemption was (not really sure if they are meant to ask this either way she has my medical records and should know ) i advised i am 38 weeks pregnant and astmatic . Today is a hot day i already suffering with allergies etc. Went in to see nurse called tracy who was very polite on way out i asked about the corona jab if i should book in or wait. Receptionist sat there extremley rude eat her sandwich as speaking to me i thought this was very unprofession and rude. When i said this she replied it was her lunch break and shes entitled to have her sandwich. Either was very unproffesional. After i made me feeling noticed i thought she was rude i was then verbally attacked via the other 2 woman behind the reception to say if i did not like it to go to another practice. I will be logging a formal complaint . Attitude was disgusting . Receptionist then said well your not wearing a mask. After me already explaining why im expemt. Never in my life been spoken to the way them 3 receptionists spoke to me today.
Tammy: One receptionist clearly doesn't have any telephone manners! Didn't even get her name! I've just called to ask if there is any known issue with the pharmacy telephone line next door as it has been constantly engaged since 09:30. She was quite rude and said "that's probably because they're busy" I told her I'll keep trying and she said "ok" and put the phone down.Maybe some further training is required 🤔
Debbie Roberts: Excellent service earlier this week. Telephone appointment the same day and prescription sent straight through to pharmacy.
Debra Jones: Dr Jalota and his team have cared for my family for many years I never have any problems booking an appointment and the care and consideration that has been shown by Dr Jalota the nurses, the receptionists and practice manager. Well done and thank you.
Gurwinder Singh: I always has bad experience here coz doctor here dont know f##k all they always says take paracetamol if u have any pain or problem i have been suffering from back pain from last 3 month and one more thing if u have appointment 3 o clock u will be seen 4 or half 4. I think they must pay us for waiting there they dont deserve to be doctor. I will say to all dont register here with any gp coz they are pointless
Nic Hadley: Very hit/miss if you get to speak to someone. If you are persistent you can usually get a routine appointment within a few days. Forget 48hrs if it's not an emergency. But then if it's an emergency you'll be seen quicker at a&e! Instead of putting your effort into being seen here, try self medicating and putting your effort into staying healthy....it's the austerity way!

Stepping Stones Medical Practice: what do users think?
Lauren Poole: Been on the phone waiting for over a hours as first person in the queue I really don’t understand what they are doing that’s so busy not to answer a phone for a two minute conversation it’s disgusting
Sajad Islam: My mom Sakina bi is a patient at this practice the lady’s on reception go out of their way to help me with any medical needs for my mom they always go above and beyond to help thank you for all the care you give to my mom
Lisa Hall: Absolutely a waste of space worst surgery ever they say call 8.00am to get an appointment line busy for 20 minutes then I in a queue for a further 30 minutes now I start work at 8.30 I haven't got time to hang on phone for nearly a hour. Then they say try online appointment at 8.00 p.m but guess what either no appointments or I can't get on. Then they send reminders which you need to make appointment which obviously I can't and when I get to eventually speak to someone they say no appointments I tell them I've been trying for 1 to 2 wks. They don't care. Now today I've had a reminder for a breast screening appointment that I've missed but I haven't i had it done last year so they Really don't check there records DO THEY!!!!! they prefer phone triage call which I'm sorry is a waste of time I want to see a doctor face to face.Absolute waste of time should be closed down.
Mark Evans: Rude staff and incompetent doctors.
Naz A: Absolutely ridiculous. Been trying all week to get an appointment and they leave the phone engaged on purpose. When i managed to get through after 9am they still don't answer the phone, as I was still the same caller number for over half an hour. It shouldn't take an hour to get from caller number 5 to the next available operator. After 2 hours of waiting no surprise there wasn't any appointments available apparently.I've recently moved to dudley and never had an horrendous experience like this with my previous GP. Called over 33 times on one occasion and over 40 times on another. When i rang in the afternoon i was told there's no appointments left and I should access emergency services, which should only be accessed in life or death situations and we wonder why hospitals are over flowing because of stupid gp places like this.Reading all the other reviews I agree this place needs to be closed down because they're clearly not doing their job and I will be reporting the practice.
Rachel Powell: If I could post zero stars then I certainly would. Appalling doctors, miserable unhelpful receptionists that will tell you there are no appointments when you have rang since 8am and been on hold for an hour and a half!!
R.a.j K: New to this practice and it’s impossible to get an appointment. 5 days I’ve called at 8am sharp and been on hold for 1 hour and 50 mins… either not taken my call at all or when I finally get thru then to be told no appointments. Physically went in whilst still being on hold. Was 3rd caller for 45 mins and even then even though the receptionist was putting the phone down I was still 3rd position. So clearly they have diverted phones and just not taking them.On arrival was told no appointment and to come at the surgery for 8am if can’t get thru on the phone. Explained I have school runs and said nothing else we can do. Said can book online at 8pm however tried that and only release one or 2 appointments and when I tried booking them it didn’t even allow me to fill the form that’s required to book the appointment and it was gone.I’m not sticking around at this surgery. Only moved as old one was further out but I’m going back to them as atleast I was able to get an appointment when required. Complete joke. Doesn’t deserve even a single star. Should be minus
Kate Rohland: I’ve been ringing all morning. 70 times Ives rang this place. It’s a good job I’m not dieing. They shouldn’t even be still open
Nadem Hussain: Stepping stones? No, more like Stepping nightmares! Fancy an appointment? Good luck, you have more favourable odds of seeing pigs fly!
Rachel B: Impossible to get an appointment, even with a life limiting condition the reception staff don't care, think they have the ability to question my urgency, they don't and have absolutely no medical training whatsoever. How the hell can I update my care plan without my GP. My neurologist is even fed up of waiting for me to see someone, myself and children are all changing to st James a much better practice. Would leave 0 stars if it was an option
Rmarni TV: It almost impossible to get an appointment and any time I walk in it’s empty! I’m convinced the phones are just off the hook.
Jono Cleary: This practice must rate as one of the worst in Dudley for patients.Almost impossible to see a doctor, but wait, you can try and get a telephone appointment with your doctor, no that seems impossible too.Two consecutive days of calling at 8am only to be informed all appointments are gone for the day. This is the same practice that messaged me two days on the trot to call them for an appointment. There’s more, frustration continues, after not getting a phone appointment, post man turns up with a letter from the surgery, can you please contact us regarding annual blood test as it’s now due, well guess what, you’ve already had the test results that’s what I’m calling about. So inefficient it beggars belief.
jam’s Vlogs: Very polite receptionists and doctor examined me and gave me medication straight away thanks for the fantastic service 👍🏽
Mrs. A Patel: I would give zero stars if possible. Worst surgery in the world. Can never get an appointment. You call at 8am to try get an appointment and it says busy for 45 mins. Then suddenly all appointments are gone. On Monday morning their phonlines were down but they didn't send a text to inform us until 3pm, so they were doing nothing all day. I urgently needed an appointment after giving birth but they weren't willing to help. Only other option is sitting in A and E for 6 hours , a week after giving birth. There is no point being registered at a GP surgery especially this one. They should be shut down.
Kdot947: Worst GP on planet earth, they are never there to help or assist so rude over the phone, they found something in my bloods I'm low on a few things and I have to book an appointment to discuss with doctor and get the right tablets I need I call everyday at 8 and all it says is line busy and by time is gets to the middle of the day it says all appointments have gone for today and you can only get an appointment on the same day so how are you meant to get seen??? all they tell me is keep trying and I'm feeling worse day by day all I want is a bit of support, I don't advice anybody to step foot and sign up for this GP, they might aswell not be there.
Sam Poole: Pathetic rude staff. In not sure if any drs work there can't get a booking to see any bloody joke.
adrien csernai: Very dissatisfied with this GP, if you love yourself find a better GP.
Bad Khan: The most disgraceful surgery in the world… this surgery should not even be allowed 1 star. They are appalling!!Never get an appointment over the phone.. they lie and say call at 8am but as soon as 8am comes, they take all phones off the hook so they show user busy.. while sit around and natter to each other over breakfast while people like myself need help and have been trying to get an appointment for weeks! I really hope this rubbish surgery gets closed down and someone capable running a surgery takes it’s place.Absolute rubbish staff on front desk, very rude. They all need replacing…. Rubbish system in place to help vulnerable people. Never ever manage to get an appointment over phone.. ever! Disgusting!
Andy Silver: Terrible. Avoid at all cost
Sharzia Bi: Called at 8am to book an appointment, very rude receptionst kerry answered the call. Began asking into detail what the issue is even though she is not medically trained & was raising her voice, i said to her 'you are not a dr so i will not go into detail with you. This surgery requries new staff you don't come to work first in the morning with a disgraceful attitude towards patients, lack of patient centred care.
Amber Rehman: Just moved to this surgery and already regret it they never answer the phones theres never an appointment available and the receptionests are not helpful at all

Dr Jay Desai: what do users think?
Reece Dunn: They say you have to call the day before you want an appointment at 8am on the dot. However, when calling in the morning the lines are always busy. When they do manage to answer the phone they are then fully booked.... The first come first serve policy does not work well at all, especially when you have old people clogging the system with their irrelevant colds or misinterpreted symtoms. I had to almost beg for an emergency appointment for my 2 year old son who has a suspected urine infection. All in all the surgery receptionist staff are unhelpful and rude, the facilities a limited and dated, and the policy of booking yourself an appointment was thought up by a 5 year old. At no point, do i think that the Doctors and Nurses are ill qualified. They are the only people that make eve hill medical centre.

Dr T Safdar: what do users think?
Sheraz Shahid: Very welcoming place. New management has definitely improved the place . Receptionists were really helpful which I was expecting.
danielle payne: Doctors aren’t too bad if you ever actually get round to seeing one. The rude receptionist on the other hand who can’t seem to do her job correctly in the form of mixing up results for my two sons! Disgusting place I honestly don’t know why they bothered re opening after vivid because the entire building is a joke.
Glen Rogers: Bad
Darryl Beale: You could die waiting for an answer... not fit for purpose
Jae Song: This is the worst GP in England. The staff are so rude, appointments take forever, nothing good to write about them am sorry.
Clive Share: Slow and inefficient.
Darren W: Was very happy here with Dr Jivanjee and lovely front desk team. However new GP unhelpful and argumentative, recently had major surgery and one of the doctors in hospital said to call my GP and discuss some results to have further tests, I booked a telephone appointment and when he called I was told it's not for me to raise anything and he wouldn't discuss it with me any further? I tried to explain but he was having none of it, in the end i said forget it. Going back to my old GP further away!
Diane West: Would not recommend this doctors at all phoned up for an appointment for my daughter was told to phone back later to see if there was a cancellation or take her to central clinic disgusting not to get a child in for an appointment
AC Deeley: Called up to book an appointment. Was told to call the appointment line. Lady gave me the number very quickly and then hung up! Had to call back to get the number, in which there was no answer.Appointment number is not shown on the website.Shocking place.
Kenny Singh: My wife requested an appointment on my behalf which was made for today 30/07/2021) upon arriving I was informed that it was a telephone consultation, (this appointment was made 3 weeks ago for a face to face consultation) at no stage when booking my wife was told that it would be a telephone call, had she been told it was going to be a telephone call I would NOT have waited 3 weeks for an appointment,I would have requested it alot sooner. Also the unprofessionalism shown to me by a receptionist, I was booking in with the girl behind the desk, when the said receptionist came across stating" I was the one that booked the appointment and said it would be a telephone call" her manarism left a lot to be desired. Being this appointment was booked 3 weeks ago how she could recall this specific appointment and that she had allegedly informed my wife that it was a telephone call is anyone's guess? Of course the question arises why would I wait 3 WEEKS a for a telephone consultation? I am left really dismayed and disappointed with what has happened, that unfortunately is becoming a regular reoccurrence. This is not the first time I have had issues with the reception area, which it’s importance can never be understated. The area badly lets down the whole of the practice. As regarding G.P care I have never had an issue, I have always found Dr Safdar caring compassionate and understanding, and consider him an outstanding doctor.
Nadeem Hussain: This surgery has no manners to talk to patients and the temporary doctors dnt have clueBring back Dr brettleOr bring back Dr safdar
Martyn Wright: I missed a call to book my second covid vaccination but was left a message to contact the surgery. I rang only to be told that they didn't do bookings and to call 119. I rang 119 and was told it was for first jabs only and to ring the surgery again to explain. I did only to be told again that they couldn't help me. Utterly useless advice and now I've been left in limbo regarding my second jab. I have complained to NHS England about the poor service I've received.
Alberto De Diego Sarrias: I will be in dudley for some months and tried to have a temporary registration because some health problems I was having, and they told me they don't accept temporal registrations because of covid. Leaved me in the street with my health problems that in emergences doctors told me needed further examinations by a gp.
Agata Tatarata: Very bad experience, receptionists give wrong information, trying to register there from 2 weeks but they always send me back
Full steam: Shambolic place, the management can't run this place properly. At time of writing the lead doctor is suspended by the GMC. The practice manager can't follow procedures that she is in charge of implementing and that are in fact written into law. The receptionist lie for her and won't give relevant information. They don't refer you to community health care and try to cover up by ignoring complaints. All too quick to use "Covid" as the go to excuse for poor treatment.Avoid this place like the plague. There are better and more professional surgeries nearby
Dorothy Janus: I'm happy its my GP😃
David Evans: Need shutting down...vile receptionists...terrible doctors...not worth a star !!!
Ian Brookes: Absolute joke of a doctor, have only managed to get 1 appointment in the past 7 years
Wilson Mateus: Avoid this gp , rude staff and time wasters
lynne northwood: Dreadful doctors. Refused to see 4 wk old baby, due to there incompetence of not having baby registered. Only gave 1 star or in able proceed. Not worth that
Rehana Safdar: Great doctor, I have only had positive experience of their service.

Lower Gornal Medical Practice: what do users think?
Molly McCallum: It’s really hit or miss with this place my gp is lovely however I have to agree with the other reviews about one of the receptionists we’ve had issues in the past with her being mardy or when I was under 16 acting off about my dad calling for me even though I was struggling with depression and anxiety and she was rude as it is. Another thing is when I was discharged from hospital they said they’d call back when they got the paper work but never did. I saw another man at ridgeway from there who was quite dismissive and rude and told me I have no issue with my liver despite being told in hospital I do. Also I was told I couldn’t get prescribed antidepressants without going down there which I felt I couldn’t do because of my mental state and I’m quite reliable on them and hadn’t gone out the house for over a month but was prescribed them over the phone today I understand they need to assess you however when you’re in that head space is stressful enough to call up or get out of bed, shower ect
Martin Meddings: This practice needs a better to way to book appointments, phoning is ridiculous can never get through
Laura Round: Deserves zero stars. Never ever answer phone. Total waste of time. Wish I'd never registered here. Moving my family elsewhere..
Colin Smith: Waste of space if you get an appointment it’s like winning the lottery
Jayne Bailey: Awful, receptionists are clueless, Drs don’t care and are never available, too busy just sitting at home getting paid 🤬
paul S: Just waited 8 days for a repeat prescription unbelievable , apparently had consultation on my records earlier on this year which never happened unbelievable
katie smith: Staff are ridiculous down there. They text you your appointment which is very unprofessional. Then when you get there they refuse to see you. Then expect you to make another appointment. Not one member of staff could see me. I am currently off sick with a leg injury for me to walk all the way down there for them not to see me is disgusting. Disgusting behaviour for people who are meant to care. What if my asthma was bad and you just refused me. Disgusting.
LDMC TEST: Whilst I understand the pressure that our NHS services are under, receptionists shouldn't be so rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. I called to explain I have symptoms as a result of a previous unhealthy lifestyle, and wanted to rule out any underlying, undiagnosed health conditions. I'm training for a marathon and engaging in lots of intense exercise. I've previously suffered dizziness, heart palpitations, and chest pains. I was told there were no appointments, I said I'll call back Monday and she said don't, you'll have to try later next week. I've now started the registration process to change GP practice. The receptionist there has already been extremely helpful and reassuring.
Sue Attwell: Rang today at 8 kept redialing 71 times when I got through at 8.20 no appointments. Has anyone got a doctor you can see ??? Ring back tomorrow!
Zanyar Ali: It makes sense why the rating is 2 🌟, I've moved to gornal and I'm literally within 0.4 miles from the surgery, unfortunately they didn't take me as a new patient for no reason. I hope it wasn't the matter of my race 😕
Jack Hancox: Can’t even get in touch with them, joke.
Maggie: Absolute waste of time. Refused to give my elderly mother a face-to-face consultation because the surgery are "not doing face-to-face appointments for coughs". My mother has been ill for almost a month now and all she was offered was a phone call (waste of time as she is almost totally deaf), and a prescription for antibiotics, in spite of not being examined. How long is this surgery going to keep using covid as an excuse? 3 bloody jabs, masked up to the eyeballs, but won't see anyone with a cough. Absolute disgrace, as is most of the NHS now.
Andy Whitehouse: Now well over 30 attempts to actually get through on the phone but automatic call end everytime and website doesn't accept on line forms at the moment because they are busy. Arent we all.
Love Our Travels: Called yesterday for an appointment to be advised that as I am not vaccinated I am not entitled to have a face to face appointment which is against the discriminatory act by law! Eventually the on call doctor who was lovely agreed to see me after kicking up a fuss. This medical practice is breaking the law and I will be making an official complaint
True Form: My wife was in pain with gallbladder shortly after having our second child and even told them what she had. We went for a check-up but the doctor wouldn't prescribe anything and wouldn't allow her to go to hospital to be checked out. Later that day we had to call the emergency line for an ambulance as she was in severe pain. You could be standing there with your arm hanging off and they will tell you to just sleep it off.
tracy lowe: Paul is absolutely brilliant. But otherwise a little disappointed. I rang this morning at 8. The phone kept saying number unavailable. I eventually got through. Waited another 25 minutes on the phone for them to tell me I'd get a call back during the day. As it was for my 13 year old son I had to take the day off work. They never rang me back.
Awarrior 154: Receptionist is useless
Jay Jay: I left a negative review the last time, and at the time that was my view. My view has changed. I think Paul is fantastic and talks on an understanding level when it concerns my mental health. I've had no issue with reception, or prescriptions, recently. The COVID issues have made things difficult for every industry and the surgery is likely under a lot more pressure to deal with patients under and already stretched NHS. I'm glad we have an NHS, and good healthcare because in some parts of the world this isn't true. So I count my blessings and thank the staff for doing a difficult job at the moment.
Crystal Mason: One Receptionist can come across very sharp on the phone and make you feel belittled, I dread when I have to ring, as for the doctors iv never had a problem when I finally get through to them but I find it frustrating that I never feel listened to like I have to beg to be seen, I was left outside in the heat with a newborn for a long period of time during the pandemic and put in the hall to wait with a fidgety toddler till I could be seen for his injections which was incredible fustrating, I just don't feel comftable at this practice
Sam Willis: Good doctors awfully rude receptionist everyone in Gornal knows she’s vile
Kailey Winkett: Phoned 5 times still this morning still no answer after leaving it ring for ages not happy at all. Only wanted to join the practice definitely don’t want to no now tbh
