Carpet right, Sorry sir we will reschedule. Me. Can you fast track please? Carpet right, Top of the pile sir. Did not have any communication until "" I"" rang them. Fitting date 24th May !!. The fast track was longer than the original 5 weeks, Total from point of purchase to fitting 12 weeks. All those who have been happy with Carpet right, would you be happy waiting 12 weeks for a carpet? NOOO ! Be aware of extras when ordering from a book. You pay £30 to fetch the carpet from source, .You pay £12.50 fitter admin ???? £42 extras for what. So what kind of rating would you give for this kind of service?
