Mr Harris: Didn’t go to Frankie and bennies since my 14th birthday due to bad experience but now I’ve got kids of my own it’s local and thought I’ll try it. I’m so glad I did. The food was amazing and Jack was so helpful and pleasant to my boys and respectful kept going out of Hes way on numerous occasions to ensure we was happy with the food. He even picked my partners coat up off the floor put it back on the chair. He was so polite and professional. He made that experience alot better. Food was amazing and was busy so the chefs done a great job as it was served hot and tasty. So again thanks Jack you have done the company proud today as I wouldn’t normally go into detail on reviews like this! Keep it up and again anyone who wants to go here please do… you will be happy.
Keith Garner: Thought we’d try this place again after a number of years, big mistake. The service was bad, really unfriendly like you were an inconvenience. The food was worse, greasy and bland. Pretty much inedible.Won’t be back again.
