Showcase Cinema Dudley: what do users think?
Esme Malpass: Insider card has its uses
Malcolm Hart: It's a good cinema. 🤷‍♂️
Sukhie Dhesi: Seats need a good clean and upgrade. The surround sound could be better also.Like that you have a Costa coffee but not that you can't use your Costa card to collect points etc.Join up as an insider. On a Sunday you can get your tickets for £7.50 after 7pm and all day Mondays.
K: Love visiting, but seats need replacing and prices need lowering to rival odeon/ the light
Sati Bhogal: Good, clean with decent screens (especially xPlus) and sound. Bonus is having a beer while you watch the film.
Letitia Adams: Always a lovely experience when we visit, staff are friendly and helpful and venue is always clean
Alana Foley-Evans: Been my local cinema forever, never had any problems, lots of toilets, lots of parking (extra at rear) and surrounded by lots of food places
Dave Smart: Fantastic place to go watch a film!
Sheila Talbot: Nice clean picture house with pleasant staff....
duncan watson: It's OK if you have meerkat other wise just pull you pants down and bite down on a leather belt especially if your taking the whole family. £££££££££££
Peter Davies: First time at a Showcase in a long time. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and general feel of the cinema. And it's a lot better value than other cinemas in the area.Update: have visited a number of times now and always have a great time at Showcase.
Peter Standring: My first visit to this cinema. Comfy seats which is always a bonus and oceans of leg room .The staff are good especially the ice cream lady .A good night out watching Juniper a sky vip advanced screening .All the usual popcorn etc available and a large car park
Karen Hanson: Go weekly to this cinema. Comfortable and plenty choice of snacks.
Patricia Glazzard: Staff lovely & helpful. Plenty of parking had a great afternoon watching Avatar, way of the water.
Joe Swift: Worst cinema experience I’ve had - the seats were horrific, it was like sitting on plastic chair, they were broken and even dirty. Do not make the same mistake I did, go to another cinema.
flaviu panait: Where nice area to go for
alan isitt: Good and friendly efficient staff.
Zara Kohli: Such an amazing cinema. Firstly it looks beautiful on the outside and the inside is vibrant. The seats are extremely comfortable and avatar the way of water in 3d was amazing. I really recommend this cinema and it was a brilliant experience
Rick: Great cinema, loads of screens, good programme of movies and ample free parking. Also lots of places to eat once the movie is over within 50m. I like the high-backed seat that some screens have. Not so keen on the others though. I don't like having to choose our seat numbers before we go in, I'd rather decide when I get in there and sometimes I like to change my mind.
Chris Taylor: It's a nice clean modern cinema.
Tracey Glover: Great place, staff are lovely

ODEON Dudley: what do users think?
Verdank G: Not sure if we were unlucky, or if this is normal, first time coming here in almost 20 years. Went on a Friday night when you expect it to be busy. We usually go to Showcase at Castlegate, but after moving this is our closer cinema so we thought we'd try it.Stood in the queue for concessions for over 20 minutes, there was 1 person serving while 4 others stood behind her filling orders, 1 at a time. When we were next in line the manager came over, told us if we're using card to go to the ticket booking screens instead as it would be quicker. Everyone rushed over, so it actually took way longer. Our fault, we should have just waited in the queue.Chairs are stiff as hell, premier seats were the same stiffness as standard, just made out of different material a bit more room. The lights went out for the adverts and trailers, but came back on for the film. Strangest thing ever. Movie was great, just everything else that sucked.
Izi Osa: Good. close to shopping centre and restaurants
jason simpson: Very expensive and very uncomfortable seats, £28 two tickets and one medium drink
Sherrie Parkes: Came before and it was amazing, we were in the newer screens and the seating was great. Brought my husband & son cause I bosted how it was better than showcase and we were in a screen with the tattiest, uncomfortable seats ice ever seen. The premier seating was the same as the normal seating too.
Sherrie Carrington: The place was very clean and staff were efficient and friendly. The only thing was the recliner seats were abit small and compact and we paid extra for the premier plus seats so it was abit disappointing.
Colleen O'Brien: First time back here for a while. Foyer clean all though toilets need a good clean more often, costa coffee in the foyer what a rip off, please be aware if you have a costa loyalty card they wont except them against a drink, quite disgraceful i think when its not stated anywhere unless the man who served us were just fobbing us off, where is there (costas) loyalty to customers, other than costa coffee and the toilets everything else was fine
Louise Sahota: Nice cinema and convenient location
Stuart Steele: Facility good woefullly understaffed for half term. Should be easy to gauge volumes based on the pre booking. The costa franchise had more staff than the popcorn/drinks counter
M Russell: Absolute rip off.£16 a adult to watch Super Mario. £9.75 for the same at Showcase.l!!!!
Natalie Harper: Love the recliners, especially for the longer films.Using the screens to order food instead of going to the counter was a little confusing at first, but once I was shown how to move around the menus, it was all good.
Shaun Kinsell: John wick 4 brilliant
mel small: Far too expensive
david heel: Good film pleasant staff
Lee: Great placeONLY let down is the smarmy unhelpful staff who are arrogant towards paying clientele
Hazel Noble: Had a great meal on Mother's Day, really enjoyed it. Service was great. I was given small bunch of Tulips & a bar of Ferrero Rocher nut chocolate. My daughter & daughter in law also had a bar of chocolate given them which wS a lovely touch. Would definitely be going again.
Kelleeane Homer: Great film, comfty seats and popcorn. win win
Big Lew: Very comfortable reclining seats, never normally too busy on weekdays but heating is very hot inside!
Laura Xo: Amazing, seats are so comfy and the nachos was banging
Viv Sahota: Nice staff, good food and the seats are perfect. Only problem I have is that they leave the little spot lights on when the film is on.
Paul Snowdon Jefferson: Nice cinema , good experience , recliner seats are a bit pricey but are worth it ,worth purchasing the monthly card for 14.99 then pay a few pound upgrade for recliner, two visits in a month allows you to save
Jackie Sparry: Comfortable seating, good view and sound quality. Toilets should be looked after better.

ODEON West Bromwich: what do users think?
Graham Seager: A fine cinema but too many screens wasted on Indian films instead of quality movies.
Susan Wright: Lovely intimate little cinema.. always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. In an ideal location for buses, tram or car parking.
Seth Pall: Good
helen blanton: We were helped with our tickets and with purchasing ice cream by a lovely person called Amoy. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very happy in his work, he even showed us where our s reen was. He made the visit a breeze. The seats were very comfortable and had lots of legroom. All in all a great venue
Mohit Panchal: Staff are great, cinema is nice and clean, but sadly there are a lot of rude and selfish teenagers who talk during movies and use their phones particularly at this cinema, and staff sadly don't, or maybe cannot, do anything. Visited here multiple times and always the same issue. I feel bad for the staff as they themselves are teenagers, and they get sweared at by these selfish kids when told off. I was watching a movie with an age rating of 18, and yet there was a kid behind me, barely 13, so it seems there is a lot of screen hopping happening here. Managers need to step up their game, and not send young staff to handle these issues.
Jas Kaur: This was my first time experience at the West Bromwich Odeon with my partner. I highly recommend the place. All staff were very helpful and very friendly. Not forgetting the food was also very delicious.
Lexicon “Lexicon”: Great cinema really good experience watching John wick
Steve Downes: Open on Easter Sunday worth visiting more because of that. Clean visit simple once you order the tickets and food online
Shannon Keyte: What a cute little gem of a cinema! Staff are so friendly too! Feel well looked after, glad this is now our regular visit!
Szabina Kovàcs: They behaved very discriminatory with my husband.
Omar Kinteh: Customer service is excellent
S N: Not good not clear they make you book online then not allowing my child to come with first when you book the tickets should be clear not great!!!!@
Lukasz Korcz: Very friendly staff and Helpfull. No problems at all
Emma: Nice small quiet cinema. New Square shopping centre is next to it which has a a couple of restaurants.
Raj Patel: Generally good, not so sure scanning people in at the door and only having a single person doing that. Someone just has to have a slow phone and you have 2 sets of two or more backed up and getting impatient. Seeing these people have already paid and just want access to the theatre/movie they came in to see.At the front of the cinema screen 1, about 30 mins in the air con kicks in and blows down and over you, strange for a late movie in Feb. Sat in coat zipped up.Good seats, great sound and would return, but just minor things that need to get better,
Mark Simpson: Small biju
Lorna Simpson: Enjoyed the cinema experience. Customer service was very good from the staff.
Akhtar Aziz: Decent!
Karamjit Singh: Good 👍
Laura Guy: We went to the Odeon in West Bromwich and I chose the wrong seats, however the lovely Gina and Sophie moved us to Premier seats that were available. Thanks so much. Lovely customer service!
amie dowen: Decent cinema, nothing amazing and there are certainly other local cinemas that are better... but a convenient location and has never really disappointed for what it is.
