DMC Motorcycles Ltd: what do users think?
Greg Proffitt: Really friendly and helpful staff. Was only browsing to pass an hour but really good stock.
Micheal Mcnaughton: Got to be without dought the most rude and arragant people I've dealt with, it's like your doing them a favour walking in. Had exactly the same experience when I bought my new multistada years ago with them. Never again. Customer service is a smile and taking the time to listen. DMC Pensnett
Rebecca Meads: Just bought our new MT-09 from DMC. Everyone was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Bike is great too. We are really happy with the whole experience.
SŁAWEK ZIĘTALA: Ok
Andrew Porter: First experience of DMC and I have to say that Sam, Kev and the team have been a real pleasure to deal with. Excellent communications, competitively priced machine and brilliant customer service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
Ross Little: Brilliant place. Came here to have a tyre and chain replaced. Work was done in an hour while I checked out the Yamaha bikes in the showroom and planned my next upgrade. Staff are really knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a great stock of bikes, parts and accessories. Highly recommended.
Shane Gregg: Great service.
Ray Blackford: Kev Steve and all the staff very welcoming plus a bacon sarnie and a cup of scorch in the cafe !What's not to like ; )
E28 love: Nice helpful lads, they're neighbours to my business.
Will Mclennan: Sent 3 e mails showing interest in buying a bike, not one reply
Laz Mafuko: These guys are great. These guys specialise in Yamaha and are in fact a Yamaha Dealer. They did my MOT and serviced my WR125 and did a great job. Their rates are reasonable as well. My WR125 had a problem of just cutting out. I thought it was something to do with dirty fuel but it turned out to be something else. They put the bike on a diagnostic machine and fixed my problem in 15 minutes. Problem was caused by a frazzled coil. I will definitely use these guys again!!!
john nash: Traveled a long way, to Dmc, to see a bike which was decribed as show room condition, which it wasn't, disappointed, to say the least.
Sam Kay: Great service, very professional and excellent delivery. Highly recommended
Matthew Harper: Friendly and a good selection of bikes and accessories
Stu Edrop: Great staff, very helpful. Good work all round
Stacey Aston: Bike had a full service here, early drop off, friendly service and good reasonable price
Steven Caine: brilliant service , highly recommendspoke to nick about a charging issue with my Yamaha xt660,talked him through a few basic tests I had done over the phone. nick easily could diagnose the issue , the part came next day at a competertive price, i collected it, fitted it, re tested the bike and like that it had cured the charging issue , over the moon thanks again to nick and dmc crew big thumbs up
Vince Godson: Friendly, informative staff and a really good range of bikes and equipment. Also has an onsite cafe that's had great reviews.
Darryl Walford: Excellent bike shop, mainly Yamaha because of being a main dealer but it's a large premises with a good selection of second hand bikes from various manufacturers, plus new accessories andclothing 👍
Jason Hawkes: I brought a Suzuki vl 800 motorcycle p/x my bike they delivered the bike to me provided a excellent bike and service I would highly recommend them.
Lisa Minott: Great place lots of different motorbikes and gear and they have a cafe what more do you need

DBRacing: what do users think?
Matthew McGowan: Paid £250 for a “universal” lighting kit and speedo which has been nothing but disappointment from the startFirst disappointment is that it’s just a cheap Chinese pitbike wiring loom with poor quality lights, indicators that don’t fit there mounts as they are undersizedDecided to take that on the chin as atleast it’s a “complete” kit and I can make spacers so it all fit correctlyAfter afew weeks of messing about and ordering extra parts online to atleast make it fit correctly I was somewhat content with the end resultI get my bike mot’d and ready to ride only to find that after afew minutes I loose power to the speedo, reason being poor connections. I have since had to cut of all the original connections and use my own as any vibration causes the plugs to loose connectionThe whole reason I bought the kit was so I had a neat solution to adding lights, it would have been neater and cheaper to make the loom myself with more quality connectionsDuring this process I asked for help with setup and got poor customer serviceI have since found all the parts listed for the kit on eBay at atleast a third of the price I paid. Very frustrating and wouldn’t buy again
Jordan Tilsley: Outstanding customer service and support pre sales and after . I brought a kurz smr 140 and the quality the feel the looks overall for the price are outstanding. Couple of laps at the track and was full of confidence . Proper bit of kit . Will be used for racing in bmb championships this year.
Richard Webb: Bought a fs 140 (boxed) from DB RACING AWESOME BIKE ,very sturdy well built bikeUnbelievable torque, FANTASTIC EXPERIENCEWOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THIS COMPANY
EXC VIN: Purchased the enduro lighting kit, everything in the kit is cheap claims to be pre tested my rear light didn’t work and the control switch broke in less than 2 mins, I wouldn’t advise buying this unless you ride a pit bike as it’s in no way long enough for a full size bike, db racing advise a control switch but give you no help on wiring it up as comes with complete different loom and less wires, waste of money, needs to be heavily modified to fit any bike! Chinese cheap kit for 170£ go on aliexpress same loom without the lights for 28£ that’s also better quality,
Mark Deeprose: Worst company going wouldn’t buy from these save your money and go else where they won’t even sell you parts if a money dispute is being processed with then absolutely joke
joseph sohil: A bit difficult to find the location as it is inside the industrial area, but good bikes,it's not a showroom but a godown.
Jay Jay: Absolutely amazing staff service delivery times came 1 day early. Very happy chappy thanks to dbr team
peck bennett: Couldn't find the place after being told to bring my bike up and dont answer the phone
James Bray: Great service
simon white: extremely helpful with all my awkward questions, would have bought but my personal circumstances (foreign registration) made impossible.Simon
Kiki Davies: Just received my kurz fs 140 big wheel it arrived on time and the bike is beautiful made not one fault i built the bike myself from grate it started of the second kick, runs perfect and so fast.. Highly recommended to anyone that drives for adrenaline just like me haha. Thanks db racing 🏁
Liam: Brought a fs65 great little bikes for the kids will picking my fs250 up shortly aswell .
HALLOWED KNIGHT: Excellent response and very knowledgeable about the products and how they work
DTOB9216: Bought a kids bike under the pretence that the stabilisers will come in stock shortly after, month down the line they’ve said they won’t be in stock until next year, I get the bike and the swing arm bolts are missing so we couldn’t have it built up, they sent me out replacement bolts that was completely wrong.. I requested to return it for selling me the bike under false pretence's and that it came incomplete for them to tell me I can’t return it because it isn’t in it’s original packaging even though I had to open it to find out parts was missing… I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR MOTORBIKES/PARTS AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRENDOUS AND LIE TO YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN… trading standards has been contacted and further legal action will be taken as the product is defective and not fit for purpose
Gaz Ormsby: If you are looking to buy a boxed bike from them then I would suggest that you reconsider. 5 weeks ago I purchased a boxed bike the shipping was fast however the box it came in was disintegrated and parts where damaged ie the headlight, indicators, grips, skidplate and general other scratches and scrapes, the company said they would replace the parts however only sent out the grips and indicators as the skidplate was out of stock and the headlight was just ignored by them despite sending photos a £20 store credit was issued but this will not cover the parts needed. The bike was also missing the bolts to put it together and the front axle, the front axle was replaced but needed modifications to fit as it came with the wrong spacers, the fixing and fitting kit was never sent or mentioned despite being pointed out in 3 emails so I had to source all my own bolts. The registration documents have still not arrived and when I contacted the dvla they confirmed the details had been processed however i would need the first name of who sent the documents off, when asked for this the db racing representative would not allow me to know when I asked if he could chase it up he quite rudely said he didn't have time and that it wasn't his problem, when I then stated they didn't have good customer service I was told it was the dvla not them and that it was out of their control but this doesn't fix the other things that where wrong with the bike he then stated that it was a boxed bike as if to excuse the problems. I paid for a full bike in a box not most of one with some damage and bits missing.
AutoTint Nottingham Car Window Tinting: No reply to messages. no answer to calls, and no bike delivered within the stated time-frame.
Kieren Schooling: Guys are grate on the phone, website is wicked but just never seen to have the parts I need in stock
Josh Pass: Had a yx140 engine off these. After 4 hours total use and 3rd service the clutch started grinding. I called up as it was only 2 weeks old and was told NO WARRANTY or 30 days return yet everywhere else has that available. Also ordered chain and sprocket. The chain SNAPPED on first use and not on the split link either. Now can't get in touch with these and definitely won't be using DB racing again.
Thomas Frost: These guys are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great customer service and always replied to my many emails very promptly. Keep up the good work gents.
Alex John: Ordered a part off these guys expecting it to be a few days at least and came 2 days later so fast thank you
David Tennant: Recomend these guys 100% , Purchased zongshen 250cc engine from them great deal trouble free transaction and great service .

3D Moto Ltd: what do users think?
Simon Felton: Excellent service straight forward great company
Gavin Meade: I purchased my aprilia tuono 660 factory form these guy done me a great deal on it , I got to the dealer to collect my new bike an they had some snow fall which was unexpected an they had a pipe burst in the showroom but even that Mike bike was ready to go an the tech from the workshop got my bike up the slippery drive for me can’t thank the guys at 3D. Moto enough would highly recommend
Graham Hewitt: Clearly states open on a Tuesday traveled 34 miles and its closed! what a way to run a business!.....absolute disgrace !!!
Stuart Hipkins: Very friendly and helpful service from Andy. Can't wait to pick up my bike
Alex Robinson: Purchased a new Rs660 from 3d moto.Straightforward experience, Offered a test ride with no fuss (with two years full licence)Paid on the day, bike PDI'd and ready within a few days.Simple hand over and on my way no bother at all.Local dealer with very competitive pricing. Always good to support a local business.
Gary Mackintosh: Good fast service
Kenny Burns: Great professional service ,no fuss ,no hurry and great coffee, the bike is awesome .👍
wizza white: Great place super service
Clive Parker: In reply to Jonathan Billington, I find it appropriate to share my views on 3D Moto. I have been using Tony and his family run dealership since 2013 when I bought my first bike from him, a 899. I have subsequently bought a 1199 and a RSV4 Factory. All of the work I have ever had done has been carried out by Tony and I won’t have anyone else work on my machines. He is the most meticulous perfectionist I’ve ever met. If Tony says it needs work then it needs work! As regards the dealership, I believe Ducati are very restrictive on their franchisee’s to the point where they restrict trade. 3D moto are now able to offer a wider variety of brand and without this I would never of been able to purchase my RSV4 from them. Win win in my book. Just on that note, I’d like to point out that Tony has personally convert my Aprilia in a superstock spec track bike and it’s beautiful. The engineering that’s gone into it is breathtaking and it rides unbelievably.I think the moral of the post is, don’t look at how much the work on the bike cost you but look at it from the angle of how much has Tony saved you if something had failed 🤷🏽‍♂️.Happy biking all 🏍
Jonathan Billington: Simply do not use this bike shop. I had a very bad experience with them, when they quoted me a price for some work, however when I arrived to collect the bike they doubled the price without consultation. You will note that they were once a Ducati dealership, but now they are an independent Ducati service centre, which I believe indicates that Ducati revoked their dealership.
Jon Kiola: Purchased a brand new Vespa GTS300 from these guys. This was done through an internet purchase whilst on holiday on the other side of the world!! They sorted the finance deal with only £1 administration fee! Bike was delivered by Tony who was very cheerful and explained how to start the bike etc. Great experience, you wont find better!
Michael Bland: Shop difficult to find using Sat Nav but once their The prices were Good it a family owned business which. I like. The salesman appeared to come over at being honest. He did not rush me. The only problem he was more I tested in a holiday rather than a sale. But I proberly going back.
Alan Briggs: Very knowledgeable and no hard sell.I had a test ride, didn't really gel with the bike, so I didn't buy it. But if I did want to buy a Guzzi I would go back to these guys.
Roger Southall: Great service great price great guys.
Deedee Bliss: (Abusive with No customer care)We purchased a brand new Piaggio scooter from this dealer, the transaction went smoothly until we got the bike home to find the speedo wasn't working and 0 miles on the clock. So we were unable to use the scooter straight away! We travelled a 260 miles round trip to purchase. This was a massive inconvenience to find that (in my opinion) it hadn't been checked thoroughly or test ridden prior to our collection. We spoke to a few local Vespa dealers who were not interested in taking on the work under warranty as it hadn't left the dealer meeting standard requirements. We spoke to 3D Moto Ltd who weren't taking any responsibility and trying to pash blame on us. The bike was safely secured in our van.Upon testing on arrival at our home we noticed this fault. Sadly the bike wasn't tested by us at the time of purchase due to heavy rain. The manager reluctantly agreed to collect the bike. But (in my opinion) it was more to do with covering his own back and anything else being missed upon commissioning, which could of caused him problems. The fault was found and repaired. We were told we would need to collect the bike as he had no interest in returning it back to us within the purchased price. We told him we felt there was no customer after care. A bad way to run a business and felt very disappointed with what should have been a happy experience. We seemed to be going round in circles, with him getting more adjutated, constantly talking over us and becoming very angry. He told us if we did not collect the bike by Wednesday November 4th 2020 he would keep the bike in lockdown for 1 month and did not care that we would be without the bike. (Terrible customer service)My partner got to the point where she no longer wanted to talk to him as she felt he came across rude, confrontational and belittling. When I spoke to him I understood her concerns, he clearly doesn't know how to deal with the customer care side of the business and I would hate to have to deal with him with a more serious matter! We since have collected the bike with no apology for the inconvenience they have caused to us. We may have thought we saved £150 by buying out of London, but this has now cost us much more in taking time off work and 2 trips of fuel!Very disappointing experience. Would never use again.
William Bingham: Very interesting, well laid out, good display of tempting bikes, helpful guy, no pressure, might well be back!
Pete Taylor: Not very friendly don't seem to want to let you look around the shop
Kev Taylor: Bike collected, serviced & returned, no problem . brilliant!! Thanks Tony, Andy, One of the best service experiences I have ever had!!
nigel cox: recently purchased a kenny roberts r1 from andy at 3d moto.fair price for my 675r in part ex.easy, pleasant transaction.r1 was prepared superbly, very friendly knowledgeable, professional team.i travelled over 200 miles from devon to deal and was worth every mile.i am even considering an mv as my next bike and will go straight to 3d moto again.thanks guys the r1 is pukka.
D W: The staff seem friendly enough, and I came here after watching Andy's reviews of the V85 TT on Youtube, exited to demo ride what seems to be a really nice bike. Unfortunately you cannot demo ride any bikes unless you have had your license for two years, and as a rider who has had his license for over a year, who rides everyday whatever the weather and has over 10,000 miles under his belt I was left a little disheartened.Hopefully in the future 3D moto will go with another insurer with less arbitrary stipulations, as I don't understand how holding your license for 2 years means you're a good rider.
Ben Romano: Discussing I went in with my wife and kids and was told to stop the kids from running witch I did then the guy had a go at me in front of my family and disrespected I told him I won’t be spending my money in his shop now and he said that’s ok mate I don’t need your money anyway absolutely terrible service I know kids are a pain but we were all kids once and they wasn’t doing anything bad it’s disappointing that people like this are in the bike community

I was happy with what I heard, paid my deposit and arranged to collect the bike on my chosen day to which they accommodated. On route, I received a phone call to check I was still collecting the bike today and when I arrived it was outside looking like brand new.
