Sue Barclay: Unfortunately they could not give breakdown of costs on quotation. Just one figure total, which reply was " we offer a complete service only" what is a complete service, ?? what does it include ?? How do I know what I am actually having and paying for ?? As if you would just accept a random Total figure without knowing what your paying for. Would definately not use a company who would not confirm a breakdown of costs !!
Sara Harris: Great workmanship & lovely bunch of lads that carried out our bathroom refurbishment in Twywn Wales. 9 years on & our shower trap cover started to look tarnished & was not able to get another from anywhere local, so I called changing rooms to order another & just by chance they had a spare one in the showroom & received it the following day free of charge! Thank you to the Changing Room team from a very grateful satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend for their workmanship & after sales care.
