He arranged a date to come and discuss the boiler installation.He came on time, was very polite and professional and gave me excellent advice.He arranged a date for the work and he and his team again turned up on time.They worked hard all day and came back the following day to finish the job. Kay Horton: Gavin serviced our combi boiler and swapped out an old radiator, which wasn’t getting hot at the bottom, for a modern one for us a couple of months ago. He was very busy but managed to fit us in around other jobs and kept me informed along the way.Gavin seems very knowledgeable when it comes to Worcester Bosch boilers and the new radiator is amazing, it kicks out so much heat compared to the one it replaced. We’re very happy with his work and hope to use him again soon.
ATW: My need was to change an old boiler with tanks and pipes upstairs and in the loft to a modern efficient system. This was a job that I had been putting off for some years due to the probable mess and stress involved. Gavin was a pleasure to deal with from the first consultation to the final setting up of an app to control the heating remotely. He and Paul worked tirelessly and left the house in a clean and tidy state. They addressed all my ongoing concerns and were a pleasure to have around the house. Gavin even returned to the house on two days after the installation to check on final snagging.
