Rachel Bayliss: Absolutely fantastic service. My parked car was reversed into in a no fault accident on my part. The near side front wing and wheel arch were caved in and damaged to the point where my passenger door would not open and my car was not safe to drive as the tyres were scraping against the broken arch. I was recommended to this company and it was plain sailing from there. Elliot, the gentleman who helped me with the process was very friendly and accommodating. He put me in contact with DAMS who, after a quick application process over the phone, delivered a courtesy car to my door. I collected my car today and everything was perfect, better than before! The wing had been replaced, the steering and wheels had been realigned, every single scratch and dent had been totally removed and of course my passenger door was able to open again. The paint job was amazing and they even tidied up my previously scraped and slightly rusty wheels with a fresh coat of paint. They also even took in my courtesy car for DAMS to collect at their leisure so I didnt have to worry about getting the 2 cars back home. This was my first ever accident in 7 years of driving and although i was initially panicked and worried, after visitng LPK Bodyshop, everything is fixed and perfect again with no inconvenience whatsoever. I've always found the staff to be more than helpful with advice, obviously I will wait until shop is quiet to take up their time.I have also not been shy to ask advice from some of the professional painters that visit their shop.Some jobs have not worked well first time but I realise this is down to me and have rubbed down, watched YouTube (so many different techniques) and started again (not their fault when my technique is not yet honed).They have been a great help with a hobby painter learning the art.

Robert Smith: Had a full respray of my car. Once winter came the water particles trapped under the paint froze and expanded causing the paint to blister.I took it back and was accused quite nastily of causing it myself. eventually it was sprayed a second time. Again it blistered and has now flaked off. Basically I have thrown roughly two and a half grand away. Also each time they had it for several weeks longer than was quoted. Don't touch them with a very, very long barge pole. You have been warned!

Having seen the workshop, I did not think my vehicle would be safe, it was full of vehicles, some thick with dust. It resembled the scene in a film where cars are dismantled and sold for parts.
