Anju Mal: My mom bought a new bathroom last April, apart from the sales teams who were brilliant the plumber/fitter Chris was not, left an absolute mess and house was covered in dust, not a care in the world, tiles were being cut inside the bathroom when my mom kindly asked could this be done outside, his attitude was by far really rude and disrespectful, never even provided a quote before starting the work and charged more on top and also kept changing the dates of when work was actually going to begin and about 3 times as well, then informed my mom at short notice the day before he was going to actually start the work and water had to be turned off all day. No plan of work or step by step what was going to be done and everything seemed rushed because old plaster had to be removed and it upset the plumber, not even an apology afterwards and had the nerve to ask for the money to be paid there and then when he had finished the work, my mom kindly mentioned she will pay next day and even said to trust her that she would make payment in full as she is a good kind hearted person but his attitude was disrespectful, what about the mess and an apology would have been nice. This is bringing the business down and I really would not recommend this place to anyone because my mom has been left very upset by this situation and me included, all because of the plumber's attitude and response to everything. Shame really as my mom found the sales team very helpful. Never again, very disappointing experience.
Tim Woood: We had our bathroom done last November having been quoted with a written 3yr guarantee by their regular contractor Chris ,sad to say still waiting after numerous phone calls and texts full of promises still nothing nearly 3 months later ,so l visited summerhill and spoke to someone who didn't seem to care either,l never had my written quote until the day after Chris started but what is so disappointing is when the plaster was drying out and he went on another job l had to pay him money up front and when work was completed he had cash the same day plus another bank transfer the following day after job was completed .we were loyal to his requests and paid immediately but feel it should of been one full bank transfer maybe a few day after the job was completed but we adhered to his requests pity he isn't as loyal to adhere to ours instead of continuously being ignorant.But then again they have all had their money now .

Samuel Parkin: Can I just recommend Bathroom Magic for their quality of service, great sales approach and patience with customers. We have been a nightmare since purchasing a toilet/sink unit, without realising the installation costs. We then decided to go for a full bathroom do-over. But things have come up personally and with the house that meant that financial priorities shifted, and haven't been able to commit to the c£5k cost of doing up a bathroom. However, I've felt absolutely no pressure from Stuart or the team who've held our purchase in-store for probably 4 months now. They ordered us a product too which they've agreed to refund, alongside the toilet/sink unit, so that we don't have the awkwardness of money being placed elsewhere and don't have to keep factoring in getting the bathroom done ASAP. I can see why the company is successful and has positive reviews.We absolutely want our bathroom done in the near-ish future and will 100% be using Bathroom Magic for this when the time comes around in 2023, based on the service and understanding they have shown us, when they could have easily given us nothing or pressured us into a sale.Sorry for being such a nightmare!

David Clemett: Having used Bathroom Magic to replace our main bathroom toilet and basin unit last year we their prices are extremely competitive but this year instead of using our local plumber who doesn’t specialise in shower cubicles we asked Bathroom Magic to recommend some of their fitters to replace our bath with a walk in shower. We chose Richard Lillis as he seemed the most knowledgable and experienced. We had to wait till he was available and we’re certainly glad we did as during the installation he found the shower tray as delivered from the manufacturer was slightly bent but whereas someone else might have fitted it and said nothing he put the work on hold and ordered a replacement. Yes we had to wait until the replacement tray arrived but we now have the most beautiful walk in shower and are confident the work is high quality. Extremely well done Richard and Stuart of Bathroom Magic. We have no hesitation in recommending both Lillis Heating & Plumbing and Bathroom Magic to our family and friends.

We had to get trading standards involved and now we have had a leak coming from toilet, shop didnt want to know, neither did richard from lillis plumbing,so because it would have cost us more to take them to court we decided to pay the insurance excess,the leak has come through our living room ceiling having to have parts replaced & skimmed over & all our cupboards & floouring in bathroom have had to be replaced,word of warning once they have had your money they dont want to know, be very careful its extra stress you dont want, our review is stay very clear of bathroom magic.

When my toilet seat broke they were extremely helpful sourcing my original order to provide me with a replacement. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong one and they have been most attentive regarding the returns process, checking in with me to see when it was posted back to them so they could refund me.I can't recommend them highly enough, customer service is second to none!!

J: Absolute wastemen.I bought a toilet from them last year, the cistern that came with it lid didn't fit properly, so I sent them pictures and they apologised but said they didn't have any more in stock.Around 9 months later, they finally say they have one in stock, but that they need to collect the one I have, which is fine I had no use for it.They send out the new one and collect the old one. I go to finally install the cistern, and it's a cistern from a completely different model, even a different shade of white. Now I am totally screwed. I have to buy a whole new toilet. I cannot describe how annoyed I am with these a-holes.Not only that but I can't even let them know as they seem to have blocked me on their ebay account. They screw up and block you. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGUE.

They delivered the correct items within 2 days, making mine the first delivery of the day, (understanding that my customer was disabled), not only that, they also coincided the pickup of the wrongly ordered items at the same time! Syed Qasim Hasan: British Bathrooms in Brierley Hill High Street are the worst people in business. I wouldn’t touch them even with a barge pole again. They are the most unprofessional people in the business . Their pricing is vague and they run their business like they are in the Chor Bazar ( Thief market where stolen or fake items are sold ) in Some distant corner of a remote village in a third world country. They have plumbers and fitters who don’t even know how to do their job and wouldn’t even recognise you or answer your call when you ask them to come back and complete it. Their dodgy workers work for them on a burger or a fiver. They will force sell you the items you don’t need or want to be fitted and ,or discourage you from buying the fixtures you need. The owner is a man who doesn’t know how to talk or treat the customers with any respect and would say a lot of rubbish and try to be funny and would even insult the customers. Spend a little more and get professional help rather than go to these shameless clowns. Below is an example of what they never came back to complete.

We had a bathroom fitted biggest waist of money I have ever spent , and please what ever you do don't ever use there so called plumbers proper cowboys the tiling is appalling grouting shocking they can't even put vinyl flooring down properly it's not stuck down and Looks like they cut it with a steak knife that's how bad it is completely ruined . Has for the toilet well that's leaking That wasn't sealed right but they won't even come back to fix there mistake , just keep making excuses or promising when he just can't be bothered or just doesn't answer the phone . Stay away from Acorn plumbing and central heating
