Stephen Russell: Just played there, great rock n roll venue ☠️
mick mason: Wow! What a place! Great rock venue - we came to see Hellbent Forever, and this is a fabulous place to see a band. Staff are so friendly! Really made to feel at home here. Decent prices too - cheapest round of drinks all night ! Really well set up with fabulous stage viewing area and even has a 'proper' outside area for smokers etc, not just a fire escape like other places...Big thanks to the lady checking tickets - she came to find us when our taxi arrived- twice!!One thing tho:please get the stage sound sorted*. Hellbent are full of guitar solos, and we could see them playing 'em - just couldn't hear 'em! (*new sound guy, apparently).Love to come back (we're from Nottingham), so will keep an eye on their gig list. Many thanks!

The Court House: what do users think?
Michael Ablard: The staff was quite friendly but BFG was a bit cloudy I had to take it back to change it in the end I had a pint of Doom
Karen Hanson: Lovely real ale pub. Warm relaxed surroundings and friendly.
des walker: Wot can I say my favourite pub in DudleyGreat selection ove reel ales
Elaine Westwood: Nice and relaxing good service
Chester: Excellent pub loads of ales
Marc Wilson: Proper old bòozer .. with a selection of rolls behind the bar to soak up your beer .Hold a selection of guest beers & ciders .2023 It's a thumbs down 👎 now .. been in twice since Dec 2022 on a Friday and a Saturday night . It's been empty with no atmosphere 😕... prices have really gone up which would be OK if the environment was OK but felt like we was the people paying the staffs wages .. little things like NO ice ?? & the place is empty so they've not had a heat wave in January.. fancied a packet of nuts with beer ... ooh & they've run out .. staff must have been so bored they're collecting the glasses just as you've put them down .. after 2 boring visits think we won't be going again .. shame when you just wanted a classic pub with some atmosphere.. maybe it's empty for a reason..
d2vans _: A proper lovely pub. Staff super friendly. Cheers
David Swingler: What a superb pub. Beautiful stout and porter. Highly recommended.

Jonathan Evans: To dear but ok
Paul Fletcher: Brilliant pub, friendly staff, excellent choice of drinks
Alan Davies: Nice pub good choice of beers
Tanya Elmquist Rees: We were soaked to the skin and fed up of the rain, so went for a drink in The Court House. I had a lovely glass of red wine and Dusty had a glass of local stout. The fire was then lit and we went and sat near it to dry out. We were going to go for a curry next door but unfortunately the restaurant was closed so we had to find somewhere else to eat. If the curry house had been open, the plan was to go back to the pub for another drink before the concert. Alas we didn't make it back to the pub as the weather was so bad and we stayed where we were.
Mark manic Martin: Always great, Always a good pint.
D D: This pleasant and friendly Black Country Ales pub offers a good selection of ales and ciders.
Andrew Hughes: Nice beer, good service very friendly pub.
Michael Slater: Excellent pub
Rob graham: Always a joy to visit the Courthouse when I'm in Dudley.
Keith Bracey: Great big Black Country Ales (owned by my old mate from Dixonians Rugby 🏉 Club Angus McMeeking) pub in Dudley town centre with good real ales and ciders and no food other than cobs and growlers (pork pies) no Sky Sports and a well patronised quiz going on when we visited. We were in a large upstairs room for a Black Country ⚫️ Society talk 👄 and the pub seems to have a thriving community feel to it

Red By Night: what do users think?
Nikkie Wemyss: Back to the 80s night was fab
Andrew Willetts: Great night out, friendly staff. Good atmosphere.
Paris Unitt: Came here for the first time with my husband & some friends, felt we were very unwelcome from the start. We had security guards already watching us as we come in for no reason, we were kicked out for dancing & having a good time because apparently we had had too many even though we were just dancing like everybody else in the venue. The security were very arrogant & extremely rude, as well as the manager. Absolutely disgraceful, this is a poor mans river rooms. Will never go here again!!! And by reading the reviews, I’m not the only one who’s experienced this! Says a lot!
Eddie Smith: The best live music venue in the area, always have a great night. Brilliant staff all add to the experience.
Jason: V good. Friendly staff. Good night
Jason Stockley: Great variety of live music. Drinks reasonably priced. Good night out.
Billie Smith: Great venue. Nice clean environment. Staff are friendly and a nice selection of beers. Outdoor area is nice and clean. Lovely view of the canal. Showcasing local bands! Book your gigs
Ruthh Emilyy: Was in last night had an enjoyable night really good atmosphere, great band and polite staff both bar and door staff would definitely revisit!
LindsayJoanne Waters: Fantastic venue, great atmosphere and lovely staff. Great night out all round *****
Alison Barratt: What a great night amazing
Mary Collins: Atrocious night last night - my 'fish bowl' drink I was sharing with niece was taken with alcohol still in it (was behind me on table & didn't see straight away that it was taken). When I realised I asked who I thought was a bar 'man,' (I use that term loosely as he no man I tell you), to replace it. He was immediately angry & rude - at first he said he had thrown only ice away - I disagreed - then he rudely ignored me after mouthing off to nobody in particular & told the young barman to give me a short drink - again I refused. Next thing the bar 'man' - who I was told is the manager when I asked for him - yelled at another 'man' (supposed door man) to "get her out!" I was told to leave & when I refused I was pushed & pulled & had to shout to try & make them stop! One was man handling me & then 2 more bouncers joining in! I had to go past the table my friends & I were at - saying goodbye & telling them to stay - trying to reach for my coat & bag off stool - but I was still being pulled/pushed out! I very strongly shouted at the 3 bouncers I was going & for them to keep their hands off me! They denied pushing & pulling me! Even worse they threw out my friends/family who had been outside & just come back with fresh drinks. Please note - I am 58 years old, a social worker, was sober - and had 3 bouncers round me touching me! Intimidated is not the word - felt like I was lifted off my feet at one point. NEVER been treated like that in my life! Oh - turns out the geek with dirty blonde hair & shameful ponytail is the manager or deputy manager! No communication skills & terrible team skills - oh the main 'man' who did the pushing acknowledged the geek manager is not a nice person - though he used a different descriptive but apt word! Waiting on police & either way will def complete form for SiA. I'm sure the little man had no card on him! Oh finally (I promise) the angry looking & rude female door person - just to come over & tell me not to waste police time by calling them! Great work Red by Night team - bullies & liars and just thank God for cctv - if it's still there!Rant over. No stars but had to give one to post review.Anybody else had this experience?!
Stuart Jones: Had a great night good atmosphere
Spencer Billingham: Need to say, was 1 of the best nights I've had at red my night so far. They even played the requestes.😊 mostly I was to thank the bar staff and the security for what they did and looking after me when I needed and dealt with the situation properly, I could enjoy the rest of my night and it made me feel safe. Thanks so much to all the staff. Courtney xx
Andy Smythe: Great live music and great choice of drinks from IPA to all the usuals plus more
Ольга Ругно: Terrible security. Which is ready to find fault with something stupid in order to start a conflict and call names and subsequently throw it out into the street, customers who leave a lot of money at the bar.The owner clearly does not care about his business, since there are those in the security who are simply bored at work, and they are looking for an excuse to entertain themselves, kicking people out for spitting into the toilet. I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!
Jess Dyer: Great little venue on the waterfront with some fantastic acts on. Word of Mouth Events, and the Drag nights are a must!
Claire Bordicott: Always a good night and atmosphere. Some good live bands and quick service at the bar.
Colin Whittle: Nice club type bar with live entertainment most nights
Emma Sessions: Brilliant...had a fab time..awesome band on.. Great music to follow by the DJ . Great vibe . Friendly staff .. will be back
Maxine Thompson: Upcoming venue. Visited a couple of times now. have had a few decent tribute bands on in there.
Alex Botten: Fab venue

Sandra Duffy: Great vinces karaoke top bloke
John Wood: Just had a fantastic carvery from cottage spring Netherton it wasn't the first time and it won't be the last 👍👍
Dots: Its alright I guess
Geoff Ashwood: Very good food a good portions. Nice place to eat.
Amanda Jacques: Don’t even deserve a star. Absolutely disgusting. Paid for decorations for room for them to not even ask if we wanted to keep them. Took them down way before finishing and popped all of the balloons including the balloon arch that as you know is a lot of money. Kept rest of decorations for them selfs. Let people who wasn’t even apart of party eat the food we had paid for. Let people sniff coke in their toilets. Management is disgusting. Chucked us all out in the cold wouldn’t let us just wait for taxi as we had kids that were sleeping said they didn’t care. Supposed to be a dj but wasn’t it was just a CD playing. Asked if they could play happy birthday for the birthday girl kept saying no sorry then played it for a regular in the rooms whos party it was not even for. Roll there eyes if you ask for anything also speak about you. Wouldn’t surprise me if they spat in your drink never using this S***hole again.
Lisa Clarkson: Sunday lunch!Made to feel very welcome, ordered a drink took a seat. The carvery smelt lovely, we ordered 2 medium/ standard size carverys £10 each. We went up they served you to all your food, plenty to choose from (veg), 3 meat, roast +mash spuds and the trimming.Well you get plenty of meat and your plates piled high, nice gravy too. Will be definitely going back also they deliver. Would recommend you give it a try yourself 🙂

The Red Cow: what do users think?
Caraman ontour: In there on a Friday afternoon when a crowd came in with lots of young children and the place resembled a creche. This spoilt it for me and I know others were of the same opinion. I want to be able to sit and talk to friends without kids continually pushing through. This seems to be coming a regular feature here.
Paul Stackhouse: Great place .
Graeme Underhill: Amazing range of beers last night.Jaipur and Absolution topping the list.
Martin Benson: Nice beer. Crowded.
Christopher Green: Not my favourite place but it will do on the odd occasion
Aaron Stansbie: It's a lovely little pub, the cobs are amazing there the only thing I didn't like was it says family friendly pub but yet the staff kept telling the kids they couldn't go to the toilet or to the bar for pop and crisps with out a adult and would bwatch them while in the beer garden doesn't feel family friendly.
Teresa Mantle: I've never been to such a friendly pub. This was our 2nd visit to this pub which had new owners from our previous visit. Its a cash only pub so my husband had to pop to a cash machine so I waited in the pub while he went. I sat with a family who owned the pub. Told them what happened and they got me a drink and chatted to me like I'd known them ages. Lovely people, lovely pub and lovely beer garden with a few toys for little ones. Looking forward to our next visit.
Tracey Priest: Beer very good
Colin Bradbrook: Large family/dog friendly garden. Superb selection of ales on. Firm favourite of mine.
john bradbury: Great friendly local pub!
tonsells1: Friendliest pub with the best ales and great cobs. The cow offers a cosy atmosphere with a wonderful beer garden where children and dogs are welcome both inside and out. One of the few real pubs left that isn't dominated by food, where you can go to socialise over drinks at lower than average prices.
Michael moore-harbach: Really friendly manager great space lovely crowd
Brett Powell: Fantastic staff and fantastic ales
gary mckemey: Cracking. Pub serving good beer good prices. Really friendly place to vist.
Mandy Wilkinson: Great pub, really lovely beer garden loads of seats and lovely flowers to look at friendly place
Dave Wheatley: Lovely beer garden
Marcus Downes: Friendly atmosphere and nice pint
Antony Roper: Very good and friendly staff and the food 10 out 10 looking forward my next visit
Paul Loach: Good beer and service. Great beer garden.
Robert Bowen: Very oldie worldwide decor which in my opinion is ok and takes me back to my youth. Some amazing ales and beers on tap and they keep a cracking pint. They had run out of the black pudding scotch eggs which I want to try.
adam wood: Best pub in gornal
