The Coffee Bean: what do users think?
Mary's mother jones: Closed down. The place was awful hence why it is Closed for good Unedible food, lazy staff...and expensive
Paul Jones: Great place fantastic food awesome staff
Ruth Blake: Great little cafe and had a nice little bite to eat with my daughter
Dan Peniket: A wonderful little cafe in Dudley. The food is wonderful and value for money. The staff are always professional and courteous. Highly recommend if you find yourself in Dudley town centre
Angela Harper: Good service. Good simple food. Good prices.
Karlene Hamilton: Friendly and very cosy. Food always lovely.
Wilma Mcdougall: This place is like visiting family. clean bright friendly staff good food reasonably priced
Deirdre Haddock: Rather disappointed with the food today burnt toast and couldn't eat it.
Yvonne Dickens: Nice place for a coffee and teacake. Very friendly go every Saturday morning.
Penny Hodgetts: Went this morning ordered two breakfasts, (£11.00 for both), all the food on the plate was microwaved, floating in water, the bacon had white spots caused by how cheap the bacon was, tea was disgusting. The only good thing was the toast, I don't expect to pay £11.00 to get microwaved food, WILL NOT be going there again, 1 star is to much, if I could I'd give it a 0 mark
Sarah Collins: Have recently been here with my mom and sister for breakfast and every visit has been so warm and welcoming, staff are very friendly and polite, clean and welcoming, food is really yummy never let me down on my order. I will continue to come back again and again would recommend here if anyone visiting through dudley and want a decent place to eat, drink & rest! Deserves 5 stars
Mr Sandman: No natural light, dated and hardly a coffee sensation !! Yuk.

Costa Coffee: what do users think?
David Bloomfield: Average quality, over priced food and coffee chain, with friendly servers.Food: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Lisa Hall: Great service food tasty but always have problems where to sit even when it's quiet, tables don't get cleaned over customers plates, cups etc..... cluttering tables people having to move other people's things off tables just to sit down always the same even when plenty of staff on duty still no one comes out to clean tables. Not good at all. Oh and toilets are a disgrace never look like they've been cleaned and never any toilet paper.
Aish x: This is my go to Costa for both drive thru and eat in, the staff are always fab and the vibe inside is always pleasant. It can get busy at times but the staff clear up tables fast so you can get a seat. Wanted to do a special recognition today for Jordan who served me and Leah who prepared our drinks. They were both lovely and made our visit so much better. Thank you!
Krum Ivanov: Gold location and friendly staff.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Eamon P: Something seriously wrong with the way it’s run when you’re waiting 20 minutes on drive thru and there’s only you and one other car in there.

suki sagoo: Great place to meet friends and family for coffee or lunch. Nice selection of cakes, sandwiches, and hot drinks. Excellent service providedFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Coffee Cake …More
Andrew Whitehouse: Was great when it first opened, now its just a disaster...Orders wrong, drive thru closed, then the stores closed due to no staff...Can't understand whats happened most of the staff who've been there for years have quit or transfered and new ones don't stay or know what there doing 🤔No staff again, store totally closed 29.10.2022 today including drivethru!!! 😑UPDATE - 21.2.2023, store still no better, drive thru only after 2pm, food unavailable as the ovens out of order...
Demi-Leigh Freeman: The coffee is ok but the drive thru is the slowest experience ever. Staff seem incompetent for it. It used to be decent but oh my life it's beyond slow now. It's annoying it's my local coffee shop. 10 mins at a drive thru and still not taking the order is below satisfactory. I hate moaning but this isn't a one off experience, it's constant now.
Ben (Papyrus): Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Elisabeth Parker: The cappuccino I had from Costa castlegate was the best cappuccino I've had in a long time , the young lad that made the drink was polite and was very friendly.I've been to a lot of coffee places and this has been the best coffee and best atmosphere by far .
Chris Havron: Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
John Barlow: Says its open until 9pm but the door was locked, a member of staff looked at us multiple times before coming over and saying they weren't open. I showed them Google says 9 and they said we'll the drive through is but not inside. Very clearly didn't want to do any work in the evening. Is a shame as it doesn't reflect well on the company
ste ward (Stevie): Says its open online at 6am was waiting outside in the rain for 15 min with the person looking at me from the counter then she turned away and carry on doing what she was doing total wast of time i will go starbucks next time
Bev: Says on website opens at 6am, waited outside the door for 10 mins, the lady was stacking the shelves right in front of me, I tapped on the window twice but was clearly ignored. If you've changed your opening times please do let people know, it would have been nice to be acknowledged and informed of this.
Dan: I usually do a lot of meet ups with clients here, nice relaxed atmosphere and decent coffee, however last time it was shut entirely and a time before that they started to close sections of the shop down a couple of hours before closing so they can clean and tidy area by area.. this made it very restrictive on where to sit. for this reason I have had 2 meetings in the hungry horse next door but we shouldnt have to do this. Quite a few 1* ratings recently, not sure if they are granted but maybe things do need to pick up a little?Parking: large carpark

Tesco Cafe: what do users think?
Rebz Rebz: I really enjoyed my food here and thought it was good value for money. My kids enjoyed their meals and it was nice and spacious so plenty of rooms for prams and kids to not feel restricted. The staff are lovely too. Xx
Nikola Gorlikowska: Considering that this is in a store, it is very very good! The hot drinks were served at a drinkable temperature unlike most places that serve them at a boiling temperature. The english breakfast was also very good and filling. One thing that i didnt like about it was the bacon but other than that it was perfect.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …More
Brodie McCabe: Food is fantastic, me and my boyfriend always come here, love it how they know our order now by heart! Always welcoming! Would definitely recommend x
Sonia Hickman-Pugh: Expensive for what you get.1 small sausageEgg that's under cookedI small slice toast hard and crispySmall amount beans that looked like been reheated and got a thick skin over them2 rubbery hash brownsAnd it's cold1 bacon that really fatty. Not even a micro to warm food up .Only thing that was nice was the extra thick napkins but you can't eat them .Wouldn't ho again.Trued it didn't like oh and coffee not that good either.
Ivan Walton: Fantastic customer service great food
Joe Cash: Tony's customer service was excellent and he never stopped working. Very tasty full English but extortionate prices on the bottled drinks. Will be visiting again but this time sneaking in my own drink
Tony: In the past this was not good, poor quality food and uninterested staff, but in recent months its completely different and a massive improvement...new staff that are very plesent and very polite...excellent service....Great to see such a positive change. One thing they could improve on is not do the stealthy up selling I.e ask you if you want an extra like cheese, black pudding etc but don't indicate that it's an extra charge...its not 'would you like' it should be 'would you like for an extra xxx pence'....just a personal grip where I hate up selling.
john burbridge: We visit a couple of times a week and nearly always on Saturday morning the breakfast is clean low on fat and delivered promptly.staff are very friendly and attentive.I remember recently haveing a over zelous stab at half a sausage which flew off the plate and onto the floor a member of staff asked if the item left on my plate was ok to which I replied no it must be realy fresh as it tried to escape. she promptly delivered a freshly cooked sausage to stop me from crying.(it worked ha ha)see nice people.also the coffee is above average to quite good so I have a second cup while my wife gets the shop (perfect).and guess what the free WI-FI actualy works.no better way to start the day.
Tiago Parreira: Nice to see it open once again. Better than average food for a cafe in a supermarket. Good vegan options and always served with a smile.
Marija Lascenkova: Bread in "good for you breakfast" was expired - green. It's mean, if they can't sell bread in shop, they bring to café??? And banana smoothie was horrible, no taste, just ice with milk.
Philip Walton: Visited this morning and the drinks were pretty atrocious. Has almost no flavour. My fiancee said her hot chocolate tasted like brown water and my cappuccino was flavourless other than the froth on top. Not impressed at all.The food on the other hand was pretty tasty. Had a "big breakfast" which was filling and the sausages tasted excellent. Toast could've been hotter, but as a whole food was good. Shame about the drinks!
Jane Holickova: I visit here every time I do my fortnightly shop. Its a lovely cafe with lovely staff. The food is always delicious and fresh. My favourite thing to have there is a small americano !
Cayla garbett: The service is usually ok but I'm sure a frappe has coffee in, I ordered a cookies and cream frappe it was just milk, ice cream, ice and a squirt of cream no coffee, I did ask if frappe have coffee in but the lady said no. Maybe my mistake or maybe it should be advertised as a milkshake
Kevin Hanson: Great place for shopping and getting lunch
Scott Freeman: Great Food, Polite Team Members
Lish W: We’ve visited here twice and both times the staff were really rude to us. I ordered my mom a coffe and myself a soy latte and informed the staff I had a dairy allergy, I asked which coffee was which and they couldn’t tell me, and didn’t want to remake the drinks. The second time I asked for some ingredient advise to which the woman rolled her eyes and said I don’t know instead of checking for me. Left feeling quite upset.
Alan Sambrookes: The staff are always misable not at all helpful
Kate Morgan: Had latte and cake. On the pricey side for cake but was delicious and the medium latte was huge! Good service and friendly. Lovely seating area with sofas overlooking the car park
Zara Stokes: Always yummy food at a really good price too!
i v: The latte and cappuccino was cold ,worker did not worn as they closing at 6 pm and she started cleaning the coffee while we were there.
