The whole process from my initial phone call conversation with the shop staff , the man who came to measure and then having them fitted was brilliant. Great customer service. In fact I have already booked another appointment for my other windows.

This I feel is because they are manufacturing all of the blinds and not just reselling someone else’s blinds. Nothing is to much trouble and they will do everything possible to ensure you are happy. The whole process was very professionally managed and I am delighted with the shutters and the difference it has made to the room.I would recommend Castle Blinds and intend to use them again

Solidarity 66: Never been inside the shop but the bus stop towards Merry Hill Retail Park and Stourbridge is outside the shop.But it is always clean and tidy outside.
Simon Hickman: We needed three velux blinds supplied and fitted. Castle Blinds were excellent from start to finish. The lady in the showroom who took the details and booked the appointments, the man who came and measured/quoted and the man who cane and installed where all friendly and professional.

Rob Gannon: This firm took a 50% deposit from my 84 year old mother to refurbish an awning in mid May 2021. No mention was made of there being any delay whatsoever, either at quotation or on paying the deposit.I was told someone would be in touch once the payment had been processed - I assumed that would be to arrange to collect the old awning and get on with the work. Apparently not.On chasing them up 3 weeks later, they stated there was actually a 10 week delay and wrongfully claimed to have already given notice of this at time of quotation. They had not.They then agreed to guarantee completion by the end of July (10 weeks), before then having the audacity to rescind on that offer and telling me they intended to cancel the order and return the deposit... clearly even 10 weeks isn't enough.They then tried to deny that time was the issue and wrongfully accused me of having been 'rude' to them. Seriously?Beware of placing any work with this company unless they can offer you a guaranteed completion date and can demonstrate a more professional attitude to business than my mother has received.
