Ben Boagey: TES Environmental Services turned up completely unprepared to do the job. They had no PPE, prodded at the asbestos with a screwdriver, leaving debris and dust, and then just left. This potentially put us and our contractors at risk, and it stopped dead all the other work we were having done at the time because contractors, quite rightly, refused to work in the area. They've since ignored my e-mails and we've had to get another company out to do the job properly and to clean the area.
