    Eve Meade: The AOC has been an invaluable lifeline to our children, parents and families , our children absolutely LOVE their sessions with Christian Dixon , through his therapeutic work along with nurturing, play, art and coping mechanisms the impact on families was been amazing, I cannot recommend this service enough and if I could give more than 5 stars I would !!!!     Mr Sandman: Following referral due to chronic pain, no reasonable seating was provided despite giving ample prior notice of need for reasonable adjustments. The health practitioner was more focused on bureaucratic processes than on building a rapport of trust and confidence. On raising this all future sessions were then cancelled by phone unexpectedly by them without any further support being put agreed, it was clear they're not used to being challenged. Overall rating ...Dissapointing at best.
